Very clean and usually uncrowded. The issue is that since they are normally not very crowded they are not usually well staffed so they can get bogged down quickly.

Since my last review I did have one more bad experience here. I did actually talk to the owner about it and he was really great about the issue. Even with talking to him I did take a long break from going here. Recently I decided to give them another chance, I can say I have been here probably 10 times since the break and every time have had great customer service. So maybe they did listen and change up the management. Who knows, I do know that the employee’s here are 100% better then back in March of 2014!

As far as Subways go, this is a nice one. It’s always clean and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that sometimes the line gets backed up during a rush, but that’s expected at any assembly line style restaurant. If we are eating out fast food, this is a place my family often chooses.

I love going to this Subway because all the staff is always nice and in a good mood. The restaurant is clean and well maintained with a very nicely decorated interior. I come to this Subway even if others are closer to me just because of the polite staff. I would say that this is the best Subway I have been to. Keep up the good work.

Nice subway as subways go… You can tell the owners spent a lot of cash on the interior and made some real efforts to make the dining room appealing. There is also a nice touch of Christian radio always playing which is something I hardly here in any public restaurant. Only drawback is they tend to go very light staffed, there have been times I have waited an unreasonable amount of time during a dinner rush with only one person behind the counter. Another plus is that this restaurant is very clean, you can tell the effort that is put forth and it shows. Restaurant staff is always friendly and is well trained at making subway fare.

We came to this location after a baseball game in Prosper. It was very clean and the service was fast and friendly. The cashier also saved me money by telling me the meatball sub was the sandwich of the month and it was cheaper to buy the footlong. I also loved that they were playing Christian music over the radio. It was a great experience at this location!
