Domino’s Pizza

Have always received my order by delivery in less than 30 minutes, which is great taking into account the traffic on 423. Out of the 20 or so times I’ve ordered from here, only once was my pizza smashed to one side of the box. I notified the store and the manager immediately called to apologize and gave me a credit for a free medium pizza and side. Their delivery drivers are always upbeat and friendly. I’ll keep ordering another 20 or more times when I feel like splurging or on game day!

Love this Domino’s location in Little Elm. They are fast at making the food and delivery… The food is always fresh and hot when it arrives. Online ordering is a breeze and the delivery people are polite and curteous.

A few times ive tried to order online for delivery and it says delivery isnt available but then i go to pick up my order and they say they are delivering and have no control over the website. wish they would call corporate and get that issue fixed! other then that the food is decent and price is right

4 stars because the service here was SUPERB. We were unsure of what we wanted but were less than two (2) minutes away. We call to get our order started so that we at least wouldn’t have to wait as long. We call and the guy who answered was very patient as my sister and I were figuring out which three (3) pizzas we wanted. He helped with suggestions and told us all of our topping options. (There was a deal of a large 3 topping pizza.) We order two (2) pizzas on the phone with him and then tell him we will order the third when we arrive. He mentions that he is fine to wait on us but since we were new to the area we were having difficulties finding the actual store so we were just going to hang up. He then tells us that we are literally in the parking lot (at the other end) and we hang up just as we pull up to the store front. We get in and order our third and last pizza. It took less than 10 minutes from there for us to get our entire order. FAST SERVICE and we were starving from moving all day. Won’t elaborate much on the food as this place is a chain and the menus hardly, if at all, vary. Plus everyone’s had Domino’s before. They’ve been around forever.

We usually get pizza here on Friday nights, and this place is hopping! Over the course of the last couple years it has continued to get busy and busier. Two weeks ago it was about a 50 minute wait for 2 pizzas. It is not like they are slacking though, maybe due to Rosati’s closing, but they are slammed and these folks are working their bums off! Kudos to the effort, and the pizza itself is on par or better with the other Domino’s out there.

Placed an order at 6:22 pm ONLINE. No pizza within timeframe of 30 – 40 minutes. Repeatedly and I mean R E P E A T E D L Y called their store only to have the call dumped after ‘being transferred to someone’ and/​or hear a recording that said the wireless customer could not take calls. After 66 minutes of waiting, I had to be somewhere and left a note on the door to take the pizza back and credit my credit card. Will not order from this location again. Ever.

Wtf?! Just ordered from here. They are literally 3 lights away from house. It wasn’t delivered till 40 mins after it left the store according to their tracker. The pizzas cold and they forgot our bread bites. The driver was like I can go get them but I don’t know when I’ll be back or I can credit you two pizzas. Seriously?! I usually never have an issue with dominos or the customer service, this never happened in McKinney. Do not use this location unless you plan on picking up.

I am updating my review because they have improved the condition of the inside of the shop.
I was forced to come here again by my kids, and I dreaded it because I was concerned about the odor and cleanliness I mentioned in the previous review. I ordered carry out just to see if the store was cleaned up and sure enough it was. No bad odors. I am adding in a star.

We have multiple pizza places around us and by far dominos is my fave. Pizza is always delicious. Order the pan pizza if you need a suggestion. 2 layers of cheese and buttery crust. Yum. Drivers are always quick and friendly. I recommend this location.

It’s dominoes pizza. What’s to expect. Delivery is always fast and drivers are pleasant. For me it’s a once in a very while that I order from here but they are fast and friendly.

This is the closest one to our house, and since our n’hood is new… they don’t yet deliver to us. (House not on google map yet.) BUT, due to having to go in I discovered a pretty sweet carry out deal. It is $ 7 for a large 1 topping, which is a great deal. They are usually crazy busy on weekends, like most pizza places, but don’t have to wait too long for a carry out order.

We order from this Dominos at least twice a month. We always have semi-​complicated orders with mismatched ingredients on left/​right sides of pizza and they ALWAYS get everything perfect. Delivery guys are always SUPER fast. Food is HOT when it gets here. Good job guys!

One star is because there is nothing less than that I can give. I ordered two times. One time they were late and still after many calls messed up with specially ordered buffalo wing sauce. Rather I got BBQ sauce and that too after hour wait. Second time I ordered and changed the address and told then specifically to update as previous one was temporary. Also checked phone number they had on file. Was told will take 25 – 35 mins. We waited for 55 mins and called. They said pizza guy came and no one was there. We were sitting right at the door. Seems like he went to that temporary address. Somehow address was not updated. Then I told them that he should have give call. They tell me he gave call and it went to some number. I have all phones here and never received call. They apologize and say will resend in another 25 mins. I hope the story does not repeat. But never going to take my chances and order again. It sucks.
UPDATE. Order came on time. Pizza was really nice. But service is disappointing.
