I love Rosati’s Pizza, The best In Texas. Ordered from there tonight & the place was jammed up, the young man who took my order was new I could tell, and a little nervous, but even though he made a mistake, I would go back to order from him. I don’t know where they find the help but they are all good looking young men, & very pleasant. Great customer service!!! Keep up the good food & the good hires!

Best Pizza in Little Elm. Some of their«fried» items like jalapeño poppers, cheese sticks taste like they are out of a bag and are not very good.

It was ok WAAAY overpriced! Delivery takes forever. Unilocal was supposed to be for the consumer to review, so what’s with all the professional pictures?! I can assure you the pics that are so obviously real are true and the ones that are ridiculously fake aren’t what the food looks like. The owner has obviously put these on here too bad now I won’t go back because it’s obvious they are hiding something.

Every time we order from here it gets worse and worse… this was my last time. I ordered the calazone today and it was all dough(picture added). If I wanted a loaf of bread I would go to Walmart. The pasta has always been horrible. They are way over priced, seriously don’t waste your money.

To be fair before I wrote this review, I tried them twice. The first time I ordered over the phone, took about 45 minutes and it was wrong. The toppings were to be on ½ not the whole thing. I called they sent a replacement, it was good. It was though unlike any COLD pizza I have ever had. I grew up on pizza, love pizza, would eat it everyday but for my health needs. Most pizza I have had is even better the next day — out of the refrigerator. Not so — it seemed tasteless and when heated still didn’t have hardly any flavor. The next time I ordered online and there was a 10% off your order if you register type coupon. However, that is only if you are not purchasing a special — no biggie, just FYI. Ordered the same, only to make it easier asked for toppings on the whole pizza and got the Italian Beef and Extra Cheese. I was hoping the Extra Cheese would assist in the cold pizza test the next morning. The beef was good, but thick and several pieces were huge and chewy. I despise taking a bite of food and having to spit out a chunk of chewy meat. My daughter and husband had the same experience. The next day, the cold pizza was again — flavorless. I am unsure how it has flavor upon delivery but not the next day? It is a bit more than standard chains — both times we got 118′ with 2 Tops and 2, 2 Liters for around 27 + tip. Wish it was better, they have a large menu, but as far as pizza goes, will not be returning.

The pizza is very disappointing. If you’re a true pizza lover-steer clear. From the frozen dough & bland sauce, lil Caesars would have been more satisfying.

I ordered just two pizzas, one was cheese the other was onion and sausage. The time it took to make it was much longer than I was told. The pizza wasn’t really that good at all. The sauce is not a pizza sauce, it’s more like a sauce that you’d put on top of polenta. The crust is scary thin and here’s the biggest reason for the low rating… 2 pizzas = $ 48.00. I was shocked. My wife wanted to say no once our order was ready, but is not a confrontational person so we got this pizza. Not good, but pizza is pizza.

Awful… First off let me say the prices on the menu are less than what we were charged. So make sure you check that. Second, motzarella sticks and poppers were undercooked, the pizza was a stuffed crust, sloppy and greasy and when my kids wouldn’t even eat it… That’s a prob, chicken parm was over cooked and the bread was Rock hard, and the Alfredo was made with frozen noodles(freezer burnt) the only thing enjoyable was the soda. Not worth 20.00 let alone 70.00! Way overpriced. We tried this one once before and the delivery driver must have thrown the pizza because it was trashed. Manager would not give us a refund only credit for a new one. I def will not be going back to this place! And now we all feel like crap, prob from the grease and the undercooked appetizers.

Not sure if the service is supposed to mirror that of Chicago’s as well, but it certainly wasn’t top notch. The young lady(receipt says Ayana) at the front was on the rude side and more interested in returning to her conversation with other co-workers. Sadly, it seemed as if she was training another young man, which meant he was picking up on her tendencies. Having to wait 50 minutes on the pizza allowed me plenty of time to hear them take calls and then complain about the callers who just ordered over the phone. Hope the pizza is good… because unless it’s the best I’ve ever had, I’ll stick with the competition.

rosatti’s can make some very good pizza. probably ordered from them 5 or 6 times over a 2 year period. I love their pizza sauce. wish they used more of it on their pizza. the problem I keep running into is their prices. sure, their pizza is good. but it’s not worth paying double the price of their competition. I don’t know how they stay in business with these high prices.

We ordered a pizza, Caesar salad with crispy chicken and caprese sandwich. The pizza was great if just a little on the cool side. The salad came without the chicken but at least I wasn’t charged for it. Croutons where stale. Sandwich was good but wish the«garlic bread» was a bit more garlicky. Unsure if I’ll order food from them again. Stale croutons?

First time trying this place. Order the jumbo thin crust pepperoni with half sausage for pick up. I was told ~35 minutes for when it was ready. I got in about 25 minutes, as I wanted to insure a hot pie. The pie was«jumbo» for sure, but that is probably the only positive I have about the Rosati experience. Upon entering; the pizza was already staged for pickup, only getting cooler by the minute. By the time I got it home the pizza was cold. The sauce was thick and gross. Also very expensive for 1 pizza. I seem to be a trend of writing bad reviews, so enough on this place. Last time at this one.

Okay so here’s my take on Rosatis, which was delivered not long ago. We spent $ 52, including delivery fee and a 15% tip. We bought a super supreme pan pizza to include pepperoni, sausage, green pepper, onion, black olive and mushrooms(on half), adding extra cheese and fresh garlic. The pizza alone cost $ 38.82. We also got 2 tiramizus and 2 cannoli. After the order was placed, I got a call saying that they didn’t have enough ricotta mixture to make 2 cannoli and can they substitute a cheesecake for one of them. I told them fine.(But really… no ricotta mixture for cannolis)… So an hour later we got the pizza. My hubby pulled out a slice took a bite and said where’s the meat? His slice had one piece of sausage on it. No pepperoni whatsoever. I pulled two slices from the«no mushroom side». They also had one piece of sausage each and no pepperoni. Plus… they had mushrooms… no bueno. My mom ran into the same thing. The crust had not risen at all and was a doughy hard mess that you couldn’t even bite into. The outer crust was hard, like biscotti. There was very little sauce even. I scraped the toppings off to eat something. I placed a phone call to them, asked for the manager, and then spoke with«Mike» who said he wasn’t the manager for that location… he was from Frisco, but was filling in. I explained to him how bad the order was and my option was to wait another hour for another pizza or to get a $ 25 credit for the next order. He refused to credit me for the current order. He stated that they have been having problems with this location and, while I sympathized with him, I told him that as manager it’s his responsibility to make sure that product leaving their store is at least edible. He said that they are going to have to work on a lot of problems there. I did advise him that that this will be a Unilocal review, and I will follow up with management. For the money spent, this is not acceptable. I won’t be back for a long while. It’s a shame, because I really do try to support local business.

I am a fanatic for Chicago style pizza… I have yet to find a place close to real Chicago style pizza… Until I walked into Rosati’s in Frisco… everything was great, even the price!!!

I was looking for pizza that the locals liked, being unfamiliar with the area. In a Unilocal search I was excited to see a Rosati’s was located near by. I grew up in Chicago and had one close to home, but could this really be the same place? When growing up this was our go to place in the neighborhood and it was an independent joint with great Chicago style pizza. I stopped in and ordered and spoke to the owner. He confirmed that they were one in the same and had opened several locations here in Texas north of Dallas after moving here several years ago. Having a slice took me back 30 years. It was just as I had remembered, nice and cheesy with chunks of sausage, not the thin slices that you get in the chain stores. The real bummer here is that I’m from Miami and only visiting. Looking forward to my next visit as it’s like really going home, seeing my folks live here now. Their thin crust is is great as well. Note that it’s a take out only establishment.

For the food — 4 For the service — 2 Overall — 3 At 6:45 we ordered a Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza along with a few other items. We wanted to pick it up for 7:45 and were told that it would all be ready. We arrived at 7:45, all the side items were ready and we were told that the pizza would be ready at 8:03. When asked why was the pizza not ready and when did they start cooking it, not one of the 20+ teenage-workers could give me an answer 15 of whom were goofing off and seemed like I was bothering their fun by asking for my pizza. In any event we eventually got our food and I have to say it was absolutely delicious. It is the closest thing I have had to Chicago-Style Deep Dish since moving to Dallas. I want to go back in the future, but I dread having to deal with the staff at that time. Is having one adult present to wrangle all those kids too much to ask?

The deep dish pizza here is the real deal stuffed Chicago pizza just like the original Pizzeria Uno style. I was skeptical when this place was recommended but gave it a shot and I am glad I did. I plan to be a regular here. Very good pizza. I haven’t tried the Calzones or the thin crust style. A few small criticisms: the website sucks for this place so I recommend you avoid it and just order over the phone. Also I live very close to their restaurant but seem to fall outside of their delivery area. I find this bizarre but I do not mind picking it up since the food is so good.

«Don’t get the thin, its not what they are known for in Chicago.» Sorry Alan, but you are wrong. Chicago is also famous for thin crust«box cut» pizza. It rivals NY style. Thin crust«box-cut» is Rosati’s biggest seller in Chicago and what they are known for. Try it with sausage; it’s the great Chicago style pizza sausage that is about impossible to find anywhere else in Dallas.

Over the weekend, we gave Rosati’s a try since it got fairly good reviews on our local online forum site. The first thing you will notice is that the prices are MUCH higher than any other pizza place in this area. Expect to pay double the price you are used to at the big chain pizzerias. But I did expect higher prices since Chicago style pizza costs more to produce than the thin crust. We opted for a thin crust pizza with three toppings. The flavor was okay. Nothing special, but not bad. The lasting memory of this pizza was the crust. Or lack of. I have never had a slice of pizza that could not be held. But this pizza crust was so saturated, it was literally impossible to hold. The crust had the texture of paper that had been soaked in water until it was falling apart. The level of grease seemed to be excessively high, which was surprising since the only meat we had was pepperoni. The texture was so unappealing that we all just pulled the toppings off and ate them alone. I might give Rosati’s one more shot, perhaps with a Chicago style pizza. I won’t give the thin crust a second chance at these prices. Rosati’s is carry out /delivery only, with no dine-in seating. If you decide to try it out, be sure to get one of the coupons from the menu at the counter to save a few dollars.

My mom and I went inside and ordered a pizza from here. Since it was just the two of us, we ordered a Small Margharita thin crust pizza. The Small was the perfect size for the two of us. I had never eaten a «Chicago» style pizza before so I didn’t know what to expect. It was a lot like most pizzas I’ve eaten; however, it tastes a lot better than the average pizza places. I am definitely going to have more pizza from here again! There are so many different options on the menu, so I will have fun with my next order.
