Tuesday night 4⁄26 went to order pizza at 6:30. Door had sign they were closed early due to threat of bad weather. Are you kidding me???

Darrell is fantastic! He remembers my name and always asks how my son is doing. This store is always so clean, and everyone works very fast. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for an order to be made, even when they are super busy.

I love Papa Murphy’s. I go to this location often. I find the service fast and the employees very friendly and efficient. The pizza is delicious especially the garlic chicken pizza.

The Colony, TX
This review is more about the service than the food. Just came here for the first time. All employees except for a couple looked and acted like they didn’t want to be here. Jessica took my order. She didn’t look at me once and was was in an argument with another employee throughout the transaction. I had to repeat my order for one pizza 3 times. Can’t say who it was, but when I called to see if they were open, they told me yes and hung up on me.

Love the delite pizzas. Herb Chicken Mediterranean is our favorite. The cookie dough is great and there is always a good coupon!

Good pizza and great customer service. If you go in on a Friday or Saturday night or any holiday, be prepared to wait about 20 – 25 minutes for your pizza that you the. Bring home and bake it yourself. The pizza is very good though especially their low far choices.

We order here almost every Friday night. Most of the time things are swell, although every once in a while the delite crust is bad and it stays gooey after baking. (Melts and falls through the oven rack.) that said, they are always good about replacing those if I call back.

Gross. After moving here from the east coast (known for amazing pizza) we decided to give PM a try. For 5.00 I would have rather found a little ceasers, you get what you pay for I guess.

The perk of Papa Murphy’s is that you don’t really risk the risk of «hey this pizza is cold» or «ummm…wow this is burnt» unless you’re bad at following the directions provided on every pizza.
It’s always a quick visit, the employees are friendly, and they are great at suckering you into buying two sides for $ 5 or upsizing your pizza. And I fall for it… Every time.
The pizza is decent. Not great, but you get what you pay for. One of our favorites is the delite chicken artichoke pizza. It has thin crust and is relatively healthy. Of course, hubs like the stuffed chicken bacon. It’s good, but you can only eat one piece before it’s too much. I keep buying /​trying the sides and am continually disappointed (I know, the definition of insanity and all that). But the hubs likes the «cheese bread» so I end up getting that other side for an extra dollar.
I’ll be trying out some new places soon, but will still probably go here when family is in (cheap and feeds a crowd).

You can choose what kind of toppings you want on a pizza, purchase it, and bring it home to cook it. I guess the concept is cool; however, the pizza is not really good. The sauce is mediocre and the cheese is not the best quality. I’d prefer to just order a pizza from Domino’s and call it a day.

Papa Murphy’s is a great way to get a fast and cheap pizza to take home and cook.
The store seems to be run by kids but they give excellent customer service.

The not so great part about that tip is this location never seems to have «grill pans» on hand when I ask for them.

The teenagers that work here are friendly providing great service. The pizza is a great value and the best! Enjoy shopping here. Great job crew and management!

Great service. The pizza is good but it’s more the toppings. Thin crust is better than original. Try to bake the pizza on a stone in your oven to get the dough to better develop. Most times without the store the cheese gets too dark before the dough is fully cooked… meaning a soggy center crust. Would be a great idea if they thought about selling good pizza stone to better help the product compete against traditional pizzerias. Hard to replicate a pizza oven whether dec or impinger.

Some of the best pizza you can get. If you are on your way home and have a craving for pizza then stop and get this. Take it home and cook in ovens for 12 – 18 minutes and enjoy. Very easy and way better than most delivery options. Definitely better than the store bought frozen choice. Ingredients are fresh, and great. I always get the Pepperoni Pizza with Breakfast Bacon and Breakfast Bacon.

They use good ingrediants here, so everything generally comes out tasting really good. I would prefer they give the option to bake it for you, but that’s not the concept of the chain. Overall, good pizzas with good ingrediants, but nothing over the top impressing.

The best pizza in the area. I like the You Bake concept. The pizza’s have all tasted very good and the service is always great. Friendly staff and pizza is always ready to go on time.

I really like Papa Murhphy’s. I wasn’t too sure about the bake it yourself concept but when it’s pizza night I’d rather come here than some of the other places.
The employees are always friendly and they do a good job putting the pizzas together. The pepperoni pizzas come loaded with pepperoni, unlike some chains that put 3 pieces on each slice. We finally tried the Herb Chicken Mediterranean deLITE pizza. It’s Mozzarella Cheese, Spinach, Grilled Chicken, Sun-​Dried Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese greatness!
We’ll definitely be back to try some of their other pizzas.
