Cici’s To-Go Pizza

We have been ordering through this location for almost 3 years, and always have great food, and the staff if always very friendly!

This is a review of the Cici’s Buffet that just opened in Little Elm. These new concept CiCi’s are surprisingly good. So if you haven’t been to Cici’s in a while or were turned off by the old stores, it’s worth another look. Made-​to-​order pizza means the buffet has literally whatever you want on it. The stuffed crust pizza is a home run. And still $ 5.79 for adults, which is a steal. This store is immaculate. The staff are hustling to make sure everything is ready and refilled. The customer service is top notch. You can tell they’re well-​managed. (I think her name is Riley. She is all over it.) And whoever hired Michael deserves a raise. He thinks he’s working at some expensive place, the way he’s taking care of customers. We like Pie Five, too. My kids prefer CiCi’s for the variety. Go check out the new Little Elm CiCi’s.

Pretty standard CiCis experience except this one is kind of a CiCi’s express if you will. They only offer on he Buffett 5 flavored of pizza 3 of which are in different crusts so really 3!
The place was a third full and I had literally the same pizza the whole time since the other two I didn’t like!
So then I asked where the other pizzas were like bbq chicken and taco etc. I was told they only do those special of requested not on the buffet so they made me a personal bbq chicken took 8 minutes and guess what forgot the chicken! Wow! (The manager did this by the way!)
The pasta sauce looks worse literally looks like tomato paste wasn’t gonna touch it!
The seating is horrible like the size of sandwich shop! Tiny!!! Everyone has two walk around each other to get to he Buffett!
Oh and only brownies and glazed bread as desserts?
So um yea FAIL!!! Which is sad cuz CiCis was always a fail but you went cuz you had a lot of choice for 4.99 well now it’s almost $ 7! Without a soft drink!!!

Good for quick pizza Take Out orders; Prefer the CiCi’s dine-​in buffet in The Colony, Down the street from this one.

I love being able to pop in here and get a $ 5.99 large hot cheese or pepperoni pizza and walk out the door in less than 3 minutes. Great! The pizza isn’t the best in town, but who cares with that kind of price and convenience? This place makes it easy to stop by on the way to the neighborhood pool and let the kids eat and swim.
