CiCi’s Pizza

Horrible service was skipped over even though I only ordered the hot and ready pizza by three different customers complained to manager who’s answer was «what do you want me to say» and smirked as he walked off. Avoid at all costs. Cheap pizza equals cheap service to the people working here and the owner it seems.

This review was done months ago right after it was opened, and it Conveniently got removed hmm?! Luckily I had a copy !
Pretty standard CiCis experience except this one is kind of a CiCi’s express if you will. They only offer on he Buffett 5 flavored of pizza 3 of which are in different crusts so really 3!
The place was a third full and I had literally the same pizza the whole time since the other two I didn’t like!
So then I asked where the other pizzas were like bbq chicken and taco etc. I was told they only do those special of requested not on the buffet so they made me a personal bbq chicken took 8 minutes and guess what forgot the chicken! Wow! (The manager did this by the way!)
The pasta sauce looks worse literally looks like tomato paste wasn’t gonna touch it!
The seating is horrible like the size of sandwich shop! Tiny!!! Everyone has two walk around each other to get to he Buffett!
Oh and only brownies and glazed bread as desserts?
So um yea FAIL!!! Which is sad cuz CiCis was always a fail but you went cuz you had a lot of choice for 4.99 well now it’s almost $ 7! Without a soft drink!!!
DOUBLE FAIL!!!

Newer store does have all you can eat. Adult buffet is only 5.79 and Children for 3.29 Kids under 2 are free
