Today food here tasted like cafeteria food, simply tasteless, not what I’m accustomed to when it comes to Panda Express. Rewind my lunch

Want a mouth watering combination of sweet, savory, and crunchy? Get the honey walnut shrimp! I know everyone and their mom gets the Orange chicken, but personally that sauce starts to get overpowering for me after 5 bites. This location has a drive thru, which is convenient, and also a decent amount of seating inside. The staff seemed slightly understaffed and overwhelmed with customers, and they ran out of Orange chicken right when we were ordering. So we had to wait another 7 minutes until a fresh batch was made. Could definitely use a thorough cleaning, especially to have someone clean up the lobby area after customers. Overall it’s convenient to our house, and we like to indulge in da Panda.

Good food, I added steak and I was charged 1.25 extra which I can understand but when I got home I literally had 3 small pieces of steak I don’t think that’s fair

I visit this Panda Express regularly… food is often fresh. The servings always seem a bit small but I always get full. Restaurant is always clean too.

After spending 10 minutes standing in line waiting for one person’s order to finalize, the guy behind the counter started doing other things, taking supplies here and there, instead of serving me. While I was starving and standing there wondering why he doesn’t take my order, he looks me in the eye, flippantly presses a button on his headset, and proceeds to take the drive through order instead. Rude, awful service. I walked out and will never return.

OMG seriously, why bother giving 1 star to a chain? You decided to eat cheap drive-thru Chinese food. Lay in the bed you made, y’all. Anyway, it is drive-thru chain Chinese food. Manage your expectations. For what this place is, I wouldn’t consider it bad. I consider it a decision I have to make when there’s no time to cook dinner or get«real» food, and I’m never unhappy with what I get here. If you don’t like grease, get steamed rice with your meal. I’ve found that the string bean chicken with steamed rice is perfectly A-OK. Their crab rangoon is also not bad(but I find it odd that one order only has 3 pieces). They also have kid meals for a dollar less than a one-entrée bowl, and the kid meals come with a drink and a cookie. If I have to go to a drive-thru, I’d take this over McDonald’s any day.

I can’t say anything too negative about this place. The drive thru is typically accurate and the food for the most part is hot and tastes what drive thru Chinese should taste like. Inside service is something to be desired. You’re better off in the drive thru.

I love Panda! Only complaint is the wait sometimes and one rude older Asian woman that is a pain in the butt about portion sizes and giving you sauce on the side. When she is not there I breath a sigh of relief. But all and all this place is clean and food has been good more than bad.

Just moved to the area 2 months ago from California & was very disappointed to find that there is a vast difference in the quality of food at this location compared to every other Panda Express I ate at in Cali. The noodles are just BAD … Dry, bland and oily with only scant amounts of veggies. In fact, all 3 times I’ve been here, everything I ordered was greasy. Panda Express has a parent restaurant called Panda Inn in California that is VERY good. I wonder if the absence of this«parent» has given the express version here in Texas the room to slack in all sorts of areas … To make matters worse, their customer service is garbage. All three times, they were out of several of their most popular items(including orange chicken and chow mein) and instead of telling me how long the wait would be in case I wanted to order something else instead, they just set my food aside and helped the next customer. The second time I was there and went through the drive thru, the girl at the window told me if I wanted to get my first choices I should come before 9:30 when they start cleaning up. Ummmm, it’s 9:40 and y’all close at 10. Her response was, «we’ve already started to put food away so we can close at 10.» Excuse me?!? So you just stay open an extra 30 minutes so you can turn people away? Interesting … After giving them one last chance & having the same crappy experience, I’m done. Three strikes, you’re out!

This place isn’t bad for drive-thru Chinese… it isn’t great, but it is «drive-thru Chinese»… The drive-thru was very slow when I was there, but without me saying anything they apologized offered me me a free drink for the wait. Very nice.

There is nothing worse than drive thru asian food; however, every now and then I am the person in the Panda Express line to order fried rice with a vegetable roll, only to complain about how bad it tasted after its all gone. I admit, I am no lover of Panda Express… but, it sure comes in handy sometimes. I give it 2 stars for being fast. The food would taste a lot better if more seasoning was added. Thankfully, the soy sauce is there to make it edible. Even though I don’t want to say it, I’ll return again one day.

It tasted fine, but not very good. Spring rolls mushy, orange chicken mostly breading, chow mein was cold and rubbery. Best thing about this meal was the sweet and sour sauce! Awesome sweet and sour sauce! Service was also very great!
