This store seems to have problems with employee turnover so it takes forever to get a sandwich even if there is only a short line. When I asked for the manager, one of the slow employees told me «she was» and asked me rudely what my problem was. When I asked for the owner’s phone number she said«we don’t give that put.» The people working can’t seem to remember more than one fixing at a time so speak slowly and clearly if you have a chance of getting your order in less than 30 minutes. I won’t go back to this location and will go to the nearby one on Coal Mine and Pierce where they are efficient and polite. The reason I bothered to write a review at all is because the extreme slowness has happened on multiple occasions and I’m tired of giving this store chances to fix the problem. I simply won’t go back and neither will anyone I work with.

Just got done here and it is by far the best subway sandwich that I have ever had!!! The guy with the long hair in a pony tail is a gifted sub maker and will load your sub up !!! I definitely recommend this to everyone!

If you go there at night it’s rarely busy. It’s a subway restaurant and not gourmet food. An employee named Cameron is always helpful and effificient. The store is always clean. And their bread is always fresh.

The worst experience at a Subway ever. Management might want to crack a whip. Your employees do not understand that they are there to work. I had never been to this location, but I walked in this afternoon to get two«Kids Packs», and a sandwich for myself. There was an older woman behind the counter with glasses. She asked me what I wanted on the two kids sandwiches, and I told her one would need to have meat like the«turkey italliano». She said, «I can’t do that with a kids pack, it’s just not an option.» I replied, «What do you mean it’s not an option? If it’s an extra charge that’s fine.» She said, «No, I can’t do it there’s no way to ring it up on the register.» I started to get frustrated and said, «Let me get this straight. Every single Subway commercial I have ever seen in my life has predominantly focused on the fact that you can make any sandwich any way, and you are now telling me my child cannot have turkey and salami on her sandwich???» She then got huffy, marched over to the register, and started messing with buttons, and trying to tell me how much it would be if I had it my way. I said, «Look, I will pay whatever for the sandwiches. I don’t need you to look at all the prices before you have even begun to even make one sandwich. I do have a bit of a schedule today, so if we could just start making these, I would appreciate it.» She said, «Ma’am I need to get this rung up correctly, right now.» Ring up WHAT? You haven’t even begun to make the sandwiches yet! You have just been hovered over the register for the last three minutes, snarkily hollering upgrade charges to me! At that point I just walked out of the store, and she actually had the audacity to yell at me as I’m walking out. I don’t know what she said, because I yelled back at her as I was walking out, «Why are you even doing any of this??? I’ll pay whatever you want for the flippin sandwiches! What is your problem???» Stay away from this location.
