My wife and I love this place. Kevin the owner is very friendly and their prices are very reasonable. We also enjoy Jack who is a friendly server. Food had always been delicious and service has always been extremely awesome!

I took a client here last week and like the main Garlic Knot, I was pleased with the pie and service. We ordered a Jalapeño, onion and Pepperoni pizza and some knots and everything came out in the right order and we received what we expected. Its good to see that the quality of pizza and service continues. The location is kind of funky and tucked away, but with all the tools we have in our phones these days, its not too difficult to find the first time.

Just had lunch here thanks to a Groupon deal. We brought our one year old son and the guys working happily created a custom meal just for my little guy. They sautéed up a huge bowl of chopped veggies and a giant meatball just for him. He LOVED it!!! Not your average pizza joint. Awesome pizza, great prices(on beer too!), and top notch customer service. Will definitely be back again!

Really good NY style pizza! My husband and I ordered delivery from here after a long day at work. I probably could have just eaten the garlic knots and been happy with that! I’m glad we only ordered 5 because they are dangerous. We also got a large pizza with meatball, sausage, and garlic. Really good stuff! I wish they had a bigger variety of pizzas but that’s just a personal preference. I prefer NY style over Chicago and this is my new favorite«go-to» place in Highlands Ranch.

We still like their food and everything, but the past 3 times we’ve ordered from them, the girl taking the order is pretty terrible. She sounds like she’s maybe 13, either doesn’t listen or isn’t paying attention, because I’m constantly having to repeat myself. It’s extremely annoying.

My wife and I order from here about once a week. The pizza is great, a little expensive, but we’ll worth the money because they use very high quality ingredients. The actual entrees are great also. My wife loves their lasagna although we could make that at home. Still always happy with the service and how quick they are. We will continue to order from here.

Not great. Their white sauce is especially disappointing. Very skimpy on toppings and sauce.

Only half my food was delivered, I ordered calzones and garlic knots, I got 2⁄3 of the calzones and no garlic knots, I put my tip on my credit card and the driver had the decency to ask me for more $. Are you kidding me? And when I called to let them know I only got half my order they send the driver back out and he tells me «your not going to pay me more for coming back out here?» Like excuse me? It’s not my fault you forgot my food. Not to mention the calzones were overcooked, the garlic knots were undercooked, covered in oil, and had so much garlic it burned our throats. Ridiculous!

I debated whether to give this place two stars instead of one, but had to go with one. This is about the 10th time we have ordered food from The Garlic Knot, and it has been wrong eight out of the 10 times. So why do we keep going back? We love the food, but the service is horrible and it is that way because of horrible management. We have officially switched to Jets Pizza. In this particular time that we ordered, we ordered two pizzas, garlic knots and chicken Parmesan. Only one of the pizzas arrived. Even my 10-year-old girl replied, «typical». So, the delivery boy went back to get our other pizza and once again we were all eating at different times. When he came back, he had mentioned the manager called me, which is not the case. About a half hour after we finished our meal, the manager did call us and told us that he had already spoken to us. He was clearly confused. Obviously he already spoke with another dissatisfied customer, but was confusing me with her or him. I had to point this out to him as well. So, while I wasn’t angry or rude in the least, the manager offered a very reluctant apology and did not seem discouraged that he had officially lost a customer to a better pizza place up the street.

We’ve ordered delivery for pizza, calzones and cinnamon twists approximately 10 times in the past 6 months or so. The pizza is consistently good– non-soggy crust, it’s hot, topping are appropriate and it’s tasty. The cheese calzone, served with a slightly too sweet marinara sauce, was delicious! The second time we ordered. it was half raw. The cinnamon twists? Except for the first batch, have been consistently raw, missing the frosting or completely forgotten. We’ve called to complain and were told we would have a credit. which we did not have. Or the item would be re-delivered, which it was… Try the metropolitan pizza. Other item menus, use caution.

Great pizza, great knots(when they’re fresh) and amazing beat all sub. Everything I try I’m completely satisfied with plus they deliver! Haven’t had anything to complain about as of yet and I’ve visited at least 5 times now. Much better than others Garlic knot locations I’ve tried

The Littleton, CO Garlic Knot made a mediocre pizza and pasta. Service was slow and middling. The store was adequately clean. My family and I will definitely not be returning.

Pizza is my favorite in the area but they need to get their act together with the delivery process. Every time I order a pizza it takes almost 1 ½ hours just to get it. They probably need to hire more delivery drivers and try to keep the ones they currently have so they don’t leave. I am done with Garlic Knot… hopefully they will get their act together!

All garlic knots are not the same… We recently got Garlic Knot pizza and mozzarella sticks for takeout from the Denver restaurant. It was ready earlier than they estimated on the phone, piping hot when I got home, beyond delicious, great tasting dough, I could go on and on. Since we live closer to the Garlic Knot franchise off of Canal Circle(Littleton) and were experiencing pizza withdrawals, we figured we’d try it out. The results… Where do I start? First of all, it took almost 45 minutes to get our food even though the less than enthusiastic lady on the phone estimated 20 minutes. Okay, fine, I understand things happen in the food business. Once we got home and unfurled the aluminum foil on the calzone I had so patiently waited for, I couldn’t believe that the dough was practically still raw… no joke. I had to heat in the oven for 20 minutes to make it edible. My husband also ordered a combo zone calzone with no mushrooms or olives. The aforementioned lackluster waitress even repeated that when he paid for the thing. Guess what his calzone was stuffed with?! You got it, mushrooms and olives. Other than those minor details, the calzones were okay and the Carnegie pizza was average, but junk compared to the Garlic Knot on Colorado Blvd. If it was the only pizza joint in town, I’d probably still go there but with a giant grudge.

Hey GK, why not just write«I could care less on the box?» As in, «I’m gonna cook this pizza for as long as the cheese gets melted and that’s it. F*ck it. I don’t care. I’m too cool for this job. I’m better than this. Any day my band is gonna blow up and I’ll ditch this lame job». Is that long enough, Unilocal

My girlfriend and I have eaten at this location three times… the pizza/appetizers themselves have been generally pretty good. The reason I’m writing this review however was one bad experience we had having pizza delivered. We ordered their rockefeller pizza(sausage, mushrooms, spinach)… it took them an hour to deliver it, and it arrived with spinach only. My girlfriend placed a call to the pizza place, spent 5 minutes on hold waiting for a manager, and finally he asked her to bring back the pizza because the kitchen insisted that all the ingredients were on it. When she brought the pizza back, they told her that this was the 4th pizza they’d had returned that evening… they did remake our pizza, however they appeared to be a group of entirely disorganized high school kids; poor management appears to be to blame. Not only did it seem like the inmates running the asylum, they didn’t apologize or offer any way to fix or remedy the problem and inconvenience. In all fairness, I really don’t blame the staff. They seemed like well-intentioned high-school kids… however, as a food service manager myself, this just smarts of bad or lackadaisical management. Not only was the kitchen either poorly trained or totally overwhelmed, the reaction, or lack thereof, of the staff when confronted with a mistake is pretty inexcusable. We’ll certainly give them another shot, largely because there’s very little in the way of competition where we live, but it would behoove ownership to reassess management and training procedures.

The low: The meals did not come out at the same time and the very first one was not the kids meal. The center of the calzone was not warm enough to melt all of the cheese. The great: Decent price. Big calzone. The Stromboli was perfect size. Good service. Very tasty. You need big hands to eat the meatball sub. Easy to get in and out on a Tuesday night. The garlic knots are really good. We live a couple of blocks away from another good Italian place, but would also consider eating here again too just for the knots.

The pizza is pretty good and the deliver to Highlands Ranch. It’s our go to place now. I like the thin, bendy New York Style so this place hits the spot. Ironically the garlic knots are terrible. Tastless and way too salty.

Good — not great pizza. They delivered when they said they would and the pizza had a decent thin crust. The veggie one was the best and the salads were a good size, definitely fresh and served with a generous side of dressing. Not bad for a quick slice.

I honestly don’t know why these guys have such bad reviews. I am jealous of those who live over in Littleton, just because there is no good pizza over where I am at that I have yet to find, and I would love to be closer to the garlic knot. Then again, maybe it’s a good thing, because I would eat it more often. Their pizza is just as I love! It has real ingredients, not the fake cheeses and meats that most chains have. I love the flavor in their pizza and garlic knots, and even the owner came by our table to check on us. We had amazing food and great customer service, what else do you need? As I said before, I’m just sad I’m not closer. Luckily, I work in Littleton, so I’m always close enough for a quick stop by to grab a bite., yum!
