I have to tell you I’m very impressed with Bose products. However, I’m more impressed with the level of customer service I received from Linda today at the Newport Fashion Island Location. I had purchased a set of headphones a couple of years ago. While on a flight someone had bumped into them and broke the piece that plugs into the device. When I first called the store she informed me that the service department could help me and gave me the hours they would be available on Monday, tomorrow. However, I went on to explain my fight was taking off tonight at 9:20pm out of LAX She invited me into the store to see what they could do to help. When I arrived at the store I was immediately greeted and welcomed. I ask for Linda who I had spoken to via telephone and she told me she would be with me shortly, she was with a current customer. Once she finished with her other customer she greeted me warmly. She had remembered our phone conversation, it went to work at once to resolve my issue. What I will tell after speaking with her manager on duty, she returned to me and more than exceeded my expectations. They were able to replace my headphones and even offered me a 3 year warranty for only 60.00. To help any future issues. I can assure you when I am looking for electronic products of this nature. I will be going to see Linda at Newport Center Fashion Island. She cares 100% about her company and understands the true meaning of customer service. Thank you again Linda. Bought Bose Companion 5 for my girlfriend. I liked it so much I am going to be back tomorrow to buy another! Factory renewed is the way to go!!! Thanks everyone at this store for making this happen!!! They put it on hold for me so I could come get it at a time that works for me!!!

This store is awesome! Like others have said, they have factory renewed products and some older products for a good discount, but they also carry all the latest and brand new products here, just like the regular Bose stores! No need to order online and wait anxiously for shipping. Holiday shopping easy and done!

Walked in here kind of randomly. We had been looking to purchase a good sound system. Geoffrey helped us out. We told him what we were looking for and he asked about the size of the room. Geoffrey showed us the different options and recommended one perfect for our needs. He is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Great store for all your bose needs and great prices. Factory store products are not refurbished products they are products customers have purchased and returned within 30 days have been tested and re sold at lower prices,

Bought Soundtouch 20 and 30. They work together via wi-fi, so no more blue-tooth conncetion issues. They are amazing. The refurb 20 works and looks just like new. I bought the 30 as a new one. Set up was the easiest of all my smart appliances. Forget anything else, this is the way to go. Period.

Don’t you hate when you go some where and get great service only to go back and THE person isn’t there anymore! Sooo aggravating. A while ago I went in to start looking for an anniversary gift for the hubby. And I got this young guy(some might call him a «rookie kid») and he really knew his stuff. Totally sold me on a few items. But this being bose(= pricey)… I just wanted to make sure that it’s something I really wanted and that I thought my IT guy would like. So I didn’t buy. I was several months early anyways. I went back last week and the guy wasn’t here anymore. Totally bummed. The lady that was helping me didn’t instill much confidence. I think she and I are pretty much on the same level with this jazz. I dunno, there’s something about buying tech stuff from an older person… if they’re not ON it I’m not really convinced. To be blunt she was no Tim Cook. So I left empty handed. I went to Best Buy the other day to see what they’re guys say. I find they’re usually pretty helpful. Plus I had a gift card! I kid you not the SAME guy was there. His name is Andrew, look for him. Totally helped me out! Soo if you’re an ageist like me ONLY when it comes to my gadgets you might wanna wait til Bose gets some fresh blood. Now to write a review for BestBuy!

I absolutely love Bose products and love coming here when I’m in town visiting family. The staff at the store was always so helpful and so nice(particularly a young man named Andy)! Unfortunately, the last time I was in the manager(Melinda or Melissa maybe?) was quite rude and unhelpful. Will not be returning.

I came in looking for the Bose Soundlink Air. Unfortunately, they were all sold out due to it being discontinued. However, the sales person, Miguel, was able to point me to the SoundTouch 20 with more features and better functionality. It is the replacement for the Soundlink Air. Miguel showed me every feature using his iPhone and iPad. He took time to explain everything to me and his product knowledge was impressive. He is very customer service oriented and he earned my business. I would definitely come back to this Bose store and Miguel, if I could ever find a place to park. As it is, parking is too hard to find, making my return to these outlets very unlikely. Should you find a parking spot here, definitely go see Miguel in the Bose store and give him some business.

Rookie kids(literally looks like their in first yr of college) selling earphones and surround sound systems to novice listeners. I walked in trying to listen to some headphones but overheard an argument. A male was trying two sets of over the ear headphones and the reps were complaining. «Sir, these are two of the same exact headphones. The one I brought out is in box and will not be any different. These aren’t shoes. You don’t need to break-in the headphones.» + adding smirks and giggles. The customer didn’t bother listening to them and tried to continue on the decision. While the headphones were over the customers ears, I heard some nasty comments. Definitely not professional on the sales side. And, they should really learn that headphones do sound different(sometimes better after burn-in) over time after 50−100+ hrs of use. Sorry, but I decided to walk out instead of trying to listen to some headphones. If corporate reads this, hope they retrain and hire new staff.

Employees treated us like an annoyance and seemed to consider it a chore to turn down their music to answer a few questions or to allow us to listen to one of the products on display in the showroom. A couple minutes later, they cranked their music again. We got the message. We left.
