The last three times they have messed up my order. I’m usually in a hurry when I go so I don’t know my order is messed up until I’m on the road eating. The last time the Mexican s in the kitchen had no idea what They were supposed to make. They made half of my order and put it in the heat lamp area. Then the mexican guy gave my burgers to someone else! I had to wait for them to make more burgers. I was late for my appointment and shorted a patty on my thick burger. Grrrr! The help there is horrible! The only one that ever gets my order correct is the tall guy with long hair. I’m not sure if he works there any longer.

I have recently become hooked on Carl’s Jr. turkey burgers. I was greatly disappointed to get an overlooked and dry burger here. My wife’s was more of the expected consistency, so I am not saying to avoid this place. Just check your food before you rush out to hit the road again.

service wasn’t a problem since there were no patrons saturday late afternoon. eats: spicy chicken sandwich(1) –had fresh lettuce slice and fried breaded chicken breast patty real meat tasted, not mystery meat –spiciness yes, some additives too.

When I wrote the review last week, it was a cut & paste of the email that I sent to Carl’s Jr. via their website. It’s been a week and I’ve not received a response so apparently their corporate parent condones this level of service.

First time here, asked for no vegetables on my burger. Unwrapped burger, hot soggy lettuce everywhere. Gross. Never again

Just went there to try the new Big Biscuit breakfast sandwich, very unhappy they said they do not have Biscuits here and then they say I can give you two sourdough breakfast sandwiches for $ 3.00, so what the heck thats A deal. Ok I should of checked them before I left I get back to work only to find out the bread is not toasted and there is no butter on the bread either!!! I will never go back to this location!!! Oh I forgot to mention I put the sandwhich in the toaster oven at work…

The drive-thru just feels funny when we’ve done that — rare, mostly for a milkshake run on the way home. Otherwise we’re dine-in people(if I wanted to eat in the car, I’d have leather seats). The dining area is consistently clean, perhaps as it never seems to be that busy(maybe lunch is their thing?). The counter crew are friendly enough, and there’s never a shortage of coupons floating around the mailbox to help soften the blow of what always feels like an otherwise over-priced menu for the fast food niche.

Horrible service. Went there at exactly 11:00 am and asked for a stuffed breakfast burrito and they told me no when I was only one minute late. Mcdonalds wouldn’t even do that.

The good thing is, the food is fairly consistent between restaurants, even if it’s a different franchise. Hitting Carl’s after swim class is one of the periodic guilty pleasures of the lesson(and my daughter seems to enjoy the chicken strips, all the more handy given she’s fussy at times). Still sort of missing the orange-flavored smoothie thing, but that’s the nature of limited-time only treats. Sigh.
