Line is a mess. No signs where to order. Got cut in line twice because of the confusion. Just don’t go to this one go to another one in the food court, one that gives a shit.

To the Obese Mexican girl that looks like Demi lovato’s fat sister. Needs to learn how to give better service and spot being rude. I told her I wanted my food Togo and she gave me a fit and threw my food on the plate. Like her job is that hard. I guess that’s why she works at a food court were still be working at for awhile. Don’t come here the foot isn’t even fresh and hard to chew

This review is more like 2.5 rating. The portion size was great but the orange and sesame chicken were the problem. The chicken meat are thinly sliced with lots of batter to make up the size of each piece. The problem is both the Orange and sesame chicken were overcooked and hard to bite into… like a dog biting a biscuit. Now thinking about it now, this experience makes me appreciate Panda Express.

Worst possible food I ever had! It felt as cheap as it can get and tasted like strong artificial flavors over cooked. The only healthy thing here was steamed rice which also made badly(overlooked). The only reason this place survives is that it’s located at the food court. To summarize: cheap, bad taste, and unhealthy.

inside the livermore premium outlets food court… typical combo meals with choice of chow mein or fried rice… taking the 3-item meal for $ 9.29 with the fried rice… don’t get the fried rice… tasteless and not good… hope the chow mein is better… a small diet coke for $ 1.79… $ 12.13 total after tax for 3-item meal with a small soda… on a tray and plate of rice and 2 items…3rd item in a bowl… sweet sticky orange chicken battered heavy and sauced thick… standard fast food orange chicken pre-made and placed in heating trays… the mushroom chicken was okay and kung pao chicken was typical… heavy battered, greasy and poor fried rice…

Disgusting!!! Avoid like the plague!!! Greasy cheaper version of Panda Express. Borderline racist cartoon if a Chinese boy with a bowl haircut as their logo It is jn the middle of a food court so you don’t have to go far to find other restaurants

Standard food court faire; greasy, salty cabbage and rice soaked in soy sauce. I was happy to find they have a vegetarian plate.

I’m kid of surprised to see this place got so many one star review and complained about the pricing. My husband and I ordered 3 entrée plater for $ 8.99, egg drop soup and hot and sour soup. The food doesn’t taste extraordinary but it’s a ok. Come on. china max is a fast food chinese food. What do you expect from a fast food in a food court? 8.99 to get a full box of hot greasy food, I feel it’s pretty reasonable. Look at other places in this food court, it’s pretty much the same considering the price range and the amount of food. We enjoyed the orange chicken and tofu. Egg plant is greasy but acceptable. Both soup is okay too. If you want better food, drive a couple miles and you will be happier.

Wanted to give 2.5 stars but that isn’t av option. Place isn’t that bad given the options this food court had. It’s some what affordable and I guess filling. The orange chicken was pretty good. Noodles was basically allllll veggies… Barely got any noodles… Want too happy about that. Wished the food court had more options

Oh there is slim pickings in this outlet mall food court, but I’d pick something else. I purchased the two item combo with fried noodles, orange chicken, and some other chicken. It was all okay, nothing you’d pack to go home if you had leftovers, like I did.

Wow, how low can a food court Chinese stands go? To preface, I love food court Chinese food; greasy, tasty, msg-laden heart burn with surprises in the toilet for later. With that being said, I can’t believe this place even exists in comparison to anywhere else. The non-asian servers definitely got the China-attitude down to a «T», and that extends into their overall customer service. I spoke to three staff members here in one visit, and each one avoided eye-contact, appeared as if you are there to annoy them and never provided more than one word in their response. Not one of them wanted to be there. I bet they get a spanking if they even smiled once when serving customers. Not that I was expecting white-glove service, but as you can tell from their 2-star average Unilocal rating, they have a lot to improve. Taste: I still found greasy food, but the portion is the problem. The bento box I received with my two-item meal was about 60% filled. One reason people go for food court Chinese food was the portion… I guess if you are on diet, this is a good place for you. Price: the person who came up with the pricing must have been smoking. $ 6.99 for one-item, $ 7.99 for two-item, $ 8.99 for three-item and so on with anything else you want to add. Pricey doesn’t even come close to describing the sticker shock at this lowly rated Chinese stand in a food court. I do have to add that there is always a line to get chinese food here; I’d like to know how many of them are repeat customers… Stay away, there are better places to try than this joke that’s called«ChinaMax».

Avoid! Rude register staff whose heads are anywhere but at work. I made my request over and over again and the girls still got it wrong because they just weren’t listening. Tries to look like Panda Express, but is way below that standard.

We picked this place in the food court because it seems to have more people. This is an over priced fast Chinese. The food is really not that good. There no taste in the food and the quality if not that good either. I even prefer Panda Express, if there’s one. Since this is the only food court in this outlet, choices are limited. Would not go back to this one again.

Not the best, not the worst steam-table Chinese you’ve ever had. For about $ 11 you get a two item combo(with rice or chow mien) with a drink… Your food court options at this mall are limited and all overpriced. This is basically the reason Unilocal has a two star option. Pepper Plant Sauce = NO

China Max’s listed address and phone # on the Unilocal page is that of the flagship jamaica location. food seem pricey. 1 entress and? =6.99 eats: –sampled sweet & sour pork something lotsa breading and very sweet, jamaicanized? –egg roll(1.59) long fried tube, actually pretty good not the usual cabbage mix. had carrots and a liquidified pork filling. acceptable. 3 stars crumbs: –china max is a jamaican eatery, –chinese food looks americanized/jamacanized. –friendly, cordial service

The best way to describe this food court stand at the Paragon Outlet is as follows: think Panda Express. It totally resembles them including the orange chicken, which is one of Panda’s most popular items, and tastes just like it. It’s a mall, so I don’t expect much for food choices, but at least here it’s a bit better than Gilroy(or even Vacaville from what I recall the last time I went many years back).
