If I could give this place zero stars I would. I don’t understand how this sandwich shops survives. I ordered a turkey avocado veggie sandwich. I ended up with 4 slices of packaged turkey meat, thinly spread imitation guacamole, a shit-ton of shredded lettuce, some tomatoes and a few cucumbers. I should have walked out and left the pathetic attempt at a sandwich on the counter.

When you serve an inferior product by goofball employees and take it pay go home to eat and get disappointed you never go back What a huge disappointment!!!

Great in the beginning. Downhill ever since. Customer service is terrible. The price of the sandwiches does match the size of the sandwiches(2 x sandwiches = $ 16, bread was old, 1 slice of turkey, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 tomatos, way to much lettuce). I really wish I can give it no stars. Never again

This location is getting better, under six months old. If you like real old fashion subs this is the place. #5 Vito is my favorite. Love the day old bread! Very cool staff & always FAST!

Jimmy Johns has definitely gone down hill. When I discovered a dead fly in my sandwich, they replaced it, but really!

1st timer. Employees seemed confused and didn’t understand basic sandwich questions. They looked at ea other for answers and guidance. I purchased 3 sandwiches took one home ate one on the way home my husband ate his on the ride also we were driving separate. I called him on my wireless Bluetooth and asked him about a fire on the side of the road he mentioned his sandwich was the worse ever. I said wow I was wondering if u thought the same. Horrible tasteless i am really shocked. I had high hopes. I asked for extra mayo had no mayo at all. Very sloppy. They asked if I wanted all sandwiches cut. Only one was cut. Barely any meat on sandwich and not very flavorful. Packed it w lettuce. Won’t be going back.

Hey Jimmy Johns! While we love your subs, this review is on your employees! Tonight we were outside and the neighbor across the street was getting a delivery. The girl used only the side walk and did not just cut across the grass! That is the proper thing to do! Not sure if you taught them that or if her parents brought her up right! Good job!

I typically love JJ’s, but this is the worse location ever. There is absolutely no parking. I’ve tried to come here three different times and ended up driving off because there isn’t enough parking for all of the establishments in this plaza. 99% of the people parked here are for the Chicken and Waffles place next door. So sad.

First time at the chain. Shop is clean and nice humor throughout the décor, oddly best in the rest rooms. The order was quick with friendly staff. Got the #2 Roast Beef which was tasty and fresh. On the downside the other ingredients were very limited yielding a less filling sandwich. While I like this place, other sandwich chains are a better deal for your money.

The customer service was amazing. Very sweet and friendly employees who where willing to talk us through the menu and recommend things. My low rating is for the food. The sandwiches are by no means, impressive. An expensive breadwich is all I gotta say. Dissapointed that I had no mayor mustard. Thought that was a given. I won’t return because of the food, ToGos offers way more but plz some reconize the staff. Fantastic service

Sandwichea are very bland no real flavor. Overpriced and they charge you for every little add on. Charged me for hot peppers and then forgot to put them on my sandwich. Tried it never going back. The best part was the crushed ice in the drink fountain…

Pretty good, but nothing really that special about the food. Sandwich was good but mundane, had the Vito(with not-very-hot hot peppers). House-brand chips were good. Price reasonable. I’d put it a step above the«other huge sandwich chain», but a long shot from your local Italian deli grub. I will say that the service was on point, excellent, prompt and friendly. Bottom line I’d eat there again, I will be returning for work day lunch in the future.

Newly opened sandwich shop located in a plaza on the corner of Vasco x Northfront Rd, right off the 580 freeway. They share the lot with ARCO, McDonald’s, KFC, and Country Waffles. The shop is small and the plaza doesn’t offer a lot of parking. My husband and I ordered the #5, Vito sandwich. The sandwich tasted good, but it was rather small with limited ingredients. We were anticipating a sandwich packed with toppings and meat! Staff was friendly, service was prompt, but their sandwiches certainly didn’t wow us. For the same price, we’d rather go to Subway.

The service was friendly, and they put tons of lettuce on your sandwich. If you’re hoping for a good meat to green ratio I suggest a place in town that rhymes with fickle. I’m sad to say that I think Sub(par) way may be better.

I spent my college years eating at Jimmy Johns & have missed them greatly since I moved out to Cali. Don’t understand why more haven’t opened in the Bay Area. Great sandwiches! The Pepe is amazing and the Turkey Tom with sprouts is good too. If you are looking for a great sandwich shop this is it. Way better than Subway. The store was started in Illinois so it has a Midwest flair to it. If you want California sandwiches with a ton of Avacado & other stuff, this may not be the place for you. The Slim comes with just cheese & meat. The other sandwiches come with Mayo, Tomatoes, Lettuce. The speciality sandwiches come with other stuff. If you want no tomatoes or want onion added just ask. Run to Jimmy John’s, don’t walk.

Eh, it was okay. Went today for the first time. The service is really excellent, everyone was very nice. Whoever owns this place hired some really good people. The menu was a little confusing for me. I assumed the sandwich came with all the condiments such as mayo, mustard, tomatoes, cheese, etc., so when I ordered I just said«no mayo» assuming that I would get mustard and all the other usuals… So once I got my sandwich and saw that I was mistaken, I had to go up and ask for mustard. At least next time I know. The sandwich tasted fresh. It was good. But it wasn’t $ 6+ good. We got 2 sandwiches(my husband did get the big one for $ 10) 2 bags of chips and 2 small drinks for $ 25… I think that’s a bit outrageous for sandwiches… I think my sandwich should have been more in the $ 4-$ 5 range. I think it’s cool they deliver and that you can also order ahead on their app. I think I will try that in the future.

Don’t waste your money. Over priced shitty ingredients, tasteless and soggy rotten produce. This place just opened a few weeks ago and was excited to try because we live down the street. Would never come back or recommend it I’m sure the hot dogs at the gas station are better then these shitty sandwiches which are way to expensive. Horrible it’s too bad they have a good concept as far as the store goes but food sucks.

Its a glorified subway except cold sandwiches. I got the beach club and it had a tablespoon of avacado on it, i know this because they said oh its only one tablespoon per sandwich. Its a b class sandwich shop nothing special if you don’t come here you wont miss anything.

Weird you have to add avocado to a club sandwich. When I got my sandwich I couldn’t find the avocado so when I asked them to put it on the guy said its hidden between the meat and cheese. When I found it there was barley any. The guy proceeded to tell me it’s a tablespoon per 8′ sub. For a dollar more you would expect to taste it. Or at least not have it «hidden» all In all I ate the sandwich wasn’t bad but prob gonna do to togos next time I want a $ 9 sandwich.

I work close to jj’s and they just opened so I decided to get a sub. Once I walked in everyone welcomed me :) there was a small line which moved really fast because another cashier opened. I didn’t know what. i want but one of the employees gave me suggestions and I went with the jj gargantuan. It has a lot of meat. Really! It has salami, ham, capicola, roast beef, turkey and cheese. The bread is very fresh and tasty. And great sauce. Really liked it here and will defiantly come here once in a while. Overall great sandwich and awesome and happy employees.
