I have been here only 3 times always wishing I’d get a new employee to help me out and I always get stuck with one certain employee. She is unprofessional if she’s not on her phone, her phone is ringing back to back. This last time I went they’re holiday hours said they close at 8, I got there around 7:15& the doors were locked with their open sign on & she was inside on her phone. She opened the door and the whole time she was rushing through my order I didn’t even get all the toppings on my sandwich because I just wanted to leave she didn’t even ring me up on the register she just told me it was $ 9 I gave her my cash and she went into her tip jar to get my change. I can’t believe that this location has such careless employees. It’s outrageous.

Yep never coming back here again… I don’t care how convenient the location is… The entire time I was in this location the woman helping me was on a cell phone call… I felt like I was interrupting her while making my sandwich… She didn’t even ask me about items she would just look at me with her hand over the items waiting on some response from me… Rude. disrespectful… Condescending… I could go on… Not worth my time… Stay away!!! Or better yet come here and have a phone call while you order your sandwich… Apparently it’s ok to be rude here!

Don’t get all the negative reviews on this place. It seems only people that have problems write reviews for fast food restaurants. I’ve been to almost every subway in the bay area and this one is by far the best. Very nice customer service and always get a good amount of veggies for my salad. No stinginess like I see in other subways. People need to chill out with the 1 star reviews for human error. This is a minimum wage paying job with no tips, as long as the customer service is good, it beats out other subways with ease.

This is a Subway like any other. However, the cashier charges you for items you didn’t order and are more expensive. I ordered a 6″ Tuna, but was charged for a Footlong Ham, which is almost $ 1 different. It’s not about the $ 1, it’s the principle. I don’t appreciate being ripped off. I will not be returning here.

Terrible. They don’t speak to you or loud enough. They are always talking in another language, makes you uncomfortable. She closed up my sandwich before I was done, it had only two ingredients on it at that point. She didn’t care and looked like she was on something. Not going back.

The parking is a joke, usually there is none. The workers barely speak English and don’t engage with you whatsoever, they just laugh and talk amongst themselves in whatever language. They seem very bored and unhappy. The food isn’t fresh.

I can confirm almost all the other reviews about this restuarant. I was in there today an they cheated me big time on veggies and then when I went to pay they charged me $ 6.75 for a $ 6.00 sandwhich to which I asked about and the lady replied, ‘that’s the price on the board, look for yourself’. Are you serious? It was simply question, there is no reason to be rude! I’ve been going here on and off for the last 6 months but today was the day I decided I will never return no matter how convenient/close to my work this location is.

Subway should watch this franchise closely. Scamming customers. Every other subway in America puts 8 slices of turkey on a large sub. The woman here will only put 6 slices on, even when politely asked about it. And they charge more than other subways for the same meal. Won’t ever see me again at this location.

This is a clean and spacious Subway location, with the usual subs and other treats. What makes them a little different and brings us back is that they carry Cheetos, and my 4-year old will eat a 6-inch sub all by herself if there are Cheetos at the end of that rainbow! Parking can be a little tricky as several restaurants occupy this corner of S. Vasco and Las Positas, but it’s manageable if you time it right.

Was just in there 20 minutes ago. This is my first and last time at this location. Staff should speak UP when helping a customer. I had to ask her to repeat herself 5 times because I could not hear her whispering over the counter! Maybe, just maybe they could smile too??? That might be too much to ask. VERY chintzy with the toppings. One pickle, one jalapeño slice, one cheese slice, etc. I asked her to put 2 more slices on my 6 inch sandwich and still she only added one more… on my husband’s foot long sandwich she only gave 3 tomato slices… really??? Somehow I paid $ 17 for a 6″ turkey and footlong Philly cheese and 2 cookies. Since I did not receive my receipt, I have no idea how it came out to $ 17 even… oh and thanks for the one napkin. who would think that 2 people would need more than one napkin? Cheap Jerks…

I have been to this location a couple of times and the service here is AWFUL. Employees are always sloppy, very unfriendly and impolite. They look at you as if you do not matter as a customer. This Subway is at a good location and it always have a lot of customers at lunch time. So I’m guessing the manager/owner does not care about providing good customer service because there always is a good flow of customers. But compared to other Subways I have been to in many cities, this one is the worst! Just less than a mile away, in North Vasco Rd. there is another Subway that has much better service. I always go there and I am a happier customer. I have to drive a little farther but it’s worth it because I will get to enjoy my meal. Perhaps other are doing the same and skipping this location because of the bad service, so this goes to the manager of this place: «Change your employees because they are making you lose money!». I just say to others, DOEATHERE, you will always have a bad experience and will leave this place irritated!

Fuck these ladys at this subway they have a shitty attitude and you can tell they don’t like dealing with anybody that walks up in there people skills are terrible an d I did not enjoy my sandwich as long ss there still there ill never set foot there again. . This location is horrible. Do yourself a favor and go to the one further down Vasco(usually a long line), or the one near Chilis(shorter lines, nice staff). I’ve encountered squabbling between employees, lack of customer service, slow service, not understanding customers, squabbling between customers and the employees, rude employees, etc. Wish it was better, it’s really close to my work.

Incredibly rude employees. I had to stand there for 30 seconds while the woman putting the toppings on my sandwich decided to converse with her coworker instead of making my sandwich. Then their credit card machine was down, when I asked how I was supposed to pay, the woman told me they had told everyone in the store that the machine was broken. I was not in the store when they made this announcement, yet she had the audacity to tell me that it was my fault for not listening to them. I told her that no one had directly addressed me telling me the machine was broken, she kept arguing with me. Will not be back.

The worst customer experience ever! We had two sandwich’s being made, one of the sandwich’s was made completely wrong. Then they toasted the wrong one and left the other cold. While trying to use a coupon(which was the only reason we came in) the woman at the register made it impossibly hard to use and really topped off our excruciating experience here. Will never come back, what a nightmare.
