Tried to go here this morning– there’s a sign on the door saying there closed and happy holidays. The didn’t even have the chance to take down their banner sign. We came here once awhile back– sad we don’t get to try it again. Poor Livermore really needs breakfast places!

Discovered this establishment quite by accident, I had just walked out of OfficeMax and saw«BREAKFASTSERVEDALLDAY» on a sign across the parking lot. Indeed, breakfast was served all day, and decent to boot! Ordered bacon and eggs(over easy) with country potatoes. The potatoes were tasty but a little over salted. The eggs and bacon were done just right. Good service, drink refilled often, and the check came right as I was done eating(I hate waiting 5 – 10 minutes for a check after a meal). Décor was a little spartan, but pleasant. This place is worth a shot if you’re nearby.

According to the owner, this place just opened about 2 weeks ago. I have to say I was impressed with this place. It’s a hole in the wall kind of place that is brightly painted and has great atmosphere to it. The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. As for the food, they have a large variety of food from breakfast, lunch, or dinner. I ordered the Spinach omelet with country potatoes and I have to say it was excellent and tasted like home cooking to me. Their prices are good and you get a lot for what you pay for. The omelet cost $ 7.49 and you get country potatoes(or hash browns) and toast with it. The food tasted fresh and they used real eggs(unlike places like IHOP that used the pre-packaged stuff). To top it off, I also got a slice of carrot cake which was excellent. My friend was also satisfied with the place. She had ordered some chicken strips and fries for her son. The fries were excellent, they were beer battered and the ranch dressing tasted like it was homemade. I had ordered coffee with my food, and the server kept refilling the cup often. For a new place that opened a couple of weeks ago, I was deeply impressed. So anytime you’re in the Livermore area, check this place out as it is right off the 580 freeway at the Livermore Ave. exit.
