Livermore, CA
This is a modest apartment complex in Livermore but I have to say, one of the best values for the money. Rents are very reasonable, the place is clean, safe (close to Livermore Police Dept) and maintenance is available and provided when needed. On site manager is nice and friendly and helpful.
They have a nice pool with some nice tropical landscaping (palm trees, etc. but I think it is only open in the summer).
Good location with a bus line in front, shopping across the street. I like the location because it is near the Livermore wine country, Robertson Park and Lake Del Valle.
Would recommend this place to anybody needing a decent place to live that does’nt rip you off with the rent.
