Subway

They did my sandwich right compared to others. The customer service was pretty straight forward. My sandwich tasted good just like the way it should. The inside was pretty small but I didn’t mind. It was within walking distance from where I was.

Arrived with a coupon for buy ANY 6″ sub and a drink get a 6″ sub for free. The woman working there said «the owner will only allow that coupon for these 5 subs» and pointed to one board. I said the coupon says «ANY sub». She said well this owner won’t allow it. I said «fine, I’ll go to a different subway to use my coupon.» She said, «fine, I’ll help you here.» Ok… So I ordered. Took the sub home. It was terrible. The bread was so dry I had to peel it from the top and bottom of the sandwich before each bite. I remember years ago my sandwiches would be huge with toppings spilling out. I get the exact same thing as years ago and now the sandwiches are so flat it looks like just a loaf of bread cut open and folded back closed. What a reduction in quality. Anyway they honored the coupon after an awkward interaction but even w a coupon it wasn’t worth the $ 8.

I’ve been going to this Subway for as long as I’ve lived in Livermore. The subs are pretty delicious, but the service can be hit or miss. For example, I came in one time, and a guy told me to choose a different sub because he couldn’t remember how to make the one I wanted. That’s kind of ridiculous. For the most part, they are friendly, and very quick at making subs. Just make sure that you catch them BEFORE they put the lettuce on, or they’ll add wayy too much. Oh and be sure to ask for extra extra napkins. If you ask for just extra napkins, they only give you one more, for some odd reason.

I work really close by to this Subway, and it’s my favorite. The workers are so nice and friendly, and the service is very quick. It’s a pretty small building, but the place is always clean and well-​stocked and there is plenty of parking. Just great for someone on the go.

OK, it’s still Subway, you either like it or you don’t, but I feel the need to write about recent times here where the staff is just so nice and friendly — you don’t always find that just ordering a sandwich! And I still appreciate that I can get lunch and dinner for $ 5 (veggie delite).

Of all the Subways this is the worst I’ve ever been to. Since I live in the neighborhood I used to frequent it. Several bad experiences have me seeking food elsewhere.
The usual service is the same as all the Livermore Subways go. Sometimes I suspect these chains are all owned by the same group, since they are so similar in staffing and service. I could be wrong about that. They have all the semi-​fresh toppings, a drink fountain, bottled drinks, chips, indoor seating, and bathrooms, like I said the same as most Subways.
Anyway the bad customer service includes one time they charged me for getting a refill on my drink (when I have NEVER been charged for refills at any Subway, not even at this Subway.) and another time they wouldn’t give me ice water cups, and one woman refused to check my ID to verify the credit card wasn’t stolen, even when I asked if she wouldn’t mind verifying, instead she gave me attitude and said she «didn’t have time» to do so. They treat their customers horribly and it’s not worth the bother.

Quick service, clean interior, and friendly sandwich crafters. I come here at least twice a month, and I always get the footlongs for $ 5, good for two meals. Black Forest Ham is mah fave! There are several tables if you wanna eat in.

It’s a subway so it couldn’t be that bad right. Well it’s not that good. The mushy tomatoes kill it for me. There never fresh but at least the service is decent.

I regularly visit this Subway, as I frequent the Bingo hall in the same shopping center. I have never had a bad experience with anyone who works here. They are always friendly and speedy with making my sandwiches. Sometimes I will get a pizza (personal size) and those are sooo yummy. Veggies are always fresh and store is super clean. Love the smell of bread baking! I stick to this specific Subway because its over all a good experienece everytime.
