Let’s just start out by saying that I did not use their services because I was here on a quick visit but when I come back to stay with my mom I will totally take advantage of some of the things they offer. I went in looking for a particular type of essential oil because the plane I flew on was filled with sick people. (go figure) The lady who greeting me (I assume she was the owner Eryn and I apologize for not asking her name) was so kind. She did not sell the particular brand of oil that I sell. She in fact sells what is considered by many to be a competing brand. But that didn’t stop her! She searched for the comparable oil in question and sadly did not have any. But she said she had some at home and if I would return the next day she would bring it. I was so grateful to her. Today I went back and although it turned out she didn’t have the correct oil at home either… SHE MADE ME A BOTTLE USING THE CORRECT INGREDIENTS!!! I was so amazed by her kindness. Now I won’t get sick and can take care of my elderly mom without worry of getting her sick. She wouldn’t take any money for the bottle either. That my dear friends is the type of person you want to do business with! If that is how she treats someone who is not a potential customer then you are truly lucky if you are her customer because she is one amazing woman. And the fact that she didn’t take the «my oil brand is better than your oil brand» makes her a true gem in my book. The world needs more businesses owners like her.

This is the best place ever, I had a great experience! They off so much from tanning, red light therapy, lipo freeze, B12, chemical peels, Botox, jubilees & voluma! James & Eryn are the greatest we love them & everything they have to offer here! :)

I was hesitant to have a spray tan at first but owners James and Eryn are knowledgable and very helpful for first timers. I loved the fact that james is a vet & he has a great business, my wife loves the other stuff they offer like red light therapy, Lopo freeze, Botox & B12 shots! It’s a great place you gotta check it out.

My friend and I had the BEST tanning experience at Planet Tan-​Livermore. We fell in love with this salon and wont go anywhere else: o)! It is by far the best salon I have been too. For the quality of tan you get, the pricing is very reasonable!!! The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! This is a very classy tanning salon. You can tell the beds are high quality by just looking at them. I am very far skinned and on my second visit I was noticing a big difference in color. If you need a fast tan then I recommend the spray tan. They have all sorts of packages to fit your needs, as well as budget! I have been to quit a few salons in the past and never received the service I got here. Very happy I found this place!

A little pricey but the customer service is awesome. Bulbs seem strong on every visit.

Being a guy in a tanning salon is sometimes uncomfortable but this place is super cool. I tried them once and kept coming back. Bought my membership for a year. Very reasonable. People there are also super cool. I ended up buying 2 more memberships for my girlfriend and sister for Christmas. I’m for sure going to be a long time customer of this place.

This is the BEST place to get an air brush tan! I have gone in a couple times to get tan before friend’s weddings, and I come out with a dark golden tan! It lasts for about a week before it starts to wear off… the ladies that do the airbrush are so nice and make you feel comfortable… it is a little expensive, but they do have packages…
and are very flexible on scheduling… love this place!

Worth the drive and I’m glad we visited Planet Tan. The place is clean and the new owner is very friendly and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place. I’m a bargain shopper and the packages are very affordable. I enjoyed my spray tan and now I am picture perfect for my friend’s wedding photos!

this is the most overpriced place i have ever been to. went there last night spent $ 25.00 for one session and i dont look any different not only that to get an enhancer that they sell is $ 5.50 for a basically a single application. R U Kidding me with this??? in this economy they should be more economical for people. Not only that you cannot hear the music while you are tanning they no longer have volume adjustment… and to top it all off they give you a towel the size of a tissue to use to wipe your sweat off??? i guess your brow because it cant be used for anything more than that. The staff wasnt helpful at all and when i denied the enhancer i was basically spoken to like well you are going to regret it… for $ 25.00 i shouldnt have to rely in an enhancer to get my tan.
I will never go back to this place and i am sure there are a lot better ones out there than this rip off…

Since I’m going to SoCal tomorrow, I wanted to get some color. With BOGO coupon in hand, a friend and I visited Planet Tan tonight.
Sadly, I left with no color. Why? Because they wouldn’t let us use the coupon in the sense of «I buy one and my friend tans for free». No, I alone would have to use the coupon for a paid tan today and a free one later.
They wouldn’t budge so we bolted. Not good customer service!
