I went in today to return a pair of shoes. It was suppose to be a quick transaction, but it wasn’t. Apparently the person who helped me before put my purchase under someone else’s reward membership, which caused a lot of headache. Then the lady asked if I wanted to join their membership today and I said «no, not today». She then asked for an e-​mail, which I thought was for something else. Later that day, i receive an e-​mail saying that i joined their membership! I will never go back to this store!

Came out here during their opening weekend and was very impressed by the level of customer service they provided to me and my family. If I’m ever out at the outlets again and I am needing a new pair of shoes (or more) I would definitely stop by this place!
