Love the consistency on the taste of their food, it is always good! Very friendly staff; clean interiors and okay priced(per the local market) food!

We love their soups! Such a nice lady, possibly the owner, who answers the phone and is at the cash register. We often get their soups, call in the order while driving home from work and then pick up in 10 – 15 minutes. Super fresh condiments and generous portions of them too. We continue to order pickup regularly and have over the past 3 – 4 years. I don’t think the weekend hours are correct on Unilocal.Best call the restaurant or check their linked web site before driving over.

We typically order your typical American Chinese food and get delivery or takeout for birthdays or special occasions. The woman who works the register is always very nice even when she’s really busy. The mango shrimp is perfectly sweet and spicy. Yum.

Had dinner here recently. The food looked fresh and well-prepared, but the flavors were a hit and a miss. Some really tasty and some pretty bland. Not sure why. Will probably try it again at some point to see if it was just an off night. The food was 2 stars overall, but an extra star for the service.

2.5… Barely A-OK. My parents came over and we were looking for some place to eat nearby, Sai’s T came up and decided to give it a try. The prices are reasonable but in my personal opinion the food is mediocre at best. What we ordered: — Combo Meals with chicken and beef. This dish was okay and felt like there wasn’t enough seasoning. Spring rolls were pretty good and was the best thing on that dish. That should tell you something. — I got a Phở order because I was craving some soup that night. Do Not Bother… Phở is bland and meat was incredibly tough. Adding oyster sauce and sriracha sadly did not help. — The best dish of the night though happened to be the beef curry. That was pretty decent. It was my mom’s order and I kept eating off her plate rather than mine that she let me take the left overs home! LOL The waitress was nice enough. I have no complaints about the service. Location is convenient being close to residential areas and right off the First St Exit in Livermore. However, I just sadly don’t see myself swinging by this place in the future.

So, I was watching Garlic Food Paradise on the Food Channel and happened to join the program while they were spotlighting a restaurant in San Francisco. Since this restaurant was only open for dinner I realized I would probably never have their Garlic Noodles. I really, really wanted Garlic Noodles after this program. So, at work today, the craving for garlic noodles took over, and I found this place on Unilocal.I ordered by phone and drove over to pick up my GARLICNOODLES!!! Seriously, SOGOOD! I had to make myself stop eating. Can’t wait for lunch tomorrow. I can’t wait to go back and try other things.

Fear not vegetarians! Called and asked for a vegetarian tofu curry phở. Don’t know if it’s on the menu. But it was incredible.

Small, Vietnamese restaurant located on the corner of Bluebell Dr x Springtown Blvd, across the street from the Springtown Golf Course. They are located in a small, dead, shopping plaza next to a liquor shop and a handful of other small businesses. The complex doesn’t offer a whole lot of parking space(especially with the housing development next door), but the plaza is ALWAYS dead, so parking is a cinch. My husband & I have gotten take-out here a couple of times. We’ve ordered the chicken phở, beef stew noodle soup, springrolls, and fried egg rolls. Food/portions/prices are reasonable, and they have a large, diverse menu. However, their noodles are often stiff & hard, broths aren’t as aromatic as other places, and they’ve forgotten our Phở toppings(bean sprouts, basil leaves, etc) on one occasion. Grr… Overall, they’re OK.

Best phở in town! All very fresh. The location is bit hidden in springtown but worth the drive. Very friendly people and clean. I use to go to the one on 2nd street but ever since I found this one we come here because it taste better to us!

Love this place! Food is reasonably priced and very delicious. The imperial rolls are perfectly done. Crisp and not greasy tasting. Pot stickers are big and tasty. Singapore noodles are the best in tri-valley. They also have a salt & pepper eggplant they don’t advertise. This is a fried dish similar to salt&pepper calamari. Outta this world! Husband and I order to go at least once a week! Oh yeah the garlic noodles are awesome too. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the vegetable dishes are somewhat limited. We always end up buying a big container of their chili sauce. They make it fresh and that alone is reason to go there.

Ok, so it doesn’t look like much from the outside and the location is definitely not the greatest(only one other business left in the strip mall, I think). But the food is solid. I’d guess the primary clientele is people that live within a mile or two — I’ve never seen it terribly busy. Food seems to be a mix of Vietnamese, Thai and Chinese dishes. Service is fast and friendly and everything I’ve tried has been very good. Prices are also quite good too.

What F$&#$ happened to this place! Nothing Vietnamese about it! The quality and food has slipped downhill… WOW! I was craving Vietnamese and ordered Vietnamese hot and sour soups, shrimp and catfish! OH man, what a disappointment. Really? Why is there carrots and zucchini? And the soup is tomatoe-y. Yuck! I also got the Singapore noodle… seriously, for what it costs tiny pieces of chicken. All I can say is… DUMA! Never am I coming back here again! EVAHHHHHHH!

I. EXPERIENCE Eating out should be a pleasant experience, this was the antithesis of that. The food, the service and the overall experience was abysmal. II. GOODRESTAURANTS Are Hard to find. Restaurants come and go, and if this one does not change fpr the better, which would require a new chef and much better training of personal to deliver quality customer serive… then this restaurant definitely needs to do the latter, go out of business. III. BADFOOD&POORSERVICE They’ve changed cooks which is very reflective of the lack of quality of the food. The service started out mediocre. After our food arrived and we were not satisfied with several of the dishes, the servicewent from mediocre to rude & confrontational. It is so sad that our hard earned money is spent at an stablishment severing are serving poor quality food accompanied by rude service.

Came here for dinner with my family and we all were very disappointed with the customer service and language barrier of our waitress. She was not very accommodating to our food allergies(gluten allergies). Two dishes were not prepared well and we had to send one of them back. The overall dining experience was an «F». If you enjoy all aspects of the dining experience DONOTCOMEHERE! Respectfully, DISSATISFIEDDINER

If I could do 10 stars, I would. Hands down best Vietnamese Resturant in town. I live 1 hour away and I will made an hour ride any day to eat here. Salt and pepper fish, Singapore rice noddles, chicken and shrimp clay pot are off the hook. I will Recommend this Resturant to all food lovers.

So disappointed in the service of our once favorite restaurant in Livermore. The previous time we ordered it took an hour and 20 minutes for our food to show up. This last time we ordered at 7:30 and the driver showed up at 9:20 after we called 3 times and were told she called him and«he was on his way.» I can drive there in about 10 – 15 minutes, so we called back and were told the same thing. The girl my wife spoke to was short and didn’t seem to care about the tardiness of our meal and after we asked what she was going to do to remedy the situation she offered a 10% discount on our next order. That order will never happen. We had a 5 year old waiting for her dinner and ended up calling back to cancel the order about 5 minutes before the guy showed up at the door. Their food is good and we will miss it I suppose but it isn’t worth waiting almost 2 hours for.

Legit, and does delivery! However, note that if you eat in, that the vermicelli is boiled first and warm… so if you’re looking for traditional then ask them not to do that. Also, if you’re ordering delivery, bun does not mean bahn mi which in my twisted imagination that’s what I thought(incorrectly). Overall, food is good, quality is good, and prices fair. Nothing too imaginative, but it pulls off the viet and chinese influences real well. Definitely stop by if you’ve got a craving, but really the plus here is that they do delivery via eat24.

The sign at the front of the restaurant says that this is a Vietnamese restaurant but Sai’s is really more than that. It’s more of a hybrid Vietnamese and Chinese restaurant. I’ve only had a few dishes here but I enjoy them so much, I order them again and again. My absolute favorite is the Tomato Beef Chow Mein. While not exactly as I remember from my childhood, Sai’s is the closest. A nice chewy noodle with tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and beef. Too many restaurants cheat by using one wedge or no tomato and no bell peppers. For a quick sauce, they use ketchup and too much sugar. Not Sai’s. Theirs is very flavorful. As a back-up, I’ll get the Chicken Chow Mein. Other dishes that I’ve enjoyed are Salt and Pepper Asparagus and Imperial Spring Rolls. The Phở is okay at best. The broth needs to be simmered overnight with an abundance of bones. That’s not practical for a restaurant that doesn’t specialized in Phở. The cold vermicelli dishes are much better and very flavorful. The owners are there all day, everyday. They work hard to give good service and serve excellent food. The prices are very reasonable.
