Taco Bell

Only 2 people working, had to wait until lady gets done with all orders waiting. Ordered chicken #6 gave me beef. Ugh!

Ordered a grande meal today with 10 bean and cheese burritos for children and asked for NO RED SAUCE on any of the burritos. I saw on my receipt that the note for no red sauce wasn’t made so I confirmed with the lady who took my order «these are going to be no red sauce, right? Because I don’t see a note on the receipt»… «That’s right, no red sauce»… Get home and the ALL have red sauce, which is «spicy» to children. No one ate them and I wasted my money! Are you kidding me?!

Been meaning to write a great review of this place. I’m a chef so its embarrassing just a tad to say I frequent this place more then I should, but pulling 13 hour days I reallly dont feel like going home and cooking. Its also the only place still open on my way home at night. Food is good and made right, the drive thru operator is ALWAYS friendly, like surprisingly so. Very much impressed with that level of customer sevice. Except for just one time I had a guy who sometimes would not hear what I was saying and kept saying «what»…pulled up and could hear him saying what to the person behind me. Maybe its just me, but there are better things to say that would sound less rude then what. Otherwise, great job at this location!

This Taco Bell is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had the pleasure eating at. First off, they don’t have the Cinnabon delights. I don’t understand why they don’t have them, when every other Taco Bell have them. This is besides the point. The service there is also the worst I have ever had. I had a simple request, and when they messed up and I went up to the cashier, he then replied «does it matter». I was in shock that someone in customer service would ask a customer that. This place needs a serious overhaul.

Pretty standard Taco Bell food and store setting is a little dated. My daughter does not eat cheese so she always orders her food without cheese. First her two burritos came with cheese but the lady there supervisor perhaps was very apologetic and had two more made right away. She personally brought them to our table and gave us some coupon. Four stars was given for the good attitude and customer service.

When I first started coming here about a year and a half ago or so the food was pretty good typical Taco Bell. The food has stayed consistent but the service has slowly declined. Asking for their Taco Bell survey every time like I’m a new customer in the same tone sounds very canned and fake. Javier is great recognizes me every time and when he is making the food or taking order it’s always spot on

Really disappointed in this place. Come at 10:15 and they are already cleaning and the girl gave me a look like please don’t come in. So I go in 45 minutes before closing and they are already cleaning so I order my food. Also they don’t have Cinnabon delights. What a shame. Anyway as I am waiting another customer comes in and the worker yells that he has no more beef. Like seriously? It’s 45 minutes before closing. I have worked at a fast food restaurant and we didn’t clean the food section until we were closed. Won’t be coming back. Will go to the one on south Vasco from now on.

TACO Beeeeeeeeeeezy! With some Fire hot sauce all dayy! Most taco bell items taste similar to each other just decorated differently. But you just gotta put that fire hot sauce into it! Soo good! Taco bell continues to add new items to their menu, keep the interested for their consumers.

I’m not really sure, if I eat to much of it i guess. I have had better tacos and burrtois before, but for a quick stop, it works. There ‘freeze’ drink maker is always out of servce and they could have better custmore service

Against my better judgment, I went ahead and grabbed a taco… Just, ONE taco and got sooo sick that night. I honestly knew better based on how the restaurant smelled, but like I said… I got a taco anyway. I would NOT go back to this establishment. It would be in their best interest to have the sewage looked at and do a deep cleaning of the restaurant. Gross.

It’s is a really good place to eat and relax after shopping! Me and my son were shopping at TJ Max, Big Lots, and Big 5 and we got really hungry so we went to Taco Bell.

The First Meal menu, I ordered a Bacon and Egg Burrito, Hash Browns, Cinnabon Delights, Johnsonville Sausage and Egg Wrap, Steak and Egg Burrito, and a Grande Skillet Burrito.
My favorite item was the Grande Skillet Burrito because it had eggs, sausage, pico de gallo, cheese, and potato bites. It was filling and full of flavor. I also loved the Cinnabon Delights. They were cooked to order and melted in your mouth.
The restaurant was clean and the service was fast.

They keep raising their prices and they usually mess up the food.

It’s taco bell. Usually not bad. I know this one does not have a drive thru which is why I drive one exit down to the one on Vasco. Delicious and you get to sit in your car.

Just ok fast food. If your in a rush it will work

How do I start!
My daughter came home today after Taco Bell and said…“Thank God! A white boy!” However, the damn order was wrong again!
I recently visited Taco Bell off Los Positas Rd. alone this time, and was eating my meal when an employee came near and started mopping. I hate that! I mean… ew! Who likes it when your eating a meal and a nasty wet mop slops all about? All I could think was that the mop was going to smell and wet my feet. After asking the employee to stop, things didn’t get any better. The management was on the employees side, tried to scold me and to top it off, the employee started to involve the rest of the restaurant in my business and the manager didn’t even stop the employee. My meal was ruined, I threw it in the garbage and I left.
Don’t get me started about the CONSTANT ORDER MISTAKES at ALL (3) Taco Bells in town. Get a # Meal and you don’t get the whole meal. Always count on mistakes because the people taking the orders can’t comprehend the order that you place. It’s so damn irritating! I mean, who in their right-​mind would put a person at the Drive-​Up Window that doesn’t speak or understand ENGLISH enough to get the orders correct! REALLY! Please, don’t think that I am against people that are learning English, that’s not what this is about. Learn it and then work the window, that’s all I’m saying.

Today, once again, I do not get what I paid for. When I slip, when I forget to thrash through my bag of cheap eats, I miss a portion of my meal. I have had a history of driving back to the Taco Bell over a 89 cent item solely out of principle because it was stealing food from my daughter’s mouth.
This is a habitual problem at this establishment. I hope management will read, notice, and take some QA actions.

I’m a little confused with all the bad reviews of this taco bell location, because it has no drive-​thru. Check the address people, review the right place next time. Also, have you been to any other Taco Bells before? This place is POSH in comparion to any other Taco Bell I’ve been to.
OK, let me get this off my chest first. I do love Taco Bell. I crave it sometimes. It is this guilty pleasure of mine. As far as fast food, I really only eat this and In ‘N’ Out.
But I was in shock the first time we walked into this Taco Bell in years not that long ago. This place is actually DECORATED. It has weird Taco Bell ART ON THE WALLS. It’s actually almost PLEASANT to eat here. I wish I had a picture to prove it.
Anyway, we’ve been to this location two or three times and it’s always super fast, clean and good. As for my personal menu choices … I do the 7-​layer burrito, Mexican pizza w/​beans instead of meat and have recently discovered the mouth-​watering goodness that is the Crunchwrap Supreme (w/​beans instead of meat). You can also get tacos with beans instead of meat. The possibilities are endless! And there’s no lard in their beans so it’s a vegetarian’s (fast food) delight!

Anyways, I got my Taco Bell taco and am now pretty darn happy.
Amazing what one taco can do for the spirit!
While dining with my awesome daughter and munching on my
crunchy taco, I broke the news to her that TB tacos are the taco loves
of my life. She was totally cool with me not being taco-​crazy about her
favorite tacos at another place.

Phewww, what a relief to have gotten the taco feelings out!
This TB location always gets orders out quickly and accurately.
They get a lot of high school lunch break traffic and the staff truly gets
the orders out as fast as lightning.
They really did a fabulous job with the snazzy contemporary remodel.
