THERAVE I like the convenience of Subway being inside Walmart. At least once a month I eat there after shopping. B U T THERANT I have to say that I cringe every time I see that lady that works the evening shift. WHYWHYWHY Subway do you insist on keeping her working with the public! Stick her behind the scenes so we don’t have to deal with her miserable self! I try to make her smile but no can do. I sit there eating & listen to her being rude to customer after customer. Subway PLEASE give her a choice to shape up or ship out!

Do not eat at this subway. Customer service is horrible. I wanted to substitute the meat and the lady making my sandwich wanted to charge extra so I said no thanks and then asked for avocado. She put barely any avocado so I asked for a little more and she said she would charge ANOTHER75 cents for more. I wasn’t asking for the whole avocado nor was I asking for half!!! I just wanted a little more since I wouldn’t even be able to taste it with how little she put on. Before this visit I told myself I wouldn’t come back because their bread has tasted old in the past and they are very rude but it is so convenient with it being inside Walmart. But it isn’t worth it. Don’t waste your money because you will be disappointed.

The worst service ever! I would rather buy my own items in the store and make my own sandwich. I always tip the sandwich makers but not today I’ll keep all of my change.

Very disappointed in this location! I visited this Subway location inside WalMart today at lunchtime and ordered a Chopped Salad straight off their menu. The younger gal working proceeded to put the salad in a to-go container and I said, «Isn’t that supposed to be a „chopped“ salad?». Her response was, «Oh, you want it chopped?» Really??? That is what I ordered off the menu! Anyway, she put the ingredients in a bowl, took a couple of swipes at it with the chopping blade and put it back into the to-go container. Hardly any part of it was chopped. The turkey was all clumped together and there were large pieces of spinach, tomato and cucumber, not even bite sized! Then she asked me if I want dressing and proceeded to just squirt a little on top. Nothing mixed in. In my past experience with ordering chopped salads from other Subway locations, they always ask if I want the dressing chopped in. The gal had a very lazy, «I don’t care» attitude as well. There are far too many other Subway locations and/or sandwich and salad shops in town to deal with this level of bad customer service. It is unfortunate too, as I like to multitask and get some shopping done at WalMart while also picking up lunch. I was so happy when they removed the McDonalds and put in Subway but now, I do not intend to patronize this location again.

I ordered a 6″ club sandwich. They shortchanged me on meet, hardly any of any kind. Will not go there again.

Not too impressed. Hard to understand the people behind the counter(as it is with a lot of subways around here). Its rediculous that they charge 49 cents for refills with other subways its free. Sandwich was decent but probably would not come back.

Not eatable! I could not eat the sandwich. The bread was bad, the veggies were old, soggy and tasteless. They would not give me my money back they offered to make me an other sandwich. No thanks. Yuk!!!

The workers are always nice and take their time with your order. There could have been a bit more condiment on my sandwich but that’s okay. Refills are $.49 so use less ice when you get your drink, it comes out cold anyway.

Worst service of all time. Lady working there should not be in this business. I have never seeen anyone this rude. I work around the corner and have advised my whole company not to go here.

I never expect to be blown away when I order a sandwich from Subway($ 5 usually doesn’t buy you anything gourmet). This time, however, I was simply appalled by the poor quality of the foot-long black forest ham sandwich I purchased at this Subway one Saturday afternoon. I was running errands all morning, and I didn’t have much time to sit down and eat, so I vied for the fast food in Wal-Mart where I was shopping. I also had a $ 10 gift card handy, so I took advantage of the opportunity. Desperate for something to hold off my hunger, I asked for all of the toppings except jalapenos, and more generous servings of veggies. The lady did not seem to understand my request for extra tomato, but I did not want to offend her by speaking in another language that I suspected she may be more fluent in… When I took a bite of my sandwich, I immediately turned around and went back for extra sweet onion dressing on the side. The bread was so dry, I couldn’t tell if I was eating the sandwich or if I had taken a bite of the wrapping paper. To relieve my cottonmouth, I took gulps of water and poured the sweet onion sauce onto the bread. The meat was barely edible. It tasted like it had been frozen for too long, thawed, but still frost-bitten. The only saving grace was my sweet onion dressing to cover up the stale taste. Bleh. Never coming back here again. Out of generosity, I’ll give this Subway one star for the convenient location. Next time, I’ll just go across the street to In N Out next time you need a quick bite to eat!

Finished shopping at Walmart and felt a rumble in my tummy. Walked over to the Subway and tried ordering a cold cut trio without the meat so I could get the sandwich for $ 2. It’s their December promotion. The lady behind the counter said she could not do that. I walked away stumped since I was able to order a cold cut trio for two dollars without the meat at another Livermore Subway location.

Ummm how are these people still in business?! My husband went in the other day ordered a chicken sandwich and told them he wanted it toasted. The lady snaps and tells him«I know they come toasted, don’t tell me how to do my job». Hello! u have an option of wanting it toasted or not. Anyway the lady was just throwing everything onto the sandwich with an attitude. Mmy husband is too nice and did not say anything. She’s lucky I wasn’t there, I would have thrown the sandwich in her face.

Im writing this review in behalf of the lady that was in front of me. I happen to experience this from the 3rd person perspective and glad it was not me, otherwise I would probably have complaint right away. The lady who was behind the counter seemed to be on a really bad mood. You can tell by her face expression. She had no name tag, but she was an older woman, I think of Indian ethnicity, a little short in height. The lady in front of me ordered a salad. She walked away, sit down, then approached the counter to ask the lady for a fork. The subway lady had given her a spoon. So the customer lady wanted a fork for her salad. Subway lady with a very mean attitude simply said«No forks». Customer lady said«how am I supposed to eat a salad with a spoon?» so subway lady just replied again with big attitude, «No forks, they come tomorrow» I mean common, yes, this things happen. Running out of forks is normal, but the right thing to do is to tell the customer upon ordering a salad«Im am sorry we are out of forks» this way it is up to the customer to buy it or not. Second the customer lady comes back to the counter asking for napkins because she did not get any. Subway lady again with attitude replied«NOFORKS!!» there is obviously a language barrier here, subway lady seems to speak very little English. After going back and forth for a couple seconds about the forks vs napkins issue, I just told the subway lady«she is looking for napkins» and she finally got it! Not sure why she understood me not her, but they were arguing about it. Once the subway lady gave her the napkins, she gave the customer a look like she wanted to beat her up! rolling her eyes and everything! Seriously? this lady is giving AWFUL service! I wish I knew her name so I could make a formal complaint. I decided to not say anything as she was making my sandwich while this all happened! There is a rule, do not mess with people that make your food! because you never know! But as other reviews here imply, the customer service here sucks!

If this were not in walmart I would never go here. I ordered a hot dog for my son and I swear it looked like a beef jerky stick. It was horrible! I can’t believe they would serve that. Also, many of the ladies I have come across speak very limited English which is fine normally but she couldn’t understand that the hot dog sucked!

Walk in hungry, walk out with a full plastic bag worth $ 5. This is your typical, average Subway. You walk in, you order, you pay, you walk out. $ 5 for a foot-long is a great deal. Never had communication problems. Never suffered food poisoning. Never been scoffed at. Never been shorted change, like some *other* Subway.
