If I could live in this café, I would. The owner is the sweetest and so are her employees! I’ve always gotten my order in a timely manner and everything is delicious and fresh. Over the summer I loved their iced chai, green iced tea and homemade salsa and chips. In the fall/winter their coffee, hot chai latte, Café Miel and cinnamon rolls are my favorites. There’s not a ton of seating, but I usually take my order to-go anyway. The times where I’ve come with friends or family, however, we’ve been able to find seats. Hands-down my favorite café in Western New York.

The work site i’m at had a few catered meals from Cream & Sugar Café. The meals tasted«home cooked» and less«industrial.» I can’t remember what we had as it’s later than I would normally review a business, but I was impressed. I met Jessica, one of the owners, and she was very polite and a pleasure to meet. If you’re in Lockport, NY you should definitely check out this place. I unfortunately wasn’t able to eat at the location, only a catered meal, but it was definitely deserving of 4 stars. I’m a fan.

I love the vibe of Cream & Sugar. It’s got a quiet café atmosphere that just feels like home. The atmosphere is well complimented by the menu — small, but dedicated; quality, and absolutely delicious. You can tell that this café genuinely cares about the food they serve. I brought my cousin for brunch. Unfortunately they were out of the cinnamon rolls and Belgian waffles that I’ve heard so much about. We opted for the 12-grain oatmeal and we were so glad we did! It was warm and gooey, and just the right amount of sweet and tart. I would’ve never thought to put fresh plums in oatmeal — it was an eye opener. They complimented the apples very well. We also treated ourselves to a fresh juice. I loved the flavor profile — citrus and ginger. It left a nice aftertaste! I highly recommend Cream & Sugar for breakfast if you’re in the area. They’ll take good care of you. I think they might become my Saturday morning ritual.

This is my favorite local place to get breakfast when I am home. They have homemade juices made from their juicer that taste amazing! Since not many places in the Lockport/Buffalo area have juices I feel that this makes this place a hot commodity and makes me feel healthy among all the pizza and wings I eat when I’m visiting. They also do waffles on Sunday that taste amazing but this last visit I decided to go on a Saturday so I wasn’t able to get one. They did have homemade oatmeal with berries on top so I opted for that. It was healthy except for the whipped cream on top which I didn’t mind because who doesn’t love some whipped cream on top of oatmeal? If you opt not to come for breakfast they are open later and serve utter delights ice cream that looks pretty yummy. I have to visit this place each time I am home because it’s just that good.

I visited this cute little place on a Friday afternoon. I’m going to go back and try it again on another day when maybe they aren’t so busy and I can try something else. The café is inside a remodeled house, but once you walk through the door, you forget this was once someone’s home. They did a great job decorating & making it feel like a special café. However, there’s very little seating. I guess that’s a good problem to have when your customers outnumber your seats. There are three tables which seat four people each. Two of the tables are very close together though, so if at one table there are three or more people seated, no more than two people can sit comfortably at the other four top beside it. They also have a bar with some stools, but in order to be comfortable, you really can’t sit beside your friend or family member. You need a stool between you. The food is fresh and homemade. They have a nice lunch menu and offer chips or a salad as a side. There are so. many. drinks. Really, you’ll love the drink and ice cream selection. I had the chicken salad sandwich. I really liked the bread and the portion was pretty perfect for me. The chicken salad was not my favorite though. My friend had a Thai chicken wrap and he loved that. I drank an Italian cream soda with amaretto, which was okay. My friend had a dirty chai, and again, loved it! I’d like to go back when it’s not so crowded and try the grilled cheese sandwich & get an ice cream for dessert. Maybe I’ll try an espresso drink too. It’s worth going. Your tastes may not be mine and I’ll definitely go back and give them another chance. The atmosphere and workers were fantastic!

This is a small but tidy coffee and bake shop. The espresso is well made — I ordered a latte and it was made properly with well steamed milk. I noticed the regular coffee was not made fresh, but in large serve yourself dispensers. The selection of baked goods is underwhelming and expensive. I ordered a celebration cookie which was large. It was good, but not worth the price.

Healthy options abound here at Cream & Sugar, but so do delicious treats. It’s nice to see a good balance of offerings. My mom and I had to go out to Lockport, and I’d been wanting to try Cream & Sugar forever. So we stopped for lunch. Street parking only, as far as I could tell. Entrance on East Avenue. Old house turned cute café. Tiny seating area though. I think only 3 tables and then a long counter, with a few seats. Wish the space was bigger. There was a lady there with three tiny children. In my opinion this is really not a place for kids. Maybe in the summer when you can sit outside, but the inside space is too small and the acoustics aren’t right for children to be screaming, crying, running around. Just my take though. This lady didn’t seem like she’d care for my opinion on her children being there. Haha! The chalked menus on the walls are for drinks and ice cream. There was one menu for food otherwise. Very limited. I ordered the roasted veggie sandwich, a cup of the soup of the day– white bean and kale, and a Reboot juice, hoping it would give my immune system a boost to cure my sore throat. It was strongly green and ginger flavored. Hopefully my immune system is working extra hard now. My sandwich was actually AWESOME. I forget how much I love roasted veg on a beautiful roll with melted cheese. Mmmmm! The soup was also good. Seemed very healthy. My meal, along with my juice, probably contained more vegetables than I’ve eaten all week. Thank you for that, Cream & Sugar. I haven’t been striving for 5 the way I should be. My mom got the chicken salad sandwich with these really good sesame flax chips. She’s kind of a junk food junky and this meal seemed a bit healthy for her. Haha! But she liked it. I thought it was a tiny bit on the expensive side but then it’s healthy stuff. My juice was $ 5, for probably about 20 oz. I think that’s a really good price compared to other juiceries in WNY. Figure $ 10 – 15 per person for the healthy eats here. I’d like to come back some morning for a smoothie, a breakfast sandwich, and a cinnamon roll, which they feature on their Facebook page from time to time. Cute place for certain! Nice employees too. But keep the kids at home… Or at McDonald’s… Or outside.

I learned of and visited Cream and Sugar recently when a friend and I needed a place to meet up for brunch. What a cute establishment! It’s adorable on the outside and cozy-quaint on the inside. Despite a lot of umbrellaed tables outside, the cool fall temperatures forced us inside. There was very limited seating, but we managed to find a table quickly. Our food took FOREVER to come. I was worried and thought that service might just be exceptionally slow. When our sandwiches finally arrived, the server apologized and said there was an issue in the kitchen that caused our food to be delayed. She offered us a free baked good to make up for the hassle. I understand issues happen, so this courtesy and apology completely made up for the delay. Shortly after, someone(I presume to be either a manager or owner) brought a tray of homemade chocolates to the table instead of a baked good. The chocolate was a little melty, but good. I just wasn’t overly interested in eating an entire plate of chocolate. Still, they were friendly and doing their best to make up for the food delay, so I’m not removing any stars for the issue. My sausage sandwich(on a pretzel roll — mmm) was delicious! I wish it was five times as big as it was so I could have kept eating it longer. My chai tea latte was also warm and flavorful. it was topped with cinnamon, which was a fun, seasonal twist. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the Lockport area.

Love it, fresh juice, fresh creative menu options and a very hands-on caring owner, makes me wish I still lived in Lockport!
