I haven’t been in this location since the last 2 consecutive time that they messed up my order on top of waiting at the drive thru for too long! I start going down the road at Timmy Ho’s but I don’t really like their coffee. This morning I thought it’s been a long time since I came to Dunkin so why not give it a try? I pulled up the drive thru, sweet voice greeted me right away and take my order, asked me if I would like a hash browns and donuts today, I don’t really want too but she’s got this very convincing voice and I gave in! I thought huh! that’s different. I usually sit there for good 3 minutes before someone could take my order and no one has ever suggested any other things for me which is probably good because I don’t want those extra belly! I’m pretty impressed! She told me she will see me at the window so I pulled up. She is running around like a busy bee getting my orders as fast as she can. Before I know it she’s got my sandwich coffee and donuts with a bright and happy face she greeted me again. I told her how of a sales person she is, she is very flattered and say thank you. I can’t remember her name but she said she is the new store manager. She made my day which carried all day long at work. #twothumbsup

Ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich and hash brows. Get to work and I have 2 nasty bagels. I’ll ignore that they were out of my kind of coffee, that happens. But with the 2 bagels I threw out did I pay for those or my original meal? This has happened to me before, I’ll just drive down the road to Tim hortons from now on.

Its Dunkin Donuts, I don’t really I know how give restaurant chains a proper rating. It is what it is… Fast, convenient, cheap and mediocre. If you are looking for an outstanding meal, this isn’t your place. That being said, if you are looking for some decent food to fill your belly when you’re on the move this may be for you. When I go I prefer the orange colada and chicken salad croissant. Both solid choices as far as I’m concerned.
