Lovin’ Spoonful(AKA Norb has opinions on everything Restaurant Division) Frankie’s Pizza and Subs, 1179 Lincoln Ave, Lockport, NY14094 It’s Friday night, it’s snowing, I need a sub. Frankie has been making pizzas since he was twelve years old and worked for several years in family pizzerias. It was his dream to open his own pizzeria and the time finally proved right. With the help of many family members, Frankie’s Pizza and Subs opened their doors to business in November 2002. Through the guidance of many family and friends, Frankie’s Pizza and Subs has become a Lockport favorite. Frankie takes pride in the products that he uses and only selects top quality meats and ingredients. Outstanding customer service is also a priority at Frankie’s Pizza and Subs! We ordered a Super which is an assorted. We got it on served a white Costanza’s roll with banana peppers and provolone cheese. They also offer wheat and sesame rolls. Total came to $ 9.00. Roll was fresh, not too toasted. Cold cuts were of good quality. Limited seating. Shopping plaza parking lot parking. Not a fancy place but good food cheap. 9 out of 10

This is my go-to Lockport pizza. Always consistent. Sweet sauce is best; I tried the regular one, and wondered what I did wrong in my life. Four stars for consistency, and good pizza!

Tonight this Mom was exhausted from a 9 hr work day. We’ve tried Frankie’s pizza two times prior to this evening. Both times I’d say 1.5 star experience each time over the last 4 months. Reading reviews we decided to try one more time. We ordered a large 4 cheese«specialty pizza» for delivery. A 1 hr wait &23.00 cost would be worth it for a dinner at your doorstep. To our dismay, the pizza was cold. The kind of cold that the cheese is no longer gooey and delicious. There was nothing«special» about this pie. It was lacking… well? Cheeses! The sauce was mediocre, thick, and very tomato-paste-like to all of our tastebuds. This was the 3rd attempt at a Frankie’s Pizza. It will be our last. There are too many other local establishments that I would drive to(even this exhausted) in order to get the quality that our family deserves. Sorry Frankie’s

This is reporter Fox coming to you live from the front seat of my car parked next to the Bills Stadium. The security guards just came up to me and asked me what I am doing here. Well, I’m writing Unilocal reviews online using Ralph Wilson Stadium as a cute backdrop for inspiration. How do you tell Mall Cops that? Well apparently these guys are cooler than Mall Cops because they thought it was cool and left me alone after a brief question-and-answer session. Frankie’s makes good slices, in fact they are some of the most popular slices in Lockport. They’re not really to my taste, because the sauce is so sweet! The whole region of WNY is famous for sweet sauce, but Lockport Pizza really seems to amp up the sweet, some places more than others. I might even say that this is the sweetest pizza I have ever tasted but then again I have tasted a lot of pizza so I can’t really say that with any authority. Little do locals know, that Sinatra actually used to own this place(hence the name Frankie’s), but if you’re up in Lockport, and would like to try some super-sweet and home made pizza that is very popular with the locals, this place will get it done for you. Well worth a try and thank you to Darren for the recommendation.

I’ve given up going here. The quality on take-out suffers too much or the consistency is just that far off. Have had too many bad subs and overcooked/undercooked pizza. My wife wont try it again and I’m almost with her. Occasionally I’ll suggest it and then she reminds me of the last X times.

Nothing real bad, but nothing to remember either … Same old Pizza Supreme products thrown together a little better than most of the other«Fast food» pizza joints …

Frankie’s pizza– delicious and i think nutritious… Well least friggen delicious ! And that’s what matters! The crust is thick they don’t skimp on anything. Mucho sauce not to sweet either and the toppings were on top! Only thing that holds me back like a wild bear staring at some honey is the wings could have been crispier. But hell I’ll break free on my next trip to Frankie’s and ask for them to be cooked a min longer. Frank you rock my socks keep it up.

So far so good. The wings are above average(I would have liked them crispier though), and sometime soon I’m interested in trying the pit wings. Thus far, I’ve only had the steak pizza(which is yummy, greasy goodness with a decent amount of meat, very cheesy), wings, and steak and cheese subs. Those were delicious as well also have a decent helping of meat. I really like the different steak options. It’s nice to have something more than the typical sub or hoagy. I will be back to try more items off the menu. All in all, this is one of my favorite pizza joints in Lockport and I hope they keep up the good work. You won’t really find anything fancy here, but this is the type of place that will satisfy your need for food football food, or any lazy day.

This has become our favorite pizza place in Lockport. Great pizza and great wings. Problem with most places is that either the pizza is good or the wings are — Rarely both. This place is consistantly good. I highly recommend the steak and cheese pizza… pure ecstacy!

Much better than most pizza places in Lockport, especially the disgusting and overrated Pizza Oven.

Had lunch delivered by Frankie’s today and we have been in a food coma since. My coworker said«The chicken taco was actually a burrito and was yummy, but made me want Mo’s.» My other coworker had the chicken ranch club(no bacon-um what’s the point) and she said it was great too. I had the chicken slouvaki which had too much Feta for my taste! But feta lovers rejoice, even the dressing had feta in it. I do like feta, but to me it’s like sundried tomatoes, very early ’90’s. I can tell the pizza would be good because the breadsticks were pizza dough, and yummy. I wasn’t going to eat them on my quest to stay away from carbs during the week, but after one bite I couldn’t help but eat all three. Finally I’d like to say please excuse my typos because I am trying to complete this though my dictation function on my iPad, let’s just say that’s a review for another time.

Frankie’s Pizza is absolutely delicious. I especially like their boneless chicken wings. However, their pizza does not have a crust and the crust is my favorite part of a pizza! Nonetheless, it is still delicious and it is conveniently located on Lincoln Avenue. Therefore, I can order some Chinese from the Mayflower to go with it and drop by the Dollar General and Crafts & Creations as I wait for it to cook. They offer tasty sides such as pizza logs, fries, mozzarella sticks, bread sticks, onion rings, fried dough, or garlic bread. Like I said, the main reason I love Frankie is for its location. Pizza and Chinese food make the best combination! And they are not skimpy on the pepperoni! They will also never burn your pizza. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had trouble with that from other pizzerias. When you pick up your order, they always lift open the box so that you can examine your pizza. You always know what you’re getting and you are always treated with appreciation! By the way, you can also find them on Facebook!
