The food was okay, nothing too special. With all the good ratings, I was a bit disappointed. Sandwich maker didn’t wear gloves and didn’t see her wash her hands? Maybe she did? I don’t think I’ll return.

I have been going to this quaint sandwich shoppe for 5+ years. The food is absolutely amazing, fresh, and delicious. Everything that I have tried has been great but I tend to stick to my favorite… # 17. Yum! They do an amazing job! I highly recommend you pay a visit. Just be warned… once you get a taste of their food it going to be hard not to keep coming back for more!

It was my first time here and I had the bacon chicken ranch sandwich. The sandwich was fantastic and the employees were great. Will definitely be back when I am in town!

This place is pretty good. I found a sandwich that I love. Their chip collection is kinda off. So instead I tried the pasta which was really good. I do wish they would carry Doritos.

My favorite sandwich place. Blue mountains, and pasta salad on the patio in the early summer is perfect!

Great food !! Worth the price. Salads have so much fresh things to them. Sandwiches hot and cold are amazing.

Their salads are always fresh and full of flavor. We always order take out, so I’ve never actually dined at this restaurant. We phone ahead and our orders are always ready when we arrive.

After searching and failing to find a great sandwich place on my 8 day road trip, it finally happened. While driving through I found this on Unilocal and its competition, the butcher shoppe. I don’t even care about the other place after going here. Being from Florida, I miss publix subs and boar’s head deli meat. This was all they used on their perfect bread. It was dressed with their house made aioli instead of plain mayo and I got a side of the creamy pasta, which lived up to its name. This is a must try if you are in the area. I would not mind being stuck in Lodi if it was here!

Try the blue mountains sandwich. It has crisp bacon, thin slices of crispy apples, turkey and a delicious blue cheese garlic type spread. Love it!

Best sandwich in Lodi. The tri tip is out of sight. It’s absolutely worth every penny. If I was stranded on a desert island and could only bring one item. It would be Bön appetite tri tip.

Best in town. Will not disappoint! Hand made with pride. They use the boar head meat which is a very high end meat. Try a Lemon bar

Great(and creative) sandwiches! Fresh salads! Baked goods! All in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Outdoor dining when the weather’s right. Good value for the money! Another plus: No blaring TV!

This is my ABSOLUTEFAVORITESANDWICHSPOT in Lodi, even better than the popular Fiori’s Butcher Shoppe! I had a pastrami sandwich, don’t know the exact name, but Cheryl has made it before for me, remembering me from a previous visit, and knew exactly what I wanted(even if I didn’t!) She added a slice of crispy bacon, tomato, red onion and a blue cheese crumble toasted on a ciabatta roll. THEBESTSANDWICHEVER! I had a side of pasta salad which is hands down, the BESTPASTASALAD I’ve ever had in a restaurant! They use both creamy ranch and Italian dressing which is made in house. Add some carrots, olives and peppers and one serving just isn’t enough! I indulged in a dessert this visit, also made here, a sweet lemon bar sprinkled with powdered sugar and just the right amount of lemony tartness! YUMMY!

I love, love, LOVE the potato salad!!! Ever since I moved away, I have been searching the My Recipes website for a similar recipe. Sandwiches are yummy. I used to get a really good roast beef sandwich there. And the quiche is good too!

Love this place, everyone is so friendly and the food is more«bistro» style. I got the sandwich special, and it had Turkey, Goat Cheese, Red Onions, Cilantro, Tomato, and a yummy dressing on a soft roll. The sandwich comes with a salad, Pasta Salad, or Chips. I picked the salad with a delicious balsamic dressing. Hubby got the French Dip and said it was great, and picked their flavorful pasta salad. Oh, And a delicious huge chocolate chip cookie. We’ve never been disappointed in anything that we’ve tried here… Always consistently good. Only time we shy away is when its so busy…(otherwise, we take it to-go)

I decided to check this place out after work just because I didnt pack lunch lol. The staff there were quite funny and friendly. I ordered a golden gate sandwich. It was delicious, I’m a chicken sandwich eater and by far this is a few favorite sandwiches of mine.

I went here the other day based on the reviews from other Unilocalers. However, my experience was not the worst but not the greatest. Started off by walking through the door and being half-effortlessly greeted by an individual whom I take to be the owner. He had an accent and did not smile. He took my order rather quickly and that was that. Felt kinda unwelcome. A steady stream of people came in, ordered and waited. There is not much room to wait inside so I went outside with a few other people. The dinning area at the Butcher Shop is a lot more comfortable. I went back inside and got my plain ol’ turkey and avocado sandwich on dutch crunch bread. It was good. Nothing great. May go back to try a different sandwich.

One of the better sandwich shops in town, Bön Appétit never disappoints. The sandwiches are piled high with quality ingredients and the flavors are on point. Ive tried many of their sandwiches over the years and have always been happy with the food. The small shop can get crowded during busy hours but they have outside seating or to go options.

Ate here for the first time on Saturday 3÷15÷14 w/my best friend before our day of wine tasting. I ordered the Half Dome w/honey mustard(on the side) on Dutch Crunch– OMG– delicious. This was my first time having Dutch Crunch My best friend who was visiting from Michigan ordered the Blue Mountains and had their potato salad as her side. She LOVED all of it and can’t wait to come back to California to have another one of their tasty creations. Cute interior, no bathroom :(, offers outdoor seating, friendly people running the joint. I felt like they knew everyone that walked through the door– that says something. Do your taste buds a favor and give Bön Appetit a shot.
