I was very very impressed with the customer service with Carlie’s carpet cleaning! I moved away from Lodi last week and needed to find someone to clean the carpets in my old rental property. I talked to a few different companies and Carlie’s was 100% the best!!! He called me back right away and fit me in to the times that worked for me! I would definitely recommend them to anyone! The team at Charlie’s Carpet cleaning always does a great job on our carpets. We have three dogs who track in dirt and have accidents in the house. They have an effective treatment to remove the stains and pet accidents. They are always friendly too.

I was feeling very discouraged about the appearance of our 20 year old carpeting and actually didn’t feel like cleaning was going to help them much, certainly not me trying again to get them clean and was thinking before shopping for new carpet I would try to have them professionally cleaned. I called a major carpet cleaning service and also Charlie, we decided to do business with a local. And OMG, Charlie came out and performed what I call a miracle! Our carpeting has never looked so good, I am just thrilled with the job he and his assistant did. They were professional, had excellent equipment, were reasonable and fast! Charlie told me that our carpeting was a very good quality which we already knew but now it looks it! I am such a pleased customer. Thank you Charlie
