This particular location is often times dirty, the shelves are poorly stocked, and many times the employees act as if they are put out by helping a customer. The prices are quite a bit higher than most other places, and the whole store has a «who cares» look and feel .

I love Cvs… Happy Happy Happy. I have been going there since I was like 6mo. Now I am 45. I wish that they would soup up there security cuz they always have people stealing.

I’ve left CVS for Raley’s pharmacy. Nearly every Raley’s I’ve been to has one. I require strong narcotics and every CVS always has to order them because they’re «not in stock». This is after 9 months of purchasing the same drugs, EVERY month. AND, better get the pharmacist lunch schedule because if they’re at lunch, you’re not getting your meds cuz they’re locked up. Now behind locked up is fine, but not even the assistant pharmacist can get them for customers. Shame on CVS for not caring about customers. Raley’s has always had the narcotics on hand. When I drop off my prescriptions the pharmacist or their assistant always says that it’ll be 15 – 30 minutes… Always! AND the assistant can open the locked medication. Now to the store shelves and employees. Shelves either low stock or empty. Employees, very few and hard to find. Usually the person running the register is trying to stock shelves. If there are several people in line to check out… Oh well. There’s usually no one else to help. Same with the pharmacy. Multiple people working in back, one person assisting customers. Several people in line to pick up meds… Yeah, gotta wait. And if you have to drop off a prescription… Hopefully the one person working the register will notice you. Now I’m not slamming the cashiers cuz they’re working their rear ends off. No, it’s corporate that I’m slamming cuz I’m not the only one experiencing this and I’m not the only one that sends feedback to corporate either. Corporate just doesn’t seem to care. Shame on CVS Corporate.

I found some great Mother’s Day 2015 cards and nicely priced chocolates here. Three mothers were very happy, one of them tearing up. I’m very satisfied with the results I achieved working with CVS. The help was friendly and informative. Life is no better than this.

I work near the CVS on Lodi Ave and frequent this location for CVS quite often. I am done! Every time I need to purchase my sinus medication I pull the product tab… wait in line at the pharmacy… and inevitably they are out of the product I want! I miss Longs Drugs. Walgreens here I come!

I really miss the Long’s Drugs Store that used to be here. Both CVS locations in Lodi are terrible. This one is not as dirty as the other, but almost. TheRed Box outside is nasty, bring wipes with you. The staff is very nice, the garden plants are good. I only come here if I just need cough drops or gum. Otherwise, eeeyew.

Worst pharmacy I have been to in a very very long time. Stood in line forever and then told I have to go stand in another line to give my insurance info and them go wait in line… again for medication. .i will be transferring to another pharmacy.

One star for fast service and for carrying stamps! Customer service completely sucks.

To be clear, this is a CVS, not Nordstroms, Macy’s or even Safeway. You won’t get outstanding customer service, mostly because they sell things that people rush in to get: over the counter medication, cosmetics, candy, snacks and adult beverages. I understand that a long time ago this was a Longs, but consumerism and capitalism took its toll on Longs and thus enters CVS. My friends and I headed over to CVS one night because we needed beverages and snacks. They have a pretty good selection of beverages, marked up of course but it’s all about supply and demand! Items are property arranged and the store is fairly clean. They even have a photo center(no one behind the counter, but still). They had a pretty extensive candy aisle and other random things you never know when you’ll need. Did I mention the Justin Beiber toothbrush or the Jersey Shore Snooki pen they had on display? There was only one person on the registry but you can’t really be too picky. I’ve always had some small issues when I go to any CVS drugstore. Just get in, get out and be on your way.

CVS lacks all that made Longs one of my weekly shopping spots. Prices have all increased while customer service has decreased. I was in line for over 10 minutes while the manager sat in his office. After my 10 minute wait I was overcharged for 2 boxes of cereal. They were 2 for $ 5 on sale with card and I was charged 3.99 a box. The girl sent me to the photo department where I waited another 5 minutes. The manager gave me no apology and looked at me as though I was lying. He checked the price and said«O look it’s an old sign» while he pointed out the small date. He then said he was going to take care of me and acted as if he was doing me a favor by giving me the price that was on the cereal. The whole ordeal took over 20 mins. On my way out I noticed he still only charged me correctly for 1 box of cereal. I gave up, I will not be back to this store.
