McDonald’s

once again my wife didn’t listen ! she asked what I wanted and I said jack in the box but go where she wants since she is the one picking up. we always get take out on Fridays and I told her im tired of the service provided and lack of interest with mcdonalds employees. every time we get and order it is wrong ! PERIOD. I finally convinced her to look in the bag and make sure everything is there. she looks and sees everything is in bag. once again we had issue. for some reason we will get half full orders of fries. missing food, wrong burgers ect. this is by far the worst mcdonalds in lodi. my wife goes out about 6 pm to get dinner and usually I wont eat till later when I finish my banking and paperwork ect. this time I sit down for dinner about 1 hour after she gets home and open my double quarter pounder with cheese which is one of my favorites. only issue is there is only 1 piece of meat. its in a double quarter pounder in a double quarter box and the 2^nd burger pattie is not to be found. REALLY? you want more money to flip a burger and higher wages and you cant count to 2? I am done with mcdonalds period. mcdonalds needs to wake up cause they are on a path with no return.

Dropped my son’s happy meal into the street handing it to me. Didn’t offer to replace it. Made me bend over to get it and I was 9 months pregnant. Always missing something from my order. Never going back.

Absolutely horrible time at this location. Gave us nothing with our hot cakes no butter fork knife even syrup. We get home I take a sip of what I think should be hot chocolate and it’s ice cold coffee something or other. Had to go back in. Spent 35 min trying to get pancakes and hot chocolate! I think this place has by far one of the worst customer service ever ! I even got ignored the second time I went in too. I do not recommend going here unless you like having to wonder what they messed up.

Bad service ran by dumb kids can’t even get a coffee right. Takes to long to take orders at drive threw window.

This place is nasty. I WILL NEVER COME BacK. I mentioned to one of the employees how the bathroom was dirty and I got an attitude.

Came here for a quick breakfast with my son and decided to eat inside instead of going through the drive thru and eating in the car. I must say the worst mistake ever. I love the breakfast at mc donalds so this complaint has nothing to do with the food. As for the staff, how were you trained? Very unprofessional I take it. First we walked in and immediately noticed a staff member on break sprawled out in a booth with feet up on the seating area napping, really? Go nap in your car! We got our food and it was piping hot just the way we like it So we went to grabbed a clean table to start enjoying our breakfast (most were dirty). Soon after we sat we heard two females starting to argue. I continued to listen and peeped my head around the corner go figure it was the two females that were working the counter aruging and bickering about the sschedule and about another manager whom wasn’t there at the time. Come on ladies get it together. This facility isn’t big at all and there is a time and place to bitch about work and co workers. No need to raise your voice cause I’m pretty sure they hear you standing a foot away cause I can hear you being 20 feet away. Needless to say our breakfast was ruined. You all need to be re-​trained and should be embarassed with yourselves.

Close to work, convenient. That’s about it.
I ordered a large fries with a Twix McFlurry. I stared at my McFlurry before picking it up because it looked off. Then the supervisor/​manager asked me «Do you want caramel in that?» And I replied, «yes!» I knew it was missing the main ingredient. I guess the cashier didn’t even notice she forgot it. I knew the McFlurry was off.
As for the fries, they were okay. Not the usual crispy deliciousness I expect but it’ll make due.
This is off the 99 exit and it’s convenient.
I think the staff here is not fully competent based on my experience.

McDonald’s is terrible. Also, they only give you 3 sauces for a 20 piece nugget. That’s pretty much 7 nuggets to one sauce ratio. Greedy. I gave them 2 stars because they do have a couple of ok breakfast sandwiches

There are cockroaches in the kitchen near the hand out window and management does nothing about it. Too many managers and some of the younger ones are power hungry and just yells at the employee in front of customers.

2^nd time recently I was shorted my order in the drive thru. This is the only McDonalds I have a problem with. It just so happens I live 1 block away. It just pisses me off because it’s not worth my time to turn around and go back in. I always get annoyed waiting for people to search their bags in the drive thru to make sure they got everything, now I understand. Where’s management???

We came here last weekend and used the bathroom before ordering our food. As I was washing my hands an employee walked out of the stall and exited the bathroom without washing her hands! Disgusting! Also, the manager is always grumpy and screaming at his employees in front of customers. Very unprofessional!
Don’t eat here unless you want e coli. Yuck!

It’s okay that you pulled my last review. I went ahead and reported this restaurant to the San Joaquin Health Department.

An older woman employee was constantly sweeping the floor. A family with kids had left scrambled eggs bits all over the floor by the restrooms but she cleaned it all up without a bad face. This is the very first McD where I saw its own employees in uniform (and even during their shift) stand in line to BUY their food! Was surprised by the very new and modern look. Adequate and very busy parking lot

Stopped here along the way during a long car trip. They have outdoor patio seating. The bathrooms were deently clean, Not eat off the floor clean, but just fine. The staff was courteous and my coffee was served quickly. We did not order anything to eat, just two coffees black so much could get messed up on our order!

Ok I have been to a lot of mc’s and all I can say
Is yuck. So dirty. Flies everywhere. The ketchup
Containers had dirt build up that made me sick
The manager was dirty with food smeared all over
The worker ws at the door smoking. Food was
Sloppy. Never going back.

I haven’t been to many McDonalds in Lodi but I like this one a lot. There was a long line in the drive-​thru but I got FRESH FRIES. They were hot, crunchy, and not to salty! Also, my sweet tea was cold, did not have too much ice, and wasn’t too sweet. The workers were friendly. GOOD JOB MCDONALDS!

I am usually on my BEST behavior when my niece is around.. like ABSOLUTE BEST!!! but damn i was so angry, i wanted to punch THEIR MANAGER in tha face!!!
So we were on our way up north, and kettleman is midpoint-​ish so we exited for gas… … I wanted to get my cousin some coffee or something cause of the lengthy remainder of the drive ahead of us
I didn’t mind the wait, that was to be expected. so I’m not taking any points off for THAT!
So after my lengthy wait, the manager was like ‘hi can i help you’ and i said ‘hii’ and this rude b*tchface like turns around and goes does something else… like 5 minutes later he comes back and he was like, ‘what was it you want’ and i asked, ‘can i get 2 ice caramel coffees?’. . a no would have sufficed, but instead he was like yelling at me ‘NO WE RAN OUT!!’ ughh jeez, fine.. . i look at the menu.. and i was like ‘um, then can i get 2 sweet teas’. . and he goes ‘NO WE RAN OUT!!’. . followed by ‘YOU SHOULD HAVE CAME HERE 10 MINUTES AGO’ ughh my bad –_​-​’ there was traffic? fucken bitch… i wanted to punch him… but my niece was with me (even she was making faces like wtf).. so im looking at the menu again.. . and i was like ‘then can i get 2 mocha frappes’ and he was like… ‘FINE’ paid for it and whatever.. .
i watched them while they made it –_​– in case he wants to spit in it or whatever.. . asshole… but he gave it to me like drink overflowing with whip cream flooding the drink.. I thought it was odd, but i figure I just ask for lides.. … and guess what ‘NO WE RAN OUT!!’ holy fucken shit O_​O’ i was like ‘ohhhh’ and i looked at my niece. i didnt even say anything remotely mean yet (only due to the presence of my niece.. .) and this bitch yells at me some more ‘WHY, YOU WANT A REFUND??’ and at this point, i was like… ‘yes i do!!’ stupid fucken bitch face… … if i didnt have my niece with me i would stop and make a BIG seen, put that bitch on blaast and called corporate right then and there! fucken SHIT dude.. . ughh!

McDonald’s food is pretty much the same at any location. However, this location was rather small so you might bump into someone everytime you got up from your table. That, and most of the tables were filthy. I don’t know if thats a common occurance, but it was pretty gross when I went there. The only good thing I can say is that my order was ready quickly.

The food is standard Mickey D fare, so no surprises there. What did concern me, though, was the management.
I work out of town, so I leave the house early in the morning. One morning last week, I parked and tried to open the customer door at 6:07 a.m. It was locked. I went to the drive through and ordered. When I spoke with the manager on duty who served me my breakfast, I asked if they were open for walk in business at six, to which she replied, «Yes.» When I mentione the door was locked, she explained that it sometimes sticks and that it just happens.
I stolpped there again this week for a second breakfast later in the morning, but before 6:30 a.m. When I exited my car, I noted the McDonalds bags, discarded cups, and food debris surrounding the patio tables. When I brought this to the attention of the same manager, she said that they had intended to get to it. I then told her that about thirty years ago I managed a retail store and, when I arrived, the first task I performed was doing a walk-​around of the premises. To that she walked away, saying, «uh-​huh.»

Just ordered a large Premium Roast Coffee $ 1.70 for our road trek to San Jose yesterday. Nothing to shout about… Had worse Coffee, had better. Just average.
