My roommate and I went to an early dinner on June 10th. Noone was in the restaurant. Several were in the bar. We did not expect geeat food but did expect it to be edible. My roommate had fish and chips combo. Fish and shrimp were terribly greasy and fries were just crinkle fries. I had clam chowder which I’m sure was from a can. Chicken marsala with pasta and supposedly fresh veggies. Chicken was not pounded thin just a regular piece of boneless breast. The sauce was from a jar and they added a few mushrooms I have to say that the waitress was attentive but what else did she have to do. Never going back. Much better places around the delta.

Worst service ever I had. Discrimination against disability. Discrimination against human rights. They won’t allow to bring service dog, which disability costumer needs the most. Not friendly waiter and workers. Food is ok ok. I am very disappointed with their service. They broke their laws. I suggest you not dare to go that restaurant, sorry. I hope the manager of this restaurant changed their policy. Sucks!!!

Went here last night to use a coupon. It was not very good. Very small wine selection but it is the river so it was okay. I ordered a salad which was good but the clam chowder not so good. Soup had smokey taste to it which did not set well. My wife had fish and chips and they were nothing special but edible. I had clams with spaghetti in a white sauce and it was terrible. Didn’t even finish it which is a first for me. Didn’t take it home either. We will not be heading back and if we did it would be for a burger or something. Not Italian at all. Olive Garden is even better than this Italian and I hate that place. Service was good however so I left a decent tip as it is not the servers fault.

The staff is excellent. Everyone made it a great weekend for our family and friends. They were very accommodating. Great food music too! Lots for kids to do. Watched lion king with other campers at the pavilion Fun fun

We have gone here often over the years. the food quality varies from time to time. One day it can be amazing and the next day it could be horrible. The service could also need some improvements at times. I would go back knowing the have good food and occasionally some bad food dishes.

They were not busy yet it was 15 minutes before anyone took our order 45 minutes before we got a drink and an hour and a quarter before we got our food. We had fish and chips the onion rings I had were cold and two of them were inedible because they were the outside rings. in an hour and a half one person said«Are you OK «on their way by and we had to go to the register to even get a check to pay our bill. We used to like it here.

We stopped for dinner after a visit Woodbridge Ecological reserve to view the cranes. Our service was fine. We wanted a large salad but all the salads were iceberg lettuce except the caesar. My husband ordered the Rosa burger and he liked it. His onion rings were a little oily. I ordered the chicken garlic calzone. It came with the sauce served on the side, no sauce inside. The crust was dry and bland.

I had dinner Sunday evening, June 30th, at Rosa’s. The combo salmon-spaghetti, along with vegetables, was delicious. After hearing investigative reporter and book author Richard Trainor speak in their event room, I hung out in the bar-lounge with a great group of Delta people that included Bill Wells, his wife, Sue, and Barbara Daly from Clarksburg. If you want to beat the heat and enjoy watching the boats coming and going from the dock while you eat in air conditioned comfort, this is a great place to hang out and enjoy the California Delta atmosphere.

4 stars because we are fans of this place on our first try. Great place on the water, good food and cold beer. Lot’s of friendly boaters out on the docks. Just felt like a great place and and can’t wait to go back.

A five star restaurant it is not. But Rosa’s delivered with its good service and decent food. The menu had Italian and pub food on it and it was what we expected. I ate there twice this weekend. I had a hamburger and fries for lunch and a chicken salad for dinner. I have no complaints. The service was average and the staff were very nice. Oh and a great view of the water.

You get what you pay for. Also manage your expectations. It is a place in the middle of nowhere. Hungry, you have to eat here. The wait staff cant handle large groups and dont ask for exceptions but again, where are you. Food was ok at best, same with the service.

Being on the water can make you hungry. This is a great place for drinks and food. I really like the calamari appetizer. The bar is generous with their pours and reasonably priced just make sure you aren’t the driver of your boat. We’ve gone by both water and land and always had friendly service.

Rosa ’ s has seafood on the menu. but they were out of every seafood item we ordered. The $ 20 rib eye steak was paper thin and tough… not to mention had to cover it in A-1 sauce because it had no flavor. Ordered a pizza to go and it was absolutely horrible. I ordered a gin and tonic and the tonic water was out and when I told the waitress, she gave me attitude but replaced it… with more flat tonic water. The waitress was also the bartender so service was extremely lacking… will never retun.

Very greasy spoon. Went to breakfast at Rosa’s for the first time — worse waitress ever. Every food request was ignored. Tasteless eggs, greasy hash browns, which were supposed to be cooked well done on both sides, toast burned. limp bacon, which I also requested crisp. Request some butter to add to my eggs and got melted cooking butter. Yuck!!! My meal was $ 9, Meal worth $ 3. My husband asked for well done on both sides on his has browns and yes you guessed it, his was barely cooked on one side, not to mention not crunchy at all. Very greasy. Then we were inundated with flies to add to the atmosphere. Warning Rosa’s not worth the time or money. At lease not breakfast. next time we will pop in and see if the flies are still there before we eat. Most likely we will plan to BBQ our own lunch and skip breakfast.

We had dinner here one nite on our vaction. I had the pesto crusted salmon and the wife had the angel hair pasta. The salmon dish was very good. It was cooked just right and the pesto was very tasty! The angel hair on the other hand was very bland!!! She added salt and pepper, it didnt help. Added parm cheese, didnt help. It was cooked properly, it just had no flavor!!! The salad was good and fresh(not bagged). And the bread was ok, allthough the butter was so fricken hard u couldnt even spread it on ur bread. How come some resturants can figure out that room temp butter is what they need to serve!!! The service was ok, nothing to complain or rave about. The prices were good. The décor was old and outdated. The view of the water was very nice though!!! I would eat here again, but only cause its close to the cabin we rented…

The pizza was good(if you like thin crust). The new york steak was great. The chicken parmesan was great. Bread was awesome(fresh baked). Ravioli’s were not cooked all the way. Chicken strips were dry. Burgers looked great but the people that ate burgers got sick that night… I don’t know if it was just a coincidence. I gave 3 stars because half of the food was good and half was bad. I recommend using a voucher if you want to try them out. Tips for the restaurant: 1.Cook the raviolis all the way. 2.Don’t cook the chicken as long(they are very thin pieces). 3.Get better menus than a computer print out. 4.Make sure your hamburger meat isn’t bad.

We use to go there often years ago; it was nice then. There has been many different people running the restaurant over the years. I was waiting for my friend to get there and was hanging out. I watched the bartender walk out of the men’s room and go right back to serving drinks. No big deal normally; however when I went to wash my hands I discovered that there was not only no soap; there wasn’t even a soap dispenser! Needless to say; after I saw what I saw; we did not stay! That is just gross! I believe it is also illegal?
