Have taken my 3-year-old here many times. They always say they’ll keep the information about his cut on file… it never is, or it’s never consulted. Usually, his mediocre haircuts are pass-able. Today, was a disaster. We arrived a full 45 minutes before closing, yet the women working there were in such a rush to get out, they destroyed my little one’s hair. Didn’t even bother to wipe the hair off his face. Crooked cut, cowlick on the opposite-of-fleek. Not taking him back to get this fixed… not taking him back ever.

First time at this location. Good customer service. I’ve been looking for a place that doesn’t make me feel like I’m bothering them by asking for a haircut.

Excessive wait. Wouldn’t have minded had the receptionist been clear about the wait time. Stopped in to trim my boyfriend and sons hair on a trip after they cut my sons hair we were told that we would have to wait to do my boyfriends hair because their regulars called ahead… it should be about a thirty minute wait. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes we just left. Should have waited and went to our regular salon at home.

I’ve been in this location twice. The first time I got my eyebrows waxed. I went back and was explaining to her what I wanted. I said«I like the pointed arch they have now. I don’t want them flat and round, just cleaned up.» When she finished and showed me I was so disappointed. She made them so thin and so round. I lost the arch I said I liked. It’s been about a month and I’m still waiting for them to grow back in. Last week I was having a bad hair, and had a party planned for the evening. So I went in and asked how much it would be to wash my hair and do a blowout. They quoted me $ 45. My hair isn’t too long, and all they’re doing is washing and blow drying. So I went to another supercuts location. There they washed, blowdried, and curled my hair for $ 28.

Supercuts now does color! Just had it done & would highly recommend the service. I was very pleased with the results. The stylist, Jocelynn, took great care with quality detail. The price was so reasonable I even had her do some waxing. As has always been my experience with Supercuts, they’re on the cutting edge & have superior quality control. I will definitely be having my color done regularly from now on.

Love this place. I have been going here for around two years now and always have Karen. Karen is so talented and she makes getting you’re haircut a fun experience with her addictive personality! Whenever I’m in desperate need of a cut and she is not in, I definitely trust in the other stylists who are so nice as well and truly offer a great cut. Their products are are usually cheaper than any other beauty supply center too!

Have had my haircut at this Supercuts for years. I was pleased to see Jocelynn working on my most recent visit(12−08−14 at about 11:00AM). She always takes great care when cutting my hair, and trimming the beard. When she is busy when I arrive, I never mind waiting for her, she is well worth the wait !!! Wait time today was only 12 minutes as a walk in.

I thought I was paying $ 30 for a haircut, shampoo, and blow dry. I was charged $ 56 and the cut and blow dry was horrible. Rip off!

I actually went to the new Supercuts next to Costco on Harney! I normally go elsewhere to a formal upscale salon but was just dying to get my hair done today! I have hard hair to cut and Danielle did an amazing job! She translated my vision into the perfect cut! Everyone loves it. Thank you so much Danielle for being so nice to me and for doing a superior job on my hair!!!

I will not even give this Supercuts any stars. #1 They have no idea how to cut, trim or style and African American person’s hair!!! I will take my 13 year old daughter(biracial) to Supercuts just to have her hair brushed out and sometimes trimmed. #2 The first person I saw when I walked in was the shift manager, Cynthia. She rolled her eyes and then she pretended to be busy trimming a little girls hair. When the stylist took my daughter to her station, Cynthia made the comment to the receptionist that she can only spend 45 minutes on her hair and then we would have to leave, done or not. And yes, I heard the whole thing. #3 I was then called the the stylist, Angela station who stated she was talking to my daughter about cutting her hair. I told my daughter that she is old enough to make the decision and she agreed to have her hair cut. She held her hair and agreed to have it cut shoulder length. I reminded Angela that that my daughter’s hair will shrink and she said she knew that. I sat back down and was watching and it appeared Angela will was cutting my daughters hair longer in the front, but when I looked up Angela had the shaver shaving the back of my daughters hair. I could not understand why she was doing that. In the end, my daughter left the chair with the side of her hair right below the top of her ears and the back was about an inch long. I was shocked and wasn’t sure what to do. Angela then told me there was a $ 50 charge. I refused to pay for a horrible cut job. I did pay $ 30 because thats what I normally paid for her hair to be brushed out. The shift manager, Cynthia did not do or say anything to me even though I was upset. Angela told me that my daughter’s hair looks better. WRONG! First of all, my daughter asked it to be shoulder length and it should no be as short as Angela wanted it to be. Cynthia then told Angela that she would be compensated for it. What about my daughter? How are you going to compensate her for the crappy haircut??? Now, I am going to have to pay someone else to fix the big blunder Angela did. I have contacted the main Super cut office and in a week, I have not heard from them. Stay away from this store with the horrible stylists who are rude and do not know what to do with any African American girls hair.

Yesterday I took both my boys in to get a hair cut at 6:30pm. They close at 7pm on Saturday. I was told that there was only one stylist and that they were no longer taking clients for the evening. I will never go back there again. They should have told me that they only had one stylist and that the wait time would be longer than usual. I could have made the decision to wait or not. Instead they lost my business for good.

Okay, the secret is revealed… After having my head shaved bald(over 50% of the normally hair-growing surface), by someone who misunderstood me at a fancy-pants salon, I let my hair grow out for some time. Fast forward to a summer in Paris, where I was introduced to Cynthia McGeorge through a mutual friend. I was informed that she had crazy haircutting skills and that because she loved to travel, and didn’t want to get saddled with renting a station somewhere, she worked at this Supercuts… I thought $ 14 was worth the risk since she was so nice… Forward again to me living lalaland for almost three years and I am STILL going up to Lodi, CA for fabulous haircuts. SERIOUSLY!
