We don’t always get poor customer service, but we did again tonight. Polite customer service should be the easy pat of running a business. review helps others learn about great local businesses. Please don’t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you’re connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I love Papa Murphys pizza. But $ 18 for the Gluten Free pizza isnt going to happen again.

This place might be well known but it certainly doesn’t own up to its sizes of pizzas and its toppings. It’s all marketing for the dollar. We bought a large pizza and after we put it in the oven it seemed like it was even smaller after it was baked. It shrunk

I’ve tried so many times not to get upset with this location but they always tend to tick me off. Maybe it has something to do with them being the only Papa Murphy’s in Lodi so they assume that people are just going to deal with them. I always tend to call my orders in about 3 to 4 hours in advance. The past 2 times I went to pick up my pizzas, I would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes extra due to them being incompetent at their jobs. They either haven’t started my order or they are just to slow at the register. Don’t even get my started with their customer service. They’re always unhappy when you walk into that place. There is never a smile or a nice greeting when you walk in. They look like they’re stressed out all the time. Is their owner /manager not treating them well or is it just the employees don’t know what they’re doing? They never have any special promotions going on unless it was just the normal coupons that they normal give you on your pizza. But yesterday I didn’t even get that!!! Sorry … but I would rather order from Thornton rd. in Stockton. I hate being in Stockton but if we wanted Papa Murphy’s that bad I would rather get it from there. At least the employees there have great service and that location always have lots of promotions unlike the typical ones you get from Kettle man Ln. I never have to wait an extra minute when I put in my phone order. They have a drive thru for phone orders as well so I don’t have to drag my little ones into the shop in the bad weather!

The best pizza I have had hands down! The staff is so friendly as soon as you walk in everyone is very polite and someone is quick to take your order. I’ve never had a problem with this place and not to mention they are very generous with their toppings. Love it

Called over 45 minutes prior to waking in only to find out they hadn’t even started my pizza. WTF??? They said«25 – 30 minutes» convenient? Nope, could have called Ricks and had it cooked waiting when we got there.

I would give them a 0 ranking if I could. I was told by the cashier that she would need to see me delete my smart phone coupon? Don’t they give you the same paper coupons every time? Horrible customer service. They lost a customer.

Pizza was great, service was friendly, LINE was out the door. With friendly service it takes a bit longer… I was asked if I wanted cookies, salad, soda, breadsticks, if I wanted to up my pizza to a family size… blah blah blah. I get it, upselling but HELLO, there are 20 ppl behind me!!! LOL There were atleast 8 people working behind the counter and only ONE at the register, and she kept asking everyone to buy more stuff. They need to PRIORITIZE :) Make customer happy first!

For quality and price you just cant beat Papa Murphey’s. I’ve ordered a large cowboy pizza($ 10) several times and it never disappoints. They let you customize your pizza(half of this and half of that) and everything is fresh. I’ve tried the chocolate chip cookie dough and I really didn’t care for it, they should look into otis spunkmeyer or another company.

Awesome large pepperoni and we had the cheeseburger pizza too! It was good and as always the pizzas were ready when we arrived and hit the spot!

If I may be so bold as to use a phrase present in the vernacular of today’s young generation, «Haters gonna hate.» I am always impressed with the service provided at Lodi Papa Murphy’s. They are the fastest at getting the pizzas ready(yeah yeah I know they don’t have to bake them so that saves time but still they’re fast that’s my point ok moving on). The employees are good at what they do and are the epitome of efficiency. Papa Murphy’s has a 100% track record of getting an order accurate and with the correct price. And they’re inexpensive. Not a single one of their pizzas costs $ 20. I suppose the reviewer before me must have added 18 extra toppings in order to merit such a price. If one is savvy with coupons and punch cards, one could easily buy two pizzas for $ 20 from Papa Murphy’s. The stuffed pizzas are large enough to double as personal hovercrafts. The chicken bacon stuffed is the best pizza west of the Mississippi. At least I know now not to order salad there and ask for extra salad dressing. Why would I do that annyyyywwwwwaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyy…

The owners are penny pinchers that’s why they charge an extra 50cents for each salad dressing. When the workers mess up on a pizza and they can’t sell it they throw it away instead of offering it to the employees or taking it to members of their church or those in need of pizza.(the galt store owned by different people donate the mess ups) the employees shirt if you look at them have hole in them can’t they afford new shirts all of this reminds me of mr. crabs on spongebob. the employees today are rude, and no where near friendly. if i owned that place i would of fired everyone along time ago exept for the two good empolyees forget their names but one is a really cute short guy and the other is very tall and soft spoken. to wrap this up this papa murphy’s is horrible and needs new owners

First of all, I was unable to «check-in» here on my Unilocal app despite the fact that I was standing in the store. It kept saying that I was like 3 miles away!!! Their pizza’s are really expensive for what they are. Back home, even a take’n’bake doesn’t cost 20 bucks for a 15 inch pizza. You can get better 22 inch pizza’s for 20 bucks! Also, the girl who was preparing my pizza coughed all over it, and when I said something she denied that it was my pizza! Weather it was my pizza or someone elses that’s gross. The final thing that bothered me was that there is no trash can in their store or outside. If you want a take’n’bake that’s worth the money, go to Safeway instead! Oh and there is no sign posted ANYWHERE, but if you use a credit/debit card they charge you extra!!! RIPOFF! I don’t mind being charged, but at least be honest about it.

Went into papa murphys tonight… this place is run by children with attitudes!!! Their so called specials are misrepresented and they always ask for a few dollars more than advertised with no reasonable explanation! They try to charge .50 for an extra dressing for salad… folks!!! According to mgr a month ago they are suppose to come with TWO… No added charge! It’s a salad 42 — now fess up 2 dressings!!! 5 employees there — line out the door — everyone has different or NO training… just attitude!!! Pizzas alright but git ur act together LODI!!! Bad enough we have to live in this town already!
