I wait for almost 1 hour for my food and I ask for a complementary drink for waiting long and the manager gave me her attitude and rudely ask me if I wanted to wait or to cancel the food order this was at 3.45pm and at 4.55pm I got my food and it wasn’t cook properly

Just went through the drive thru here. Ordered my food, cashier said okay to what i ordered after repeating myself 2 times, and thats all she said. She didn’t say please pull forward or my total, nothing. I pulled forward, she opened the window and asked what i ordered, it wasn’t even in the register, so i placed my order again. Finally i hand her my card, she asked if i wanted sauce i said yes green please. She was making my drink and then handed me my card and asked me to pull around. REALLY?! There was no car behind me, i hadn’t even gotten my drink yet. Reluctantly, i said okay, knowing that this was because they wanted the timer to stop. It takes seconds to make tacos, literally seconds, and i was asked to pull around. How do i know? Because i worked for taco bell for a year. Anyway, i wait 2 minutes for my order. (Yes, i timed them) finally my order is brought to me, the cashier says here you go. No sorry for the wait or anything. I take my order and check the bag and wouldn’t you know it, no sauce. I’m never coming back here ago. I’m livid. After getting off a 12 hour shift this is not the kind of bs i want to deal with. And believe i will be speaking to the district manager, because i know him.

Can I give 0 stars? I’m pretty sure our chicken soft taco was made with canned tuna and the bean and cheese burrito was wrapped in a paper towel not a tortilla. GMO cardboard inedible grossness! I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a few years. I don’t recall it being horrid like that! Blech!
Side note — Everyone working there was very courteous and nice.

I like the staff that works there BUT the quality and the consistency of quality is lacking. I still go here. Just want them to do better

Took too long to order and too long to get my food and order was placed incorrectly! Sheesh!

If there was a way to give 0 stars I would!!! Can’t believe the wait time at this place… Maybe 10 people in the whole place, we order 2 soft tacos and a bean burritto and it took 25 mins to get the order! Never stopping here again

Lodi may be well known for its oppressive heat, hardy grapes, and brutal gang violence, but it also offers food, fuel, various supplies, and accommodations just off of I-​5. This Taco Bell in particular also offers strange smells and a men’s restroom that has ranged from disgusting to surprisingly less filthy than on a previous visit. Apart from the smell, the dining room seems pretty typical for a Taco Bell franchise.

The manager runs a tight ship here. We saw her actively correcting poor service during our visit. Kudos to here.
The men’s room was a bit dirty though.
