Burger King

Came here about two hours ago. Drive thru guy asks for our order, we order, and get no reply. We reverse and pull up again. «Welcome to bk what can I get for you «, repeat our order and again no response. So we pull up to the window and see a woman worker inside drinking from a cup. As she notices us she darts to the back. We pulled up to the order screen multiple times with the same exact thing happening. The guy asks for our order yet doesn’t say a word after that. Very poor service here. I know you hate to be 25+, living at home with your mom with no hope for your future while working fast food on a late night. But don’t take it out on the customers. We didn’t put you there…

I don’t usually go to fast food restaurants because that is not usually the type of food I like to eat and usually the service the quality of food and cleanliness is usually lacking. This Burger King however I found myself one day that I missed my lunch break NDD something to eat.
The service was great and very friendly the food was good it was placed in the bag very neatly and if I was to eat at a fast food restaurant again it would be at this location.

Stopped by again after a trip to San Jose… still the same greatness! Awesome play spot, drink machine was up and running, bathrooms had potty paper. :)

After carefully asking that the max roast beef sandwich DID not have cheese on it, I ordered two. They both came with cheese anyway and I am miles down the road.

Came here to relive my childhood in their play place. The cashier that day was probably tired, but, it’s not a big problem for me. Ordered the Veggie Burger combo (Small) and ate inside the play place. Of course, I played in it. I’m 20, and just want to feel like a child again after being stuck in a car for hours.
My friends, who’ve been here before, will likely come back and if I tag along, I shall too. It’s one of the better BKs.

Had to come and grab a kids meal. My last encounter was more than frustrating. Today I was served in the drive thru by Shahid who in the past and even today, has always provided great customer service and personable approach with a smile! This gentleman unfortunately is one person but is the complete example of great customer service! Thank you Shahid for your great service and laughs every time we have come in!

Great service, hot food. Above average for burger king. Love their new buffalo chicken strips Abe cookies.

It’s kinda out the way, but I’ve never had a problem here. Friendly and professional workers and the food is always fresh. Best BK around.

What can I say about the BK Double Stacker? It is so bad for you but taste great going down. Live the new soda machines. Yea, Josh and I are easily amused.
