Pros: Very nice on the phone. Cons: No parking. There are about 7 spaces, 1 is for handicap with a $ 250 fine sign, three are usually taken up by the employees leaving 3 spaces for customers. There are no spaces in the back. all are taken up by boats. Therefore, I suggest you plan on a drive by move in.
They also locked me out during operating hours and didn’t tell me of the «other entrance». They did grant me the privilege of keeping my furniture in the truck until I was able to get it out, for which they charged me a lovely $ 50 fee.
Update**** I was actually not charged the $ 50 after all. Thx Bobs. However, sitting there with my crew ready to unload and being locked and then having to come back alone with my son to finish the job that I had paid a crew for still calls for the one star. I’m just being honest, Sorry…
