This Starbucks is the slowest, with the worst customer service. My orders are never right, the line is always wrapped around the building and when you go inside, the employees are laughing, joking, and playing around. It’s ridiculous to have to wait 10 minutes for a coffee. One star, if there were negatives, I’d rate them with those.

I’m mainly updating this review because of the significant wait times. Be prepared to wait at least 20 min if you see cars backed up. It doesn’t matter if you go inside either, you’ll still be waiting. It’s been like this for months and was hoping it would get better, but it just seems to get worse.

I will give this location 5 stars because when I asked for extra Carmel in my frappacino they put extra Carmel drizzle in my cup like I asked. They are always fast too

Not happy with service at all. Waited in the drive through for almost 20 minutes at 10:30 am. I couldn’t leave because there was someone behind me. I will stick with the Grayson coffee house from here on out.

Can never get my coffee right. I totally agree with the low scores. If you want your coffee right the first time — go to the Starbucks at Krogers. Krogers may not have a drive through or the ambiance of a Starbucks, but your coffee will taste the way you want.

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. The line was wrapped around the building so i decided to go in and was surprised there was hardly anyone in there. I quickly realized why it was taking so long… All the baristas were talking and having a great time. took15 minutes to get my coffee

I hate waiting over 10 minutes for overpriced coffee drinks, end of story!
I really recommend that if your just going to grab a drink, like you’re not going in to meet friends or go use they’re wifi you should just do the drive thru. 5 minutes into waiting for my drink that dawned on me, duh!

It’s bizarre that the rating for this Starbucks is so low. We’re here VERY frequently (close to daily) and rarely have problems. And when we do, we use our words, and the kind folks here happily fix it. :)

Starbucks. hmmm what can you not say about this place! It has given me a whole different outlook on coffee. This is really prime premium coffee and excellent customer service.

I usually love this starbucks location, nice people great coffee, but today I was angry because they wrote my name as Jogan when I specifically told her how to spell logan! I also told her that I would like extra caramel but when the Frappuchino was ready there was less caramel then when i don’t say extra caramel! SMH!

It never fails every time I come to this starbucks I have a problem with my order or the wait is long. I truly avoid this starbucks at all cost but I hate to drive to snellville for a cup of coffee.

This place has change the amount of starbucks I intake a day. I love starbucks and this one is the closest one to my house. I have to visit here for a cup of coffee, but since summer. My orders have never been the way I wanted it. My green tea ice latte with four extra scoops of matcha never comes out right. They put the matcha in first and the milk in last. SINCE WHEN DOES POWDER GOES BE FORE LIQUID? It irritates me every time. Because the powder never gets to the milk. As you drink it, big green powder balls hit your throat. I find that nasty.
