This place is runs like a Donald Trump campaign headquarter! Rude to everyone and belittling employees in front of customers! The manager was f@€king terrible… was yelling at an ex employee who wanted his W2. Told him that he has to come back with a self stamped envelope to get it! That’s not right! Employers MUST send it themselves! If they are this awful! Imagine watch they put in the secret sauce! There’s a place where you handle employees… in the back… away from customers! Never going to eat here again… and I will do what I can to let people know how they conduct business! $h!++y!

Went in for lunch on a few occasions, managers Sue and Ruth treat there employees horrible was there eating lunch for about 20 minutes and seen Sue repeatedly talk down yell and embarrass this poor employee who was just trying to mop the floor, as I left mentioned to the Manger that she was rude and unprofessional she rolled her eyes and just walked away. there’s plenty of other places to have lunch I will never go there again!!!

OMG!!! Do not go to this McDonalds! What a horrible place to work! Was just eating when a manager just starting yelling at a Team Member! What does that have anything to do with the food? Well nothing but why would I want to come to a place that encourages public humiliation like that! No thank you!

Went through the drive thru to grab a quick breakfast. Asked for salsa no salsa. Ordered deluxe breakfast platter for my friend and there was no syrup.

Food: Pretty much the same if you’ve ever eaten at McDonald’s.
Dine-​In: they keep the place pretty clean and tidy so no complaints here
Service: hit or miss depending on who’s working obviously. sometimes service is really friendly, other times it’s not so good.
Drive-​thru: at lunch time it is really fast, but if you’re trying to get a late snack after 9PM, this place is slow as hell. I had to wait up to 15 minutes to get my food once.
Overall: nothing new here. McDonald’s as usual, but the slow evening drive-​thru really bring it down for me.

Dirty bathroom, soda drain clogged with ketchup (an hour went by), soggy hash browns, cashier had no money in ER. drawer so she is giving change in quarters and pennies… Says manager ignored her request for more money… Togo order for another customer put on tray. They argued with him that he didn’t say Togo and then just gave him the bag to bag it. I called the hotline to complain but after 5 messages not returned I called the manager and she says I should find another McDonalds that might satisfy my high Standards. Are you kidding me??? No way this mcdonalds should get any stars at all.

Horrible McDonald I have ever been to. Went three times and the fourth time got my money back. The problem was my food was squished, fries were cold, no ketchup or mustard on cheese burgers. Food made me sick. Threw up the food that I tried to eat. And forgot to give me my fries twice. Management was disrespectful. Gave me attitude when I let them know about my food. Didn’t even give me back my correct money back. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If they had negative stars than I would give them many. I’m calling the corporate office tomorrow. They need to learn how to cook and run a business. They all need to be retrained. This is ridiculous. I don’t like the fact that I had to go four times for them to understand they don’t know what they are doing?

WORST MCDONALD’S EVER. Manager is incompetent and shouldn’t be in the food industry, frankly. I have pictures of how horrible our «fresh» food was after they remade our order. They forgot part of our order BOTH times. We asked to not have our burgers smashed to nothing, because they were smashed the first time. The pictures? After our order was made the second time. Avoid going here at all costs. I hope this place closes. /​Learn how to make a burger.

It’s ok. The big mac is no longer big. I haven’t ordered one in years but I did today. It’s just… kind of ok.

Horrible dirty food, horrible owners. Rude everything, they look at you like dollar signs and not like people.

Bad service! GM is horrible! Fries way too salty, yuck! GM is poorly «trained» on how to handle simple customers problems and issues. I rather go with a employee if I ever had a issue, it’s a shame these people want a raise smh #makeAmericaGreatAgain

I honestly think this McDonald’s should close down. Just because the service is terrible the employees are so rude and always get the orders wrong, they have no manners. Not just that the manager doesn’t do any better than the regular employees, they no nothing about customer service there. The food is not like other McDonald’s, and it took 10 mins just to get an iced coffee the girl to so long to make it for me and she was just standing there.

Every time I come here there are no cherry pies. I only like to come here for breakfast.

Well, tried this location again at 10pm to just get an iced tea and whatta ya know, horrible customer service. Waited 13 minutes after I paid. It’s really unfortunate management must really not care with so many complaints.

Worst mcdees ever… Every time I order fries it looks like the workers grabbed a bunch of the top to eat for themselves… They never give the full amount of fries… I ordered large fries and they give me as much as medium would get like wth I’m trying to go on a diet I’m trying to be fat so give me the full serving of fries!

This place started very very well when they were first here. Customer service was so fast, employees were very nice & upbeat. Their french fries were the best McD’s fries I’ve ever tasted.
That all changed now that they’ve been open for awhile. The fries do not taste the same compared to when they first opened. There was a very obvious night & day difference between their fries & the McD’s on Waterman/​Redlands. Not anymore, they taste the same now. Today we ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal & an egg mcmuffin w/​o Canadian bacon. We get home & it has Canadian bacon in it. What!?! How hard is it for you to get our order correct? All you had to do was take the Canadian bacon out. It was a very simple order.
McDonald’s employees & managers: you have to pick it up and improve your customer service back to what it was when you first got here, or I’m pretty sure your ratings are going to keep on dropping. You can still make it better.

Came here at 10:30 for a filet O fish, a crispy chicken wrap and a Big Mac. Not combos… After waiting for about 10 minutes in line the attendant informs me that they are making my filet O fish fresh (what does that mean at a McDonalds?), and they need me to go around one more time and pick up my food the second time around. So I’m supposed to feel privileged that they are cooking a filet O fish for me «FRESH!?!»
So I reluctantly go around again and get stuck behind 5 – 6 other cars. By the time I get my order, I’m not happy.
I check the order and they gave me a grilled chicken wrap rather than a crispy and the foods cold. I tell the attendant, and she says sorry, do you wanna go around one more time?
No… Forever and ever. This place sucks. Bringing my business to In n Out from now on.

I come here at night occasionally when I’m at work for lunch. They are usually slow and give me cold food but sometimes they do make my food fresh. Not consistent.

This place blows! The service is so shitty. Can’t even make decent chicken nuggets, either.
To the manager/​workers: Get off your high horse. Listen, I get that you work at McDonald’s BUT HEY, don’t take it out on a paying customer, especially one that was being polite. I work at a restaurant & customer service is the #1 priority my bosses expect out of us. That’s just how the food industry is, all of us who work in it deal with crappy people and hate it, but suck it up like the rest of us and put on a fake smile & be nice. It’s your job.

VEGETARIAN QUARTER POUNDER WITH CHEESE, Y’ALL!
Yes, I’m yelling… Yes, I know a McVeggie Patty doesn’t mean it’s healthy. YES, it tastes freaking amazing, so get two.
GO TOTALLY BONKERS: add Mac Sauce (35c) and shredded lettuce (25c) and get the closest thing to a veggie Big Mac. Totally outrageous for under $ 5!
PS– this place doesn’t accept the free ¼ pounder coupon when you fill out the customer survey when you ask for the veggie patty. Not happy with that!
