The service is slow. I have received faster service at Subway shops full of customers. At this one there was only one person ahead of me. As far as the subs, I can only comment on the tuna sandwich since that is what I purchased. They use a very small scoop for the tuna yet they still only do 4 scoops of tuna on a foot long. The lady had to spread it out very thinly in order to get the tuna on most of the bread. The lettuce and tomato was a normal quantity but I didn’t go in for a lettuce and tomato sub.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. Everbody at my job has advises not to go to this location because they go easy on the toppings and won’t give you extra if you ask for it. The only reason I even went there is because I wanted some soup. So the owner rings up my order and I ask him why I got taxed(food was $ 6.00, tax was $.48) when other Subways don’t tax. He said it was because I was dinning in. I told him I would take my order to go and to rering it. At first he had no clue what I was taking about, then said there was no reason in the CPU for that return reason. He finally figured it out but did the same transaction, charged me tax THEN proceeded to give me change for a $ 10. When I told him I gave him a $ 20, he told me no I didnt and had to look back at the first receipt to see that indeed I had given him a $ 20, and gave me $ 13.52 back… the amount he first gave me with the tax… I just walked out and left them with the $.48 since they are too inept to figure out how to properly count. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this place… customer service is definitely not there forte… I feel bad for the employees for having to deal with them.

The worst subway I’ve been to. Stay away from this place. They put three slices of cucumber in my foot long. When I ask for more the owners look at me like I was robbing them. You will know the owners when you see them. They ensure that the employees are not making the sandwiches to company standards. I’m also about to report this franchise to Corporate.

I got a Unilocal account just to write this review… Definitely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. There was only one person working there, and when I came in, she was serving another customer… VERY slowly. She did not even look up or say anything to greet me. It was several minutes before she finished helping the person in front of me, and she turned to me and asked what I wanted. She had no enthusiasm at all. While I was ordering, three other customers came in. I received my 6-inch and was able to sit down, eat it at a nice speed, and as I was leaving the restaurant, that third person behind me had just finally received their food. During my visit, a second employee came in, equally lacking in enthusiasm. She wore a jacket over her uniform, and I even noticed her cleaning the counter off with just her bare hands. Oh, and there was a small piece of plastic in my sandwich.

First off let me start this review by saying I eat here about twice a week due to the proximity to my office. You might be wondering how one subway only a couple of miles away can have a 4.5 star rating and this one be rated so low, let me explain why. Subway is no gourmet restaurant, we all know that but we can expect a fairly consistent product. This location however has a lot wrong with it which I think stems from the owners, or who I perceive to be the owners. This location is run like every shred of lettuce is worth a million dollars and it does not seem as if they respect their employees. The main employee(tattooed women with glasses) has a very mean demeanor and was constantly bullying the newly hired employee when I visited today. The thing that really grossed me out was that after the new employee had scooped tuna onto the bread the bully employee came over told her she had put to much and literally scooped the tuna off of the bread, crumbs and all and put it back in the container. She also is constantly throwing food around and puts together a very sloppy sandwich, maybe she is an abstract sandwich artist? Please to the owners, your location is close to me, I like Subway but you really have to work on your customer service and really need to not make it so obvious that you are trying to cut every corner to save money. Once I went in and the employee accidentally put one extra slice of turkey on my sandwich by accident and the male owner kept telling her over and over again how wrong she was. I understand profit margins can be slim but don’t be so obvious about it. Train your employees during off hours and get this location into shape please!

Horrible manager/owner at this Subway(short/older Indian man). Came to Subway today for lunch and the employee who made my sandwich got reprimanded in front of me for putting too many olives on my sandwich when I asked for more! He yelled at her that only 3 olives are allowed!!! WTF!!! The man rang me up and I told him that what he did was rude and demeaning to do in front of the customer. He proceeded to make excuses for his behavior. He’s obviously the food nazi, the reason for such poorly made sandwiches(see pics by others). I will NOT be returning to this Subway to a manager/owner who treats his employees like crap and makes his customers feel bad for asking for extra olives! Next time I’ll drive down the road a little further to the Subway in Redlands where the employees are friendly and they give the customer extra olives without a food nazi yelling at them.

Came here several times due to close proximity to university. Every time I’m here I am reminded that this is probably the worst subway restaurant I have ever been to. Worst than those in ghetto San Bernardino. I think the management doesn’t treat it’s employees right because they don’t seem to last long. Also, it is always understaffed and often have a long line even though it is mid morning or mid afternoon with only 1 person

I am not sure what has happened to this Subway, however, the employees are not very nice. Not to point anyone out or anything, however, one heavy-set girl working the counter was very rude when lifting the tray of bread her hair was touching the bread. It appeared as though she didn’t even want to be at work. I’m assuming the owner was the gentleman working the register. I’m not sure exactly how you would not see her rolling her eyes at customers. I won’t be back to this Subway I will go to the Subway in Grand Terrace instead or on Hospitality lane.

The worst customer service ever. They refused to bake the bread. The fat girl looks like very depressed and doesn’t like her job. Very slow and uninterested to see the customers. I went to the other location near the Costco to get a sandwich. And guess what, the same girl also work there. The vegetable are rotten and spoil. When I ask if they gonna cut more fresh vegetable, they were unwilling to do it. The owner of both places is the same… I don’t know what is the problem with this young girl. Never smile, and looks so depressed. Why doesn’t she just quit and get another job that make her happy.

They don’t deserve a star for a review. Bad place to go when you’re hungry. Waste of time, money and lunch time. I can make a better sandwich faster than the employees there. I spent 20+min for a couple sandwiches and they never warmed up my chicken that sat there all day. Called to complain and to come back the next day when the manager says he needs the old sandwich from the other day or he won’t remake it. Really. Who will carry a sandwich for days. He said he doesn’t care if it’s rotten to have it. Anyways take your time, lunch, and business elsewhere. Like the other subway down the street.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to and it is solely the managements fault. You can tell why the guy is in business and it has nothing to do with serving the public. It is solely for his own gain and nothing more. Corporate should really get involved. This place could make big bucks with the large business building RIGHTACROSSTHESTREET. However it is always empty at lunch time. Clearly something needs to change here.

This subway has always disappointed me. I only even came here because I had s gift card and didn’t feel like driving to the other side of town. I haven’t been here in a few years and as I was watching the lady make my sub I remembered why. I understand they can’t load everyone’s sub miles high with ingredients or it will eventually cost more to make then they sell for but this subway is the cheapest place ever!

Customer service is horrible, owner/manager whatever he’s terribly rude to customers and employees, I don’t understand how you mess up an order when you do in each topping individually as told but they managed to do it. I work close so I’ve been a lot of times. They’re super stingy with toppings. I’ve seen the owner yell at the girls for putting«too much on». He told a girl to put only 3 olives on a footlong and yelled at another for handing out extra napkins. There will be a line out the door and the owner just stands there and rings people up, doesn’t lift a finger to help them. the girls seems rude because the owner treats them poorly. I won’t be giving my business to place that treats their employes like that. And neither should you. Go to the subway up the street by wendys. They’re great! The employees are friendly, cheerful and aren’t stingy.
