Natures Touch H2O Cleaners

The owner was very friendly and eager to please, granting an extra star. But my silk pajamas came back smelling like they had never been cleaned. I ended up taking them to another dry cleaner. In addition the shirts smelled musty, and my clothing was not ready on time. Tthe place was filthy with dust, which I don’t really care about except that it was emblematic of the final product.

Since my last 5 star review, Michael has altered a number of suits, dresses & such for us. We are SO pleased with his quality workmanship & price. Can I give 6 stars ??

New to the neighborhood, looking for a new cleaner. I love the fact they don’t use dry clean chemicals. Quality is very good however service is HORRIBLE!!! My husband went to pick up my clothes and Michael was sleeping. Brought in a rug to be cleaned. A younger man took the rug and didnt have an exact pickup date for us, but said about a week. He alao stated less rhan $ 50. After 3+ weeks we finally got the rug. The rugs are sent out, which is fine, but now im questioning if non-​dry clean chemicals were used. Anyway, went in on the promise date and no rug, michael said give me til tuesday. Tuesday came and went. After leaving multiple phone messages he finally return my call and said it would be available on Saturday. Went in Saturday and no rug. I went into the cleaners two times and inquired about the rug and left my phone number for him to call me when it was ready. I never received a phone call back. When the rug was finally done, we were charged $ 80, which Michael said was a big discount because of the hassle. I informed him that another person informed my husband would be under $ 50. Michael told me that wasn’t possible that no one else worked there. Michael should understand who is running his store them because they’re absolutely was another individual who took in our rug and quoted the price. Good quality, i have to admit, but i cant trust a business with such horrible customer service.

I called to see if I can get some last minute alterations done on a beautiful dress, designed by a very talented seamstress. And immediately knew this was the right place to go. The owner was so friendly and willing to help. I needed the alterations done the same day and he did them in less than an hour. I was so pleased with the end result! I want to bring all of my dresses here. Thank you again Mr. Nash! He is a real tailor!!!

Michael is a consummate small businessman who is proud of what he does and does a great job. We have been coming to him for years for cleaning and tailoring. He is worth the U-​turn and avoiding the hill in terms of traffic.

Michael is the most amazing man! Not only did he alter my bridesmaid dress flawlessly. He did it same day! Just amazing customer service and i highly recommend! Thanks again Michael!

I really like that there are no dry clean chemicals used and I will be sure to check out the second new location.
I wasn’t sure if the plastic bag my coat came in was recyclable or not. If you guys are totally green even the plastic bags should be recyclable and marked that it is.

Awesome service, very very reasonable prices. Fantastic tailoring, everything that Michael has fixed for me fits me exactly as it should and his price is half of what I’m used to paying for lower quality work. Same goes for the dry cleaning, perfect and on time and the price is always right.
The fact that he runs an Organic cleaners means I don’t have to worry about chemicals that can cause cancer or other health problems for myself or my family.
I always highly recommend Natures Touch Cleaners to everyone I know, I promise you will not be disappointed.

Great service I needed alterations made to my dress and only had a few days before a big event and he got the job done and it was a perfect fit!

He cleaned something that 3 other cleaners couldn’t. He got out mold stains that I didn’t think he could. He’s repaired some of my clothes better than other tailors. He’s very friendly and amiable and values delivering a quality service. If I stayed around this area, I’d continue going to him. I’m moving out of the area though. Too bad. I’ll have to take a chance with another business now.

I’ve had the good fortune to have found Natures Touch H20 Organic Cleaners. They do an amazing cleaning job on our clothing, I’m thrilled to know that I’m not wearing clothing full of chemicals and also that the environment is not being harmed by the cleaning products.
Not only do they do an excellent job with cleaning, Michael the owner is also a talented tailor. All the items that he has altered for me have turned out just right!
