Robb is the best barber in town. I’ve seen him cut since high school and 100% of my family and friends go to him. Here’s an example of one from my bf who is samoan and has long hair. He always has a hard time finding someone who can clean him up without ruining his look. You tell him what you want, and he delivers every time. Super friendly and usually booked, so call ahead of time! It’s worth it!

These guys know what they’re doing. I heard about them from a friend, and called to make an appointment the other day. I can’t remember the name of the guy who cut my hair but he’s got a beard, I wanna say Keith but I know that’s not it. Anyway, I had quite the head of hair and wanted a fade, 2 on the sides and long enough to comb over on top. He was quick, but efficient. The dudes in there love to joke around which makes the environment fun. Probably took 25 minutes and was $ 15, which is lower than I’d expect now looking at the good job he did. In fact I tipped him $ 10 just for that reason. This will be my new barbershop that I frequent.

My new favorite barber shop in town. Prices are totally reasonable. Clean, friendly atmosphere and all of the barbers seem pretty good.
Walk-​ins are limited since most of the barbers work by appointment. The upside is that you don’t need to waste an hour or more out of your day waiting to be seen.

I have been going to Rob and Rob alone for my haircuts for the past few years. I typically grow my hair out for months, but am sure to return to Rob at The Barbershop whenever I am ready to get cleaned up. Even though it is a bigger job, Rob NEVER disappoints. I leave feeling refreshed every time and most importantly my fiancé loves how I look after every cut. Not only does Rob really know how to take care of you and your hair, but his shop has a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that I really enjoy (plus I love watching sports during my cuts on his TV’s). Keep up the great work!

One of Lompocs hidden gems. Clean, well kept with a relaxed feeling. I always get my hair cut by Robb. He’s the go-​to guy if your trying to get some far out design. I’ve never been dissatisfied with my haircut at The Barbershop. They have a play area for children, has bins full of toys. Robb, Elliot or Jay… Whichever barber you choose at «The Shop» I’m sure you’ll be looking good. –Tell them Fluffy sent you. [Dont guarantee a discount]

Randy has cut hair for over 20 years, many of which were spent at Vandenberg. He recently started here and brings his years of experience to quality cuts and shaves. He is friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, he knows how to bring out the best in someone.

Robb is an excellent barber. I wanted a specific hair cut for years but was afraid to get it. When I finally got the courage I walked into a Lompoc barbershop that everyone recommended and they wouldn’t cut my hair so I told a friend about it and she brought me to Robb. I told him what I wanted and he was so welcoming and comforting. I was nervous but he did a great job. He made some suggestions and I loved the way it came out. He’s usually booked so you can’t walk in but the appointments are usually for the next day. He’s good about squeezing you in quickly. A few times I needed my hair done before he was available and both times I regretted it because nobody did it as good as him so it’s worth the wait. Their are also three other barber’s who work there that seem to do a good job and are friendly!

I was looking for a barber to do a specific hair cut on both my sons i tried numerous barbers and my oldest ended up almost bald and the other was just wrong so finally i gave RANDY A TRY AT BARBERSHOP AND I WAS SO AMAZED he did exactly what i asked and my kids were happy and he was so friendly one of them is 3 so you know how 3 year olds are always moving but somehow he earned his trust in seconds and had him sitting still and all smiles he is definitely worth a try and i promise you wont be disappointed

Was trying to find a different barbershop, but Google gave this as their address, so I decided to stop in, thinking they might have changed names. At the time. I thought my cut was good, but now, I’m not so sure. When I ask to have the top cut «finger length,» I expect them to use their fingers and scissors. Rather, they took the clippers and ran it over my head. I’m sorry, but that’s not what I asked for! Next, I have some razor burn, much worse than when my home barber shaves my neck. I feel like the barber doesn’t give many shaves and doesn’t sharpen his straight razor often. Finally, i asked to have my beard and mustache trimmed down with a 2, but he didn’t follow through on that. Therefore, I will need to to to my barber back home much sooner than I want to.

I was an out-​of-​tower, from Orlando Florida, looking for a quality barber. Found these guys on Unilocal and got 5 star service. Rob fixed the broken fade I got on base and left me feeling right at home. And, most importantly gave me a fresh fade, this guy can cut. In-​tune with the younger crowd and truly invested in his business. Would recommend above all barber’s in Lompoc.

I will never return to this shop again. Totally messed up my hair. This was the worst haircut I have ever had. It seemed like the guy cutting my hair was afraid to cut hair. He had no issues with using the clippers but had no skills when it came to cutting hair with the scissors. Waste of money and i had to wear a hat for 2 weeks and go back to my regular barber in Goleta to get my hair fixed. If I could rate this place lower than a 1 I would.
