I had a follow up appointment with Denise for my eyelash extensions and I had an emergency and completely forgot about my appointment with her and when I called back to get another appointment with her she just got mad and scolded me and told me to go find a new eyelash extensionist. I have never been treated so rudely like that at any other hair salon that I have ever been to before. If you want your business to grow you treat everyone with respect. You don’t yell at them for forgetting an appointment.

I love Hot Spot. A small salon with big service, these ladies book up fast — with good reason.
Denise has been doing my Nova lashes for more than a year now. They always look fantastic when she retouches them.
Her skills with hair are equally impressive: my color always looks so natural. I never go to anyone else now that I found her!

Jennifer B. is my go to gal! she always accomodates my schedule! She is a color specialist and has made me look good from blonde to brunette! I can not find a better stylist who can bring my hair to life! I live 3000 miles away now but when visiting I still schedule an appt. Go to Jennifer!

I got my eyelash extensions done here! Its a cute little place I didn’t even know existed in this tiny town! I’ll be back to try out the other services they have available! It’s a cute little clean place for this town :)
