Above par. Really great sandwiches, salads, flatbread pizzas. Great variety, interesting combinations, fresh ingredients, at a really good price point for the quality. Chips are fab too! This is one of the few places my whole family actually likes getting takeout from.

I’ve been here three times now, twice in one week because it was that good. Some of my co-workers were trying to get something different cause we always seem to get lunch or dinner from the same place and we work in a busy salon so its not easy. We remembered we use to go to the Wrap Shack which was now Wrap City. Anyway everyone was psyched on the food! I got a pulled pork sandwich with avocado and the home-made chips were awesome. I told my brother who lives in this area as well to go check it out and hes been multiple times as well. Its not expensive, they are quick and consistent. I can only hope someday they will deliver so we can get it more often!

The wraps are great and the price point is right on. My two complaints are the wait feels like it is longer than it should be and I wish they had a fountain soda. If you go during lunch rush be prepared to wait a while. The food is worth the wait.

very impressed, have been here multiple times and enjoyed each sandwich/wrap. I enjoy bringing friends who haven’t been so they can try a different type of sandwich shop. Miamiwich(pulled pork, avocado etc) and Santa Barbra Ranch are excellent, clean and friendly staff

We are new in town and are self proclaimed foodies. This is a sandwich restaurant that offers variety, quality and convenience for the right price. My wife and I have eaten there 6 times over the last month touring the menu. Let me just say without a doubt a great place to eat. If you love Cuban sandwiches you need to try the Tampa’s Cuban.

Summary: Pretty good, ‘though a little inconsistent. I live nearby and have ordered sandwiches(always for pick-up) from Wrap City several(4 – 5?) times since they opened: Overall, pretty tasty. And the home-made chips are delicious. BUT, the items with chicken have been hit-or-miss: Most of time, pretty good. However, the last two times the chicken had some gristle or other unchewable«elements»; I think they need to trim their meat a little more carefully. I’ll try ‘em a few more times and revise my rating, if necessary, accordingly …

At first glance it has chain written all over it but what a chain! The flavored are well formulated and you can see the time it took to construct each sandwich and wrap. Try the Buffalo Anchor, Tampa’s Cuban, The Rachel, Miamiwich, Philly’s Best, and Martha’s Fav were all winners. Bravo Wrap City what a winner!

I was excited to try out Wrap City since it was new lunch choice but was a bit disappointed. I’m going to agree with another poster regarding the staff behind the counter — it seemed a bit disorganized. I entered about noon, figuring it would be a bit busy, and was right. There were a few people waiting for their orders and a small line for placing orders. When I was the 2nd person in line the only staff to take orders was also working the phones. He proceeded to take the orders of 2 customers that had just called in to place orders(and to note they were not«on-hold» customers). I was a tiny bit aggravated since I was waiting in line before the calls came in — both calls. I also noted there were about 3 – 4 people in the prep area and I thought it would make more sense for one to come out to help. After the customer in front of me was ordering, and had many questions as I agree the menu is overwhelming and has many choices, one of the workers in the back finally came out to help. The wait for the wrap was longer than I expected but not a huge deal. I also got the Hidden Valley Wrap and agree that the flavors did not mesh well. The menu noted the spinach wrap to be toasted and I misunderstood and thought only the wrap itself would be toasted, not the entire«sandwich». Due to the toast-ing the spinach seemed very soggy and ruined the wrap. That being said I would give it another try and will chalk it up to an off day for them.

Amazing sandwiches, friendly staff. The sandwiches are super fresh and reasonably priced: between 7 and 9 dollars. Only complaint is that they never give me enough of their homemade potato chips! Sooo good. 10⁄10

Didn’t love it, really. But I’ll give it at least one more try. Wrap City appears to have business-process problems: We visited at lunch on a Saturday, and it was somewhat busy, not hugely so, but even still they seemed understaffed, and the promised 10 – 15 minute wait for our order was more like 20 – 25 minutes. I realize this is not fast food, but more attention needs to be paid, I think, to flow-through and efficiency. Perhaps contributing to the problem is that the menu is too ambitious — 21 choices of wraps, 19 different sandwiches, 10 salads, and 8 flatbreads. That’s a head-spinning amount of choice for the consumer, a lot to keep track of for the employees, and I suspect the restaurant’s cost structure is higher as a consequence, which could present challenges to their staying power. Especially for a brand new business, my sense is that a simpler menu would have been a better way to start. Prices are OK, not great. Most wraps and sandwiches are in the $ 6.99−7.99 range. Add a drink, and you’re looking at a $ 10 lunch. Not outrageous, but a dollar or two more than I like to pay for lunch. I didn’t love my wrap(Hidden Valley: Roast Beef, avocado, pepper jack, horseradish, spinach, tomato, ranch dressing on a toasted spincah wrap). There was nothing wrong with it, I just didn’t enjoy the mix of flavors and didn’t finish it. Others in our group seemed to enjoy their wraps more than I did. Orders are served in a styrofoam container. Since we were dining in this seemed a waste, and not environmentally friendly. The homemade potato chips were terrific, really fresh and tasty. Very much worth trying. I will try again, and perhaps update my review after that visit.

I have only been once, but this wrap/sandwich shop already has its predecessor beat! From the cute cardboard sandwich boxes to the homemade chips, this place knows what it is doing. We ordered the Portlander(an Italian) and the Cape Codder(chicken salad wrap). Both were excellent with fresh ingredients. My sandwich was even a bit hard to eat because the bread was literally stuffed with meat, cheese, etc. Not a bad thing! I can’t wait to try the other yummy sounding sandwiches, salads and flatbreads.

Amazing sandwich shop where the old Wrap Shack used to be. I got the Cuban which was outstanding! Served with fresh made chips for 6.99. Also got a side of Cole slaw which fed two and was out of this world!
