Westlake Village, CA
Called Ackerfield Apartments to find out some info about possibly leasing from them. From the time the woman in the leasing office answered the phone, she was rude and snarky and even spoke back to me, at which point I ended the call. It was a 45 second phone call in which I felt disrespected the entire time. I could never live in a place with such a disrespectful staff.
