Autozone

Tonight my left headlight bulb went out and I had to drive from work heading towards home in Long Beach. Thankfully this AutoZone is close to where I live, and they have consistently given me excellent service through the years, and with many different cars my family and I have owned and driven.
Tonight was no exception. First I went to one of the Cashiers to ask him to look up the correct headlight bulb model for my car. Thankfully he found it quickly, and then checked me out. After that, he asked his Co-​Worker Ronnie to help me with installing the headlight bulb. Ronnie changed the left headlight bulb quickly, and refused a tip from me.
Thank you, AutoZone for your excellent help and customer service. My family and I will continue to patronize your wonderful store.

I came in looking for a lock for my steering wheel and a security system for my car. I know auto zone holds it, it’s online, so I ask the cashier. He was very rude. He said to me «we don’t sell it here at this location» i then asked him which location has it and how much would it cost me. Usually they look in the computer to find a location that holds it, but he said «I wouldn’t know, like I said we don’t sell it so I have no idea about pricing» in such a rude tone, like I’m annoying him. He was also raising his voice at me. I knew by then he didn’t want to help me, so I said thank you and continued looking around the store. They close at 9pm, I was here at 8:10pm. They were already trying to kick me out. They said «are you really looking for something, or are you just trying to kill time here.» WOW. NEVER have I EVER experienced such HORRIBLE customer service. I looked at the guy and walked out the store. Rude, rude, rude. Tsk tsk autozone, at least hire decent people.

ugh. this is the worst autozone ever! its the b closest to my house so i go there for convenience and i regret it every single time.

No acknowledgment what so ever. Assured me the battery was the problem here the next day because it’s not. No attempt to help me. Very unhelpful and waste of time. Only reason I come is because it’s close. Time to go to Napa or oreilys. Should be worth the drive.

I normally hate to be critical but horrible service. I walk in 20 minutes later not one time did anyone look up and acknowledge that I exist. I came in for 10 cans of calipers paint so close to 8 bucks a can. I was also looking to get gloves. To be fair they did have a couple customers in the store but that has no excuse why you can even just look up and say hello I’ll be with you in just a moment. So I am a manager at a shop here in town and would need to spend a decent amount of money with them every month but I will take my business elsewhere

This place sucks. Well the place itself is great. You can find a lot of stuff for your car, I mean it IS auto zone after all.
Now, the reason it sucks is the workers. They are lazy and hardly ever pleasant. I have lived in the wrigley area of long beach for over 15 years so naturally this is the auto zone I go to most, out of convenience.
I have gone to other auto zones. Lakewood & a few others & it’s amazing how pleasant and accommodating they are. It almost makes this location is the rotten apple.

I live near this place, and have enjoyed it. I work at pepboys and could’ve gone there, but this place is a lot closer to me. Everyone is helpful, and have good sense of humor.

Helpful but serious attendants, they replaced my battery, price was a bit high but came with a 2 year replacement plan, not much you can do when your battery seriously dies & you can’t go anywhere. A true life saver that all AutoZone locations have employees that replace & install car batteries for free. They also give you a $ 12 credit when you donate your old car battery. They install a lot of stuff that you buy– just ask!

I usually end up over here at Autozone when I am across the street getting my car washed or when I am over at my local car repair place getting something put on or something taken off my car if I happen to screw it up.
On this day I came in and picked up a sweet Ford keychain. I swear this place has a ton of stuff and if your not careful, you can haul $ 200 worth of knick knacks out of here for your car without breaking a sweat. Well you would be sweating because you just spent $ 200 on fuzzy dice and air fresheners but you get the picture.
Its located on the corner of Santa Fe and Willow. The other corners of this intersection have a Car Wash, Arco and a Popeyes Louisiana Chicken. One of the best auto parts supply stores on the Upper Westside of Long Beach in my opinion.

I’ve been here several times to pick up small parts for my car — nothing fancy, usually lightbulbs etc. Every time, I have found the staff to be nice, very helpful and quick.

CROWDED and didn’t have the part that I was looking for… off to the Chevy Dealership…

My local autozone located in Westside :) You can get most stuff you needed for your car (battery, coolant, wiper wash, car wash, accesories, & etc.)
Their stuff are helpful & they know every detail of every thing! Finally someone you can trust when it comes to your car needs! ;)
Sometimes you’ll get some pretty good deals. Although it’s not really cheap at this store.
