Located on Santa Fe by Willow mechanic here there are prices are somewhat not the same they go up and down depending they have a good service tow trucks also but other than that still okayyou’re not the best of it but they do the job

Shocked to see such positive reviews but then again most of these are 2 – 3 years old. ITS TIME FOR AN UPDATE, A LONG ONE!
My mom went here August 8^th for a simple oil change. Not too biggie, right? Later on in the day she noticed a leak all over the drive way. Apparently they had forgotten the cap thus the leakage. So she had to buy a new one.
Now, knowing my mother for 25+ years, she doesn’t cause any trouble. For the most part, she’s really polite and I have never heard or witnessed her going off on ANYBODY, only if she feels threatened or being taken advantage of or she feels she needs to stand up for herself. And even if she does, it’s seriously once in a blue moon. She met her match today.
She went back a few days later to address this issue of the missing cap. (She’s busy with a career. She couldn’t go on the previous days) What a complete douche the guy was. Not sure if she had to speak to the owner or manager… But this tool was down right disrespectful. He first accused her of lying, saying he did not forget the cap. Ok, sir. Why would my mom go out of her way to buy herself a replacement cap?
He then went off on her when she addressed how rude he was to her and to his own staff and he started cursing and made remarks like «oh do you want me to clean your driveway?» Blah blah. He also went off on her for not calling and she said she couldn’t because she didn’t get a receipt and he pretty much responded that the oil change was only $ 30, why would she get a receipt? I can buy an 89 cent Powerade at Big Saver and still get a receipt. Wtf?
She would visit this place before when it was previously run by some other guy. The old owner was the complete opposite from this asshat. She sees the previous owner randomly from time to time and he now has a shop running somewhere on Pacific st and has told her «Yeah, the Clavito guy? He’s no good! Always rude and very mean.»
I mean… I’m the kind of person that gives the benefit of the doubt. Maybe this dude was having a bad day and took it out on my Mom. But if other people are mentioning how terrible Clavito is…
My mom only went to Clavitos because of the distance. It’s very convenient for her. But now??? Pass.
tl;dr — if you want to go somewhere, quality work, great customer service I strongly do not recommend Clavito. Visit Lam’s auto repair!

I have a loss for words! This shop is the BEST! It took me awhile to find a shop to get my car tuned up and finally I went through Unilocal, Clavito had 5 star reviews so I decided to trust and just call. From the second he answered the phone I could tell he was honest. I took my car for tuneup today and had the BEST experience. Everyone there really cares and has the BEST customer service! CLAVITO goes above and beyond, I’m a happy girl!

I love this place! My husband has been coming here for a few years and has always had great service. I recently decided to start taking care of all my car related needs by myself which can be intimidating because I have no idea what I’m talking about and because my husband spoke so highly of these guys I now bring my car here for everything. Clavito is usually here running things and is always really friendly. I never feel intimidated and never feel ripped off. Great service, thanks guys!

First time here I based it off the reviews from this thing. Had a full tune up, brakes and new tires done on my car and I cannot say how happy I am with this place. Good price, excellent work. Talked to Clavito himself, he is a very honest man, told me not to be too confident just because Unilocal has good reviews because there are many mechanics who will try and rip you off. He made sure to tell me what my car needed, didn’t try and add anything extra to my bill. He worked with my time budget and finished in good time. He broke my bill down, explained it to me, showed me the parts that were replaced and told me what to look for next time. Seriously one of the most honest mechanics I have ever been to and I loved that. Super happy with the service and have found my new mechanic!

Went a month ago cause I spilled oil on my engine. Got oil change while there. Weird waiting area but Fast service and clavito seems trustworthy. Price is very reasonable. Even threw a free car wash just cause I’m me lol. Try him out

This repair shop is great! Last night my car wouldn’t start. I had to get a new starter. I had called about 8 different repair shops around the area. They all quoted me over $ 500, NOT INCLUDING TOWING!!! Insane prices. I was about to give in to that $ 500 price, but then I made one final call to Clavito’s Auto Service, and he made my whole day! He offered to tow my car and fix my starter problem for around $ 200. At first I thought he was kidding me and just didn’t know what I needed, but he came and towed my car and fixed the issue all within a 1.5 hours! Great customer service, and he understood what I needed and explained everything clearly! I most definitely will be returning for any auto service needs! I recommend his shop for anyone! Great guy and service all around!

My 95 Impala SS overheated on the way to work. I discovered a small pin hole leak in my radiator. A co-​worker insisted I take it to Clavitor’s. I’m not from around here, but my co-​worker said he loves these guys. Short story: Fixed it same day for a Very Reasonable Price! My radiator is a special order Super Sport, and Clavito’s sent a driver to Fontana to pick it up!

I went down to Clavitos Auto Service because I have been going to that location for years and I enjoy going to a auto repair shop that doesn’t try and run the price up on you. The just charge you a very fair price and get the work done quickly.
I can’t remember the name the place that Clavitos used to be, but on January 1, 2012 it changed names and you bet I was expecting the same great service. I haven’t been here in a year or so and I was in need of two tires because i smashed up my rim pretty good when I hit a curb. I actually thought I was going to need to replace the rim as well.
I didn’t even take it to the Ford dealer but I could see it now. Two new tires, a new rim and probably some other kind of unnecessary repair which would have come up to $ 800 or so easily.
I was quoted $ 90 for two tires and I was charged $ 16 for labor. I couldn’t believe I was out the door in one hour for $ 106. I truly was expecting to pay quite a bit more. I am sold and will be bringing my car here for all oil changes and all that stuff because I was taken care of so well when I need to get out of a jam. Clavitos is an awesome guy and I plan on doing lots of business with him in the future.
