Monique is FINE … And so smart and funny that the Mac and cheese balls probably aren’t to as die for as they seem. I have never been there when she wasn’t serving, and I don’t want to be. Anyone who loves a combination of sass, good hair and good service should stop by on Saturdays.

This was our go to karaōke place on Fridays. That is about it. Karaōke was fun. Place is loud and no other reason to go any other day. Food was mediocre. Sorry to see the place close.

Worst food in long beach. Bartenders are bothered by your ordering food. They are very determined to explain to you that there are NO servers, so if you need something it’s gonna be a while. Beers were cold, just don’t come hungry.

I don’t even know how this place is open. There were a few people at the bar when we got there but no bartender or anything. We were getting ready to leave when the bartender finally came out after waiting for ten minutes. I wish we did but we felt awkward because she approached us. We were starving and someone was eating a burger by us and it didn’t look too terrible. I was was wrong. I asked for medium rare and it was this soggy well done gray meat. The fries were so greasy. And it took forever to come out when there were less then ten people there and only two other had food and it wasn’t like its fresh. Probably been there since the summer. The bartender was so inattentive maybe said ten words the entire time. And then as were leaving the cook come out from the back with this tight white shirt on with his huge ass belly button sticking out through his shirt so skeevey so gross. The water was good though…

Dive bar for local drunks. Wouldn’t even think about ordering food. Only positive about this place are the good bartenders

Looks like an OK bar but don’t even consider it a dinner destination. The food while inexpensive was mediocre and the décor is basically«Let’s decorate our party room with the stuff our distributor is giving away.» Truly they should expand their bar and take down all references to food(unseasoned waffle fries should not be called Cajun fries.)

Came here after a day at the beach and was looking for a low key place to grab some pub food and a beer. After walking up and down the street we decided on this place. What caught my eye was the $ 4 beer happy hour and 20 cent boneless wings(because who really wants to deal with bones). I liked the fact it wasn’t as crowded as other locations in Long Beach as it’s a bit of a walk from the train station but still on the main street. Definitely will check this place out next time.

Nice selection of wines, beers, drinks and good for dependable pub grub near the beach.

Biddy’s is one of those neighborhood bars where you don’t know what might happen or what kind of night it will end up being. At times, it’s crazy packed and the crowd is young. Other times you feel like it’s the watering hole for older locals. Either way, the bar food always ends up being really good, the bartenders are friendly, and it’s a staple in the Long Beach community. Karaōke nights are fun and interesting, and the live music is usually pretty good. Prices are avg. During warmer seasons it’s nice to watch a game on one of the tv’s while sitting outside in front. Overall, it’s a chill environment and very beach casual. Flips and shorts.

On arriving at Long Beach LIRR station this was the first place that showed up on Unilocal when I searched bars. Unfortunately for me «can’t read a google map to save my life», instead of turning left and crossing the road which would have taken me less than 3 mins(traffic light permitting). I turned right, went around a few circles and my planned first stop ended up being my last stop. I love Irish/Scottish/English pubs. I really do love them all. Maybe it’s all those English books/stories I read as a child or all those pleasant times spent at these places but you’d have to do really badly for me to find fault with these type of pubs. Okay I found fault, the tables were a bit too sticky, but I recognized they were short staffed that evening and I always carry cleaning agents with me so yeah, madam anal took care of it. The three bartenders did their best considering. Also as a guest you have access to free wifi. Make sure they type the correct code though, they’re sneaky like that. Lol There is a covered(smoking) section closer to the curb and though it’s an open plan bar so folks on that side have bar access as well, in no way did their smoke penetrate the indoor bar area. It was very quiet on my visit but I saw ads for shows, trivia nights and karaōke and something tells me they do really well at this locale. A Guinness and a shot set me back $ 16 and some change. Hmmmm. I like this spot. If I lived in the area everyone at Biddy Mulligans would have known my name. The End.

Would not come back here and give it another shot and I do not say that often. Horrible service, bar tenders just hanging with friends while my empty pint glass was all the way on the near edge to the bar for over 15 minutes before we received any attention. The app sampler was greasy frozen food dropped in a fryer and the popcorn shrimp was questionable to say the least if it was actually shrimp…

Super cool and friendly Irish pub. I have tried drinks and salads here, plus a chicken dinner, and I liked the wait staff, they were friendly and it was relaxed. You can sit outside in the summer, which is great. A casual good bar food atmosphere with a sense of cheer and fun. Good prices so a fun casual date night even. My spouse and I like it, and so my family and I go and when we have friends visit from the city it is a good get a drink spot too. I am a fan!

Good food at a fair price. Would highly recommend. I had the Cajun Cesar salad and it was quite tasty. 4 dollar drinks before 7 doesn’t hurt either!

This is your favorite neighborhood pub. Nothing fancy but familiar faces and friendly service. They run a lot of specials during the week, best prices in drinks in town. Crowd is always a bit random. Definitely an eclectic group, but the place for all! Outdoor patio is great during the summer! The bartenders are all great, thumbs up!

Went last night on a spur of the moment type of trip after having dinner with friends. Simple and sweet… It’s by the water. They had $ 4 well drinks and domestic beer all night. Staff was great. The crowd was live. The space was accommodating. We didn’t feel crowded. The drinks were good. And we even had our turn on karaōke. All in all great experience. Will definitely return if I’m ever around the area.
