I had my bridal shower here. We chose the brunch menu and it was delicious, particularly the french toast. The waitress was phenomenal and more than helpful. Billy was also very easy to work and very accommodating. We had the private back room, which is currently being updated.(it may be done by now). The décor is ok, nothing fancy, but has a certain charm.

This is not my first time coming here and both times it wasn’t my choice. I didn’t care for the food either time, and I came here for paint nite yesterday. The mozzarella sticks taste like oil it was so disgusting. When we first got there we waited for a drink for 20MINUTES the bartender doesn’t even look in your direction it was horrible!!! Than we didn’t even know who our server was during paint nite and we had to ask someone to help us. It was a bad experience other than painting. I wouldn’t come here again.

Great bar food — especially the wings, steak egg rolls, and tidbits. Huge portions and attentive service. The décor is a throw back to 1980’s key west, but why not?

It was very good! A very nice environment for kids and adults. They have a bunch of tvs to watch sports and very homie and cozy. I strongly suggest their buffalo wings, they are DELICIOUS! Their steak sandwich tid-bits are also very good!

Best wings, salads & burgers in LB! And they have the nicest bartenders. Owner Billy is always present & the place often provides great bands.

We came here after a long day swimming and soaking in sun at Long Beach. The décor is tacky… the seats aren’t too comfy… the staff is all teenage kids on their phone… but the food is good! We ordered the wings for appetizers and loved them — made us want to order more! For my entrée, I ordered the caesar salad with shrimp. SOGOOD. They gave lots of shrimp and they were cooked well. AZ had a burger and liked it as well. Overall good experience — will be coming here after each beach day.

One of the only places to get food late night in Long Beach. Which is fucking ridiculous, when you consider the fact that this city is made up of beer drinking, pot smoking, party animals. Where are we supposed to eat at 1am?! Anyway… Billy’s is standard bar grub. Get the wings. There’s other stuff on the menu that is decent, but I’m telling you, the wings are the only sure fire way to be satisfied with your decision.

It is decent beach bar food. Some of my friends participated in the $ 24 boozy brunch(unlimited drinks with your breakfast dish) and they enjoyed their drinks. My friend and I ordered the omelets. It is nice because everything listed in omelet items you could order. So, no limit on onions, peppers, bacon, ham, etc. Both of us didn’t understand the grammar and thought cheese was a standard and added in. Incorrect! Don’t make the same mistake we made. The dishes were all a bit oily but edible.

ONE bad thing about long beach is that there are no diners open late night. I never understood it & I never will. I was craving matzo ball soup so bad, but I knew I wasn’t gonna find it. So I came to Billy beach café and decided to get fish tacos instead. Random. Service was a bit slow, and the tacos were fishy and spicy-er than I expected. I didn’t eat much. It wasn’t too expensive, but I would never come back for the food. The atmosphere insid

LIRR participating merchant: $ 10 off your bill($ 30 minimum). Purchase a LIRR Beach Getaway Package and bring in your merchant voucher for the deal. Which is why I ventured here the yesterday for a post beach dinner and drinks. Actually it was for their 2 for 1 Happy Hour(which unfortunately that deal is only at the bar) but the LIRR deal was definitely a good one. It was the perfect day to take advantage of their outdoor seating. We had the Potato Skins($ 9.95) which were pretty good. They were served with strips of bacon as opposed to bits which was pretty nice. I had the Shrimp Salad Sliders(5 for $ 13.95) with the seasoned curly fries(+$ 1). The fries were delicious, and while I enjoyed my sliders, I felt they were a little bland. They needed some sort of kick to them.(Maybe miracle whip for that vinegar taste). My gf had the Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos(3 for $ 11.95) which were good with only a hint of that spicy taste. Our server was attentive and nice. I’m not sure why other Unilocalers are having bad experiences in that department. Even though we couldn’t take advantage of their happy hour, their drafts were $ 5.50 which are pretty decent already. Overall a really great beach bar & restaurant. The food was a bit bland, but everyone keeps talking about their wings. Maybe next time I’m in Long Beach ill give them a try.
