I can’t ever visit Long Beach without having the pupusas. For the pupusas alone they deserve undying gratitude.

It’s ok… you can go in!
This is one of those Central American restaurants (Honduran to be exact) that most people other than Central Americans seem to be afraid to try.
I’ve been getting lunch here to-​go many times this year and always satisfied.
You REALLY get your money’s worth. For $ 8, you can have a large foam container filled to the brim with whatever they have behind the glass.
My favorite is Chicken Francais. The beef stew and roasted chicken are great too. They have vegetables, white and yellow rice, fish. seasoned roasted potatoes, salad, beans.
I have also had dinner here as well. Broiled fish was very good. I also had chicken quesadillas which were delicious. They make fresh fruit drinks… guanabana, passionfruit, etc.
The people working there are friendly and smile.
They are open later (11pm) than many other places on the Park Ave strip… so if you are hungry and it’s 10 pm, you know where to go!
