Lady who took my order was very nice… but it took forever to get my order in. We came in early in the morning, and the girl in front of me got her food 15 minutes before we ever got ours. I was in a hurry to get home so my 1 year old son could take his nap, so I finally came up to the front and asked where my order to go was. There was a lady working on my order who was obviously distracted and confused… and did not seem to even care that I was waiting. She said, «I’m working on it…» and then proceeded to be distracted the whole time. Then when we finally got our order, it was all wrong. Meanwhile, my very exhausted baby was having a meltdown because it literally took half an hour to get our food. :(What a horrible start to our day!

I have not been to a Chik a fil a in years! The last time was when there was a chik a fil a inside the Cerritos mall back in the 90’s. Yup were talkibg way back in the days. Anyways I ordered the tortilla soup and the original chicken sandwich. The soup is more southwestern style tortilla soup not like the ones I’ve had at mexican restaurants. I prefer the ones at the Mexican restaurants but theres is still flavorful with a kick of spicy and thicker in consistency. The soup was so filling that I didn’t even eat my sandwich.

I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to discover Chick Fil A. I do remember shopping at Del Amo Fashion Center back in the day, and always passing by Chick Fila A. The line was always WAY too long but it never occurred to me that it was long for a reason. Anyway, I finally had a chicken sandwich here and I now understand. Definitely the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I had to pay extra for lettuce and tomato but hey, it was only 33 cents. Heaven! The service was first-rate, and super fast. They have a lot of different sauces to choose from, and the place is clean and surprisingly attractively decorated for a fast-food place. I’m glad it’s on the other side of the city though, because I’d be going there everyday if they were close.

This is my absolute favorite CFA! Why? Cuz not only do they have the usual wonderfulness of my other lovely CFAs, but they go above and beyond!!! Constantly this location has special deals going on… sign-up for their TEXTS! You’ll see they have balloon artists, DJs, raffles, etc like all the time(seems like it’s every Saturday), ha… they have good deals like BOGO fish sandwiches during lent(I really wish OC locations did this)!!! I miss u(this location) CFA!

Soooo, everybody and their mom is all about Chik Fil-A and I’m over here like. «I’ve never been?» I like chicken sandwiches, but I’d rather grub on a burger and fries before I opted for the bird. But while I was out and about doing a few errands at the Towne Center, I thought why not. Plus that way people stop looking at me like I’ve committed a crime by never going. Mostly I stay away from places that have the media coverage that they do, but I was hungry and had eaten in-n-out earlier in the week, so it happened. AND I AMNOT A FAN! I tried it TWICE and I’m officially done at two stars. I’m actually kinda shocked that I wasn’t impressed because, it’s freakin chicken. The chicken was okay, it wasn’t very juicy, but it wasn’t completely dry. I didn’t approve of the no sauce policy either –_– it’s a fast food place, my sandwich isn’t supposed to be a DIY project. I just want you to slap a little mayo on the bread, so it soaks in a little and a bit of sauce to kick it up a little. The chicken lacked in flavor, and overall it was mostly bland. Their famous sauce wasn’t good at all, it tastes like straight up thousand island dressing and a little bit of ketchup, or BBQ sauce. It was gross. I ended up using BBQ on my sandwich, after I picked off half the lettuce they threw on. Imagery — a half a head of lettuce, then I halved that. The fries were a sad story. Apparently it’s a «thing» here to undercook the waffles fries so that they aren’t even crispy but the palest of «it’s officially cooked» doneness. I was so tempted to ask them to take them back and make them«extra crispy» so that maybe they’d be a little more golden brown. I ended up eating maybes 2 – 3, they weren’t that good at all. I was really sad because everyone I know raves about their famous chicken sandwich and waffle fries. And then it was just a big old flop. The menu is limited, to chicken sandwiches, chicken pieces, and then waffle fries and a few other chicken items. Yes, all chicken. No cow. The commercials were right for once. LOL! The restaurant itself is decent sized. Parking is what it is, you all already know how the Towne Center is. I think you’ll have better luck parking over by Barnes & Noble and walking over as a lot of people use the lot to go next door to In-N-Out. Inside they have several tables and booths, and an indoor play area. I’m not a fan of those as people tend to not pay attention to their kids and mayhem tends to ensue. But alas, on both visits the restaurant was empty save one or two tables with elderly couples. the drive thru was packed on the other hand. And seemed to move quickly. Employees were friendly, but the service was sort of slow on both visits. It made me wonder if they were paying more attention to the drive thru then the the people sitting inside. Frankly, I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again, but if I was starving and everything else had a ridiculous line or whatever. well then I’d stop in again. But for now. I’m pretty much like«eh.»

We’ve been coming here since our son was little! Food is good and some healthy options. The little indoor playground is perfect for little ones. Weekdays they have entertainment sometimes. I just tried their breakfast and it was pretty good! All in all I’d say this place is solid and worth a try. especially if you have kids.

I literally never eat at this chain because I have a problem with their ethics, but today I decided to give it a shot based on my friend’s coaxing and having not eaten anything substantial all day. This visit solidifies why I will never return, least of all to this location. My friend and I ordered separately but at similar times. She received her food in record time. On the other hand, I waited 30 minutes, hoping that each person who walked by would arrive with an apology for why my food took so long. Finally I went to the counter(where it took another few minutes to get someone’s attention) and I asked to speak to a manager. I don’t think the person who handled my request of a refund was even a manager, because she took my receipt from me almost wordlessly and handed me back cash. No trying to making it right. Not even an apology. I myself work in the service industry and I know that’s not how you do things when your company has a reputation for its service. This just solidified why I will continue to not eat at this chain.

We often come here after a SAMs club shopping trip. The parking lot can get a little congested but they are sharing it with In N Out. They are always friendly here in the drive thru and inside. My faves are chicken nuggets and the chicken deluxe sandwich with Polynesian sauce please. I recommend when in season, to try the banana pudding shake, outstanding stuff.

I love Chick-fil-A. They’re clean, food is fresh, music is great & the service is phenomenal — usually. Bu at this location the manager is less than stellar & unfortunately it affects the whole mood. He usually runs around like he’s wired from too much coffee; doesn’t smile, hardly interacts with anyone & just sends off an unfriendly vibe. One time I ordered a meal for my daughter, they gave me the drink, I took a sip then changed my mind and just wanted the chicken strips. The cashier took the drink away from me, which was correct but kind of strange. The manager was standing right there. Because it would kill the bottom line if we drank the lemonade? I mean what were they gonna do with it but throw it away. Anyway. Just kinda cold place Well, its the only Chick-fil-A in the area so we end up here nevertheless…

This review is for my visit last week only. Normally I’m very pleased with Chick-fil-A. The food is tasty, service is superior(like how staff always says«It’s my pleasure» when you thank them), they are very family friendly(oftentimes they have someone in their cow costumes for the kids, and many of their outlets have kids play areas and family nights), and their sweet tea is diabetically, I mean magically delicious! But on this visit to their drive-thru, I was saddened to see the sign that read«currently out of fries». What the what?! So when I finally got to the speakerbox, I had to confirm that the sign was really correct and sadly, the lady said they were out of waffle fries. Booooo! So my chicken sandwich was ordered alone, and was lonely without their yummy waffle french fries. How do you run out of fries if you’re a fast food restaurant? Inconceivable! I’ll wager french fries are one of their top selling items. So for that reason, I reduced my rating to a 3 star from what would have been a 4 star. Harrumph.

**4 stars because they close on Sunday!** And because I always forget it’s Sunday when I try to eat here. For some reason, I crave this place the most on Sunday’s. This place is the standard for chicken sandwiches in my opinion. No not just fast food chicken sandwiches, all of them! Try the Polynesian sauce on everything next time you come. It’s a must. REVISED It’s been brought to my attention that I’ve neglected to mention the second best sauce(not far behind) Honey Roasted BBQ. Unlike all the other sauces this one is served In a packet. I would like to take my next bath in this sauce, if anyone can make this happen please DM me.

This is my favorite location. I came when they first opened and have been coming ever since. Over the years some of their less popular items have rolled off the menu, but that’s okay. Their lemonade is bomb. And I have to fight my kids to share their chicken nuggets. I like the spicy chicken sandwich myself. Their waffle cut fries are great when they’re fresh. I like to eat them first so they don’t get soggy. They have plenty of sauces to chose from. I’ve had them all. Definitely love the Polynesian the best. I could eat here every day. It’s not that close to me or else I would. But whenever I go to Sam’s Club I like to hit up the drive-thru. The owner does a lot for the store and his community. It’s nice to support this particular store.

Ok, confession time! Though I hate to admit it I looooooooooove!!! like seriously looooooove!!! Chick-fil-A nuggets. When you get them nice and hot right out of the fryer or grill or whatever, OHSWEETBABYUNICORNTEARS!!! They are the best. Lately I’ve just had a streak of bad luck with fast food restaurants; my orders have been consistently wrong and it’s been a total mess. So, needless to say I was rather put off by fast food restaurants and wanted to give it a rest. My husband had other plans, clearly I forgot to send him the memo. Well one early Saturday morning we pulled up to the drive-thru, given my recent experiences, I wasn’t expecting much and decided to just get coffee. My husband also ordered coffee but he wanted food and ordered the 12 piece chicken nuggets. We pulled up to the window paid for our order and was quickly handed my coffee, then my husbands coffee and then a 3rd coffee for the invisible man in our back seat, followed by my husbands chicken nuggets. Realizing that my husband and I were the only two passengers in the car, the girl at the window gave my husband a funny look and asked if we had ordered 3 coffees. My husband repeated our correct order(of 2 coffees and 12piece nuggets). The girl checked the order and verified that it was entered correctly but for some reason we were charged for and extra coffee(and had already paid). Without missing a beat and realizing that most people don’t want to go through the hassle of getting a $ 1.75 refund on their ATM card; the manager quickly offered to substitute the coffee with an 8 piece chicken nuggets and a cookie. Heck yeah I’ll take a cookie and chicken nuggets for a buck 75! Well, although our order was«messed up»; I think my luck has changed. I really appreciated the manager’s quick thinking and immediate correction and rectification of our order. We didn’t even have to say a word; they picked up on the mistake and fixed it. Not to mention that the staff is always friendly and seems genuinely happy. That is how it’s done! Take a lesson other fast food chains… I knew I loved Chick-fil-A for more than just the nuggets. As far as fast food chain restaurants go I can say I’ve never really had a negative experience with Chick-fil-A. They are the standard by which I rate all others.

This place is cool! The menu are somewhat healthy for a fast food restaurant(better than a Mac Nuggets that’s for sure). It’s like a chicken version of In N Out, let’s just put it that way. I think #9 and #10 combo meals are the healthiest in their menu. If you want something fried, they have that, too. I like their different kind of sauces particularly their chick sauce. Good costumer service as well, every person their are polite. Pretty good for a chain restaurant!

On my recent drive-tru order, I upgraded my fries/lemonade to a larger size for 0.70! what did I get in my drink? ¾ CUPOFICE and very little lemonade. I didn’t realize i paid 50 cents extra for stupid ice. thanks Chick-fil-A that’s a BIGNONO.

Don’t know which sauce to get?! Why not try all of them!!! It’s a flavor explosion with every bite. Employees are friendly and dining area is always clean. Go already!
