Really good In-N-Out. Unfortunately like other locations the whole parking and drive through line weren’t properly thought out but the staff who comes to take your order on the tablet makes it easier. It’s a good location overall and worth the drive to go to.

I LOVEIN-N-OUT! Who doesn’t? If you don’t like In-N-Out we can’t be friends. Burgers have a unique taste, fries are made on the spot, chili peppers are spicy and flavorful. This review will be short for those of you who haven’t tried it. Drop everything and go right now. Words can’t describe what In-N-Out makes me feel LOL

This is my in n out of choice since I was younger. Flying dutchmans, cheese fries, animal style fries and pink lemonade are always so delicious.

Great service and great food, however the parking is awful. Too many businesses in the Long Beach Town Center and not enough parking

Horrible service, took 30 mins. Forgot my order and still took another 15 min to get it. Need to manage better and be more organized. I’m sorry to say but I love in and out. This place just made me hate it

Ryan was the best! He gave us the best service on NEWYEARS at 1am!!! Which is amazing because usually everyone working is miserable at this time. He was super kind and funny and he should get the highest merit possible ! He deserves it. Made our night! THANKSRYAN. #BurgerTime

MMM. Can’t say anything about In & Out that hasn’t been said before. Not a big red meat eater but when the burger mood hits — just like a warm blanket, good to know this place is still here. I don’t know if there is enough to say that will differentiate this place from other locations, only that it is located within the Long Beach Towne Center which can be a pain in the keister to navigate through(the plaza seems to only be accessible through one entrance/exit — maybe two — causing obvious jams). This location is pretty standard. Recently I’ve discovered a ‘secret’ menu that you can order as an option if you want to mix it up(not just ‘animal style’). This may be old news for die-hard In & Out fans, but just in case you’ve been in the dark like me, some of the options include: –Toasty Buns(getting the burger buns extra crispy) –Well done fries(no more limp, cold fries)! –Flying Dutchman(Atkins style burger, no bun. just meat & cheese). You can also get it animal style. –4 x 4s, 3 x 3s(the number indicates how many burger patties you can get) -‘Ultimate’ Animal Style Fries(apparently, you can get a chopped beef patty on top of your animal style fries). Haven’t tried this one. –Chopped chilies(added to the bottom of the bun). –Neapolitan Shake(which is amazing).

Ryan and the rest of the staff here at this location are so friendly! We go to In & Out all the time and no one has ever given our 5 year old daughter a hat and a high five. And of course the food is bomb every time.

I know I wasn’t being complicated, I was very clear with my order which was one number 1, Double Double with onions, well done animal fries, and a root beer. My second order was a number 2, cheeseburger, animal style with no pickles, well done animal fries, and a Dr. Pepper. The guy taking my order repeated it back to me and miss the second well done animal fries so I corrected him. He read it to me again and it was the exact same way he said it once before. Hoping he got the order right the next time around, he said it correct. Once I pulled up to the window the guy repeated my order but once again, didn’t get my order correct. Once again, I had to correct him. He told me my total afterwards and I paid. I checked everything in the bag to see if it was there, to which it was and we got our drinks as well. Now I’m at home and I bit into my burger. Normally, it has this unexplainable taste that I recognize and love about it, but this bite was just salty and bitter. As I kept biting into my burger it just kept getting saltier and saltier. I ate a good ¾th of my burger until I’ve gotten tired of it. I move onto my animal fries and again, the taste is way off and I could taste all the salt on it. I kept observing it to see what it was about. And indeed I was correct, there was salt all over them. Now, I know damn well they do not give you these fries already salted until asked. Is this what it has come down to? Because they got my order wrong and I had to correct them more than once, they sabotage my food? I was not rude or out of line with them once and they did this. You don’t see me putting salt on people for my mistake. In-N-Out has good food and alright customer service, but you know their positivity is so fake. I get it, you’re a busy establishment, but that does not give you the right to ruin my food. Don’t put me down for trying to order my food the way I like it.

In-N-Out is In-N-Out. Fast food is fast food. But one thing in particular is noteworthy and it was good enough to compel me to write this 5-Star review. Ryan gave us excellent service. Definitely a cut above the rest. I’ve had In-N-Out a thousand times before and Ryan helped make this visit exceptional.

There’s a small elderly asian woman at the counter giving the cashier Ryan a difficult time. She is agreeing with absolutely everything he is saying, thus Ryan is unable to pinpoint her correct order. Through a series of handmotions Ryan has successfully handled the customers order, great job Ryan. The ederly woman is now sitting in the stool adjacent mine, can she read this? Now Ryan is fucking refilling the napkins while offering some to the woman as well as some ketchup. Savage. Making conversation with the mentally handicapped man at the soda fountain you’re refilling? Come the fuck on bro, you’re going too HAM! And of course he does it all with a jolly smile… he must be stoned… I sure I am. 5 stars for Ryan, carrying all these fucking scrubs to the promise land.

My review reflects the food I had this evening. I ordered a #2 the fries were not only soggy but seemed like they were old potatoes too. A lot of green ones in my bunch. The burger was soggy too. I mean I live 4 mins away and have been to this location many times before usually the bun has that crispy outer edge and the fries are hot. This was by far the worst In-N-Out I’ve ever had ever in all my life. I’m so sad. I was so hungry.

Quick stop after a movie or hanging out in the shopping plaza. As usual, the drive thru and inside is always packed. That says a lot about the amount of product they sell. Service goes as quickly as possible and I appreciate how my grilled cheese is usually loaded with grilled onions… just the way I like it.

Good food as always, but service at this location was a bit of a mess when my bro and I went. To «streamline» service, they had store associates take orders at the entrance of the drive through. Ours was either over-eager or wanted to be efficient, which ended up with the opposite effect. She was doing more talking than listening and essentially talked over our orders. When we finally got our food, we realized our last order, a double double, was not even input in the system. So, we had to reverse our vehicle mid drive through. Luckily, the car behind us saw our reverse lights on and had not inched forward, allowing us space to reverse. Long story short, my brother had to get out of the car to place another order for the double double, then we had to pull over at the end of the dri through. By the time we got our last double double order, we had both finished our respective double doubles. tl;dr: NOT«fast» food.

I really likes this In-N-Out. It was clean, efficient with fast service, and also had great service. My kids gobbled up their food, as did I. We had animal style fries, regular fries, and animal style burgers. So good. My son was treated to a chocolate milkshake for good behavior. I told my son I had to take a sip«to make sure it was ok» and of course it was! While my kids were finishing up their meal, I went to the counter to order some food to go. Two sweet employees went up to their table and kept them company. They even brought them In-N-Out hats and stickers which my kids loved! One week later they still wear the hats. So, thank you for your great service, good food, and making my kids happy! We will definitely be back to this location again very soon.

This is probably my fave In & Out location. Drive thru is efficient not like some other locations. Menu is simple, burgers, fries, milkshakes, and soda and of course, the not so secret menu: Service is orderly and friendly, classic, fresh burgers and fries, consistent at all locations is what brings me back. I get my money’s worth here.

Like all the other In-N-Out Burger joints I’ve visited, this one has great/friendly service, a clean environment, and freshly made burgers that are iconic to Southern California. Not only are their burgers delicious, but also very affordable. The produce they use is always consistently fresh — no wilted lettuce here, and their buns are always on point — perfect sponge and grilled to perfection. Burgers come standard with spread(thousand island dressing), lettuce, tomato, and onion. Upon request you can omit or add items(such as grilled onions). The menu is limited, but they’ve perfected their offerings, so no complaints here. If you’re in the know, you can order their not so secret menu items — ex: «Animal Style» — patty grilled with mustard, pickle, extra spread, and grilled onions. Now, their fries are good, but because they use freshly cut taters, they do not come out crispy like more produced versions at other fast food chains. But you can request your fries cooked«extra crispy» and they will let your fries take an extra long dip in their fryer hot tub. Still not typical french fries, but I feel this makes them tastier. Service at this location has always been fast and courteous. Like Trader Joe’s employees, In-N-Out’s seem genuinely happy doing their job. I assume it’s because both companies treat their employees well with decent wages and benefits. Take note, McDonald’s! Tip: if you enjoy spice, you can request chili peppers and they’ll gladly give you a package of small, spicy green peppers.
